Hotels with heated pool in London

The location is perfect, this is just underground station outside the hotel within 5 minutes walk, so convenient for us to walk around in london. However, the room is abit small but its expected since its LONDON righttt

Absolutely perfect reception service. They let me chick in was 1pm. Very flexible. And convenient. Kind warm .permission to late chick out at 1pm.

Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc

They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!  The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too

The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The atmosphere was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were nothing short of a palace

I had an absolutely delightful 12-day stay at The Landmark and I want to sincerely thank every member of the team. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I felt genuinely welcomed—almost like coming home

We had the most amazing stay at The Landmark London celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all of our expectations

The atmosphere in the hotel is simply wonderful — elegant yet relaxed — and the stunning atrium creates such a special setting. It truly felt like a memorable occasion from start to finish

One of the times they didn’t even leave any fresh towels. They took the old ones but didn’t even leave any fresh ones and it took them two hours to get them to me.  We did have a really great view though

The other thing I was not a big fan of is that even though my do not disturb sign is up housekeeping would still knock on the door and literally still walking into the door

I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember

We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great

The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.

I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund

The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities

To top it off, at check-out, there was a mysterious 480 GBP charge for a 'signed consumption' that I definitely didn't make. After I protested, they finally removed it

The breakfast service was decent, but the breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, an extremely bad experience. I would absolutely never stay there again

You can go downstairs at any time for shopping, which is comparable to Wangfujing Street. My friend said that the city center is quite chaotic. We were lucky not to encounter theft and robbery during our half-month stay

The hotel is more than great! friendly staff , food , and on top of all the hotel location is amazing!!! Especially for people who like to walk , piccadilly , trafalgar square,oxford street are all very close

We arrived at 11:00 pm that day, and they upgraded our room. Like other high-end hotels, you need to order breakfast one by one. If you have reservations for museums and attractions, try to get up early

The waiter was very friendly and gentlemanly. He helped with the luggage when we entered the room, asked us when we left, helped us load the luggage, and called a taxi

The location is very convenient. Picadilly Circus subway station is downstairs. It is very convenient to take buses, subways and taxis

however, if you want good rates avoid peak time as its going to be crazy expensive

We had such an outstanding stay here for my birthday. Our experience started at reception the staff were so helpful, we arrived early before the check in time, this wasn’t an issue and were shown to an upgraded room

We stayed here after our wedding over the road at Camden Town Hall. Staff were wonderful, they made up our room with a decorations and a gift, and the breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

Our family enjoyed the stay here. It is very convenient to travel into and around London via the tube, and it was perfectly located near the Eurostar for our forward journey to Paris

Such a beautiful hotel and really attentive staff. Hopefully visit again soon. Really well connected for public transport and great safety on the entrance at night time.

Came back to St Pancras from Paris via Eurostar and it was absolutely convenient

The hotel location, cleanliness and rooms were all good. We had three problems, I had stayed at this chain of hotel before and new you had to book to use the swimming pool

It's a bit of a walk (over 15 minutes) from all the attractions. The reception staff were all British and very welcoming and undiscriminate

We were especially pleased that we arrived at the hotel at 10 am and were checked in immediately, without having to wait until 3 pm

A really pleasant stay and really good service. Ighodalo on the front desk was particularly helpful and kind and made my stay. Spa facilities were really good and food was decent.

The bathrooms are also spacious enough to include a wooden bench, a rare but convenient touch. The bedding is excellent, and the sleeping environment is quiet and comfortable

Both the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms which feature both a bathtub and shower, with a semi-separated wet and dry area

Akira Back was equally impressive, already a favourite of ours where we live, and the standard here was every bit as exceptional. While every member of the team delivered outstanding service, Laura was simply remarkable

I’ve been to my fair share of hotels, but this one tops them all! The service was impeccable and all staff were only too willing to help and go the extra mile! We ordered kosher food and they made sure to accommodate accordingly without let or hindrance! Laura from the restaurant was a real gem (as all of the staff)

Her commitment, care, and genuine desire to exceed expectations were second to none, an example of hospitality at its very finest. It is individuals like her who elevate a luxury hotel from excellent to unforgettable

Additionally, Luis - head of the Food and Beverage department was always readily available and willing to accommodate! We can confidently say we found our new home away from home when in London!

We had the most wonderful time at the Montcalm. What stood out most was all the staff’s attentiveness. Everyone was always polite, genuinely considerate, and quietly tuned in to guests’ needs

Perfect central location with easy walk to all the sights. Booked as a surprise & all the staff helped make the it very special indeed. The bedroom was immaculate & we very much enjoyed the swimming pool

It is modestly and beautiful presented on one table, with more in the menu’s. We liked this way of presenting breakfast. It is contrary to an over-the-top display of premade foods in some 5star hotels

Food in the restaurant is very good. The huge swimming pool is amazing. One good think to be on a beach or something. Of course there is a wonderful lounge area, with a great private dining room

The pool area photos are accurate - if anything it's even nicer in person. Thanks again for a great time. (The location is really nice and central as well)

It illustrates the real nice atmosphere of this hotel: silent-luxury-comfort and real good service, food. Farid, the concierge, went out of his way to help us with reservations. Staying here is very nice indeed

Excellent hotel! The room was clean, the beds are comfortable, and we loved the location. Check in was super easy using the app, and I liked using entry codes rather than physical keys

The staff were very helpful and nice! The room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean. I really liked that the room had a tiny fridge and an electric water heater

The location is great! Close to Edgware road station, which allowed me to go to several touristic places easily

There was a little road noise, but it's a central London hotel so that's to be expected

A very pleasant stay, and the best part was the staff's service. They were very attentive and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out and were able to rest until our train departed.

I needed a room for very specific requirements. Flexibility, convenient and reasonable priced. Some things i did wish was an extra pillow, possible better air circulation and a shelf in the shower

Excellent location close to Kensington Gardens and public transport. For history and luxury enthusiasts. What a great breakfast included in price

My advice is to ask for the fan as soon as you check in, so you will have it for the duration of your stay. I stayed for three nights and can't wait to return again on my next visor to London

Excellent (quiet) location Friendly staff, spotless room, super comfortable bed and pillows, and I was very pleased with the size and layout of my room as a solo traveller

Also I would suggest housekeeping team could do more thorough check- phone wasnt working, no hand towel

The room is quite small, has a strange smell, the towels are not clean, the breakfast is too simple, the only advantage is the good location

The only concern was the heating- I was in Lower ground floor and it was quite cold considering the heating was on 31 degrees whole night

I returned to the hotel after a period away and found they have new owners. The night guy is incredible - I’ve never experienced a cross dressing receptionist before and the outfit doesn’t leave much to the imagination

Room service is first class, I had a problem with my radiator and J came in his outfit and fixed it for me with no fuss. This is now a strictly adults