The room's location is excellent, and the view is great.
One of my favourite hotels in London. Brilliant location for Big Ben, London eye etc. great room and facilities like gym and pool. Great stay
I booked this hotel for New Year's Eve, and the room had a beautiful view of the fireworks 🎆. The location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you can see Big Ben~
Great location, but the room decor was a bit dated. The decorative painting on the cabinet was a little creepy. The front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, if you opt out of housekeeping, you get a free bottle of wine, which is a nice touch!
Always incredible experience at this hotel !
The facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself was very large and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. Mobile self-check-in is available, so you don't need to go to the front desk. You can also handle check-out on your phone and simply leave. Be aware that it can get quite noisy on weekends. My next-door neighbors were screaming and making a racket all night; they sounded like young...

Perfect stay! Super comfy rooms, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and incredible views. Would love to stay again soon!
The room was really spacious, a big plus! The pool isn't huge, but it's perfect for adults to just relax, and it was great for the two kids to splash around in. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely added to the positive experience.
Overall verdict: We didn’t have any housekeeping until morning we were due to checkout even though we had our cleaning light on for 24hrs. Seemed to be limited in staff other than down at reception. Gin and lemonade with a wine £37 in restaurant (pretty pricey) One of our bedside tables had a crack in probably 12inches long. Dirty piles of towels alongside plates that was left in corridors for over...
Lovely room spacious with a, shower and separate bath. Small spa and pool with lovely clean facilities. All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Great, great, great, great! Amazing Britain 🇬🇧, let love shine!
This was the best value-for-money hotel stay I've had in London, out of many. The location is truly fantastic; it's so convenient to get anywhere. Right by the River Thames, it's a short walk to Big Ben, the London Eye, and even the recently renovated Battersea Power Station. What's more, the hotel's service and environment are significantly better than other hotels in the same star rating. Highly...

The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite for free. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space, two separate bathrooms, and a huge dining area. It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
The location and the breakfast buffet was the highlight. In terms of quality of the rooms to price ratio, it could be a lot better. The rooms need to be renovated to live up to the luxurous standards that most guests get experience from other interContinental Hotel locations around the globe- particularly in Asia.
The front desk service was exceptionally professional and wonderful! It felt very personal, like being at home!
Booking a one-bedroom suite with kids was absolutely fantastic, especially with the sea view. The breakfast and pool were big hits with the little ones. Next time we have an event near the O2, we'll definitely book this place again.
A pleasant and clean hotel. So quiet at night! Couldn't fault the room. Breakfast was very slow when ordering from the menu though, it only had 4 dishes yet 25 mins after ordering we had to cancel as we ran out of time to eat it before we had to leave. Very convenient for the O2 in the afternoon and evening. Strangely in the morning the shortcut to the O2 doesn't open til 10 am because the O2 isn't...
The hotel is lovely but cannot cope with the O2 concert traffic. Check in was very poor for an IHG member and the Food and Beverage offer was swamped at bust time. Shout out to the 18th floor bar team who worked their socks off.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Plaza in Waterloo, and overall, it was a pleasant experience, though it definitely had its ups and downs. The Good: The room itself was lovely—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I had a generally good stay and found the atmosphere of the hotel to be quite nice. If you are looking for a solid place to rest your head in a great location, this fits the bill. The Not...
Nice and enjoyable experience. Would recommend to friends if they visit London
Was an issue at check in with my reservation which they finally sorted after an hour. Perfect location right opposite Lambeth North station as well. Breakfast could have been better with more variety for a 4 star hotel. Spa was okay shame pool was so cold! Not sure I’d stay again would depend on the price! Staff seemed really nice. Not any amenities in the room.
Fantastic stay, comfy beds and amazing facilities in room. Would love to return one day
I love this hotel - very clean and spacious. Location was great too, right outside of the tube station.

Good location in london. Easy walk to Hyde Park and easy walk to shopping. Many good food and restaurants around here. Hotel staff very friendly. Will come back again
My stay from 31 December to 3 January was unfortunately not a very pleasant one. I had hoped to enjoy a nice New Year’s break at the hotel. The property has a long history and, although it has been renovated, there were several comfort issues. The central air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the windows did not insulate well against the cold or wind. The room felt slightly warmer only when the...
An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel room was spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was especially generous. The hotel is conveniently located right at Hyde Park Corner, with Buckingham Palace and Harrods both about a 15-minute walk away. It's also quite close to other famous attractions like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Other than the...
London's prices were much higher than expected. The hotel was a bit dated, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly; it took nearly half an hour for the water to clear after washing my face. The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park, and we also had a nice view from our window. However, at over 4000 a night, it still felt truly exorbitant.
The hotel boasts a good location, right next to Hyde Park, making it convenient to get around (though I felt this was its only strong point). I noticed a significant number of guests were from the Middle East. On the day of check-in, I arrived at Heathrow on an early morning flight. By the time I took a taxi to the hotel, it was only 9 AM, and I was extremely tired from jet lag. Thankfully, the front...
The room was quite spacious for London. The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park. Service was decent, with a few minor imperfections, but these were still well within acceptable limits. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Toilets are small, all hotels facility apart from gym is sublet out to 3rd party. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Staff are friendly, but just better value elsewhere. Great location tho.
Stayed at the hotel for one night attending a conference. My room was exceptionally clean and furnishings great quality. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Wish I could have stayed longer.
I paid over 4,000 for a night, and the room was only 20 square meters, extremely small. The front desk even gave me a room that never gets any sun, while the Italians across the hall had a room with great sunlight. Plus, the air conditioning was broken. It was a terrible experience, and the front desk staff were very cold.
excellent location, can walk to most of the tourist spots, also close to the underground so travel is not a problem. Very helpful staff, good breakfast.
This is a great hotel with an excellent location, offering top-notch service and delicious breakfasts. However, the rooms are very small for a hotel of this caliber. The room amenities, such as power outlets, charging stations, and other small details, feel outdated.
Let's start with the positives: it's close to attractions (Hyde Park), but the room doesn't have a view. The hotel service was five-star. Now for the negatives: the room facilities are old, the desk lamp was crooked; the curtains were broken and couldn't be fully closed; the cabinets were uneven; and the windows had poor soundproofing. It really felt like a 'dilapidated and small' place.

Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.
A good business hotel with good value for money.

AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. It’s was convenient as I was on a work trip. Staff was welcoming and the whole experience was great. Room was clean which is always a plus. Definitely would recommend for a chill weekend as the spa is good and the surrounding is great
The location is great. After taking the Gatwick train into the city, it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. St. Paul's Cathedral is right outside the door, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. You can even pre-order from Five Guys and eat there. The prices fluctuate quite a bit, but if you catch a good deal, it offers decent value for money.
The location is very close to the project, and the breakfast is indeed very rich.
Just next to St. Paul Cathedral one of the landmark of London so you will always enjoying perfect views and vibrant of city, restaurants and coffee shops
Firstly the roof terrace, if you wish to use this, make sure to check it is available before you book. It was booked for private events all weekend so I was unable to enjoy the view that I originally picked the hotel with the idea of dinner over the London skyline. The location is excellent, shopping is convenient, and there are various restaurants within walking distance. The service is also very considerate, and they proactively helped with luggage. I had a very comfortable stay for three days. I recommend the afternoon tea, which is beautiful and delicious. There is a pianist, and I really like the flowers in the lobby.
The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes away from Oxford Street. It has five-star hotel standards and the service attitude is excellent. I am very satisfied overall.
The accommodation service is very good. The breakfast is the best I have ever cooked in so many five-star hotels. It is very, very rich.
The price is close to 6000 yuan, but the room is very small and the cost performance is very poor

This hotel offers a great experience, it's a really good value for money. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco when you arrive, which is a nice touch. Celebrating boyfriend’s Birthday, couldn’t wish for anything more special. Spa was amazing, buffet breakfast so much to choose from and staff were attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely be back!
Beautiful hotel in general, especially the rooms were so spacious and lovely! There’s two major things that needs working on: 1. The lifts within the building took ages to get up and down the building. We was on 7th floor and it’d take us anywhere between 5-10 mins of waiting time, to just get a lift. The hotel was almost empty — at breakfast in the mornings there were no more than three tables occupied at the same time — yet we were assigned the furthest corner room, which felt more like a narrow corridor than a proper hotel room. The room was incredibly small; once the luggage was in, there was barely any space left to move around. The welcome experience was non-existent, and the separate restaurant had no staff in the morning. When running hot water, the room made a sharp, screeching noise. Good, spacious and comfortable room. Great location with easy walking distance to the tube station and the bus stop while also easy to get a cab on the main road. However, the hotel room lacked amenities, such as slippers, laundry bag, shoe horn. Also, the basic room looks a little bleak and bland. London hotels have a common problem, expensive and small, a very ordinary hotel, but generally quiet and ok to sleep. Breakfast is ordinary and ok, hotel service is ok, if you ask, they will be very nice to help you answer.
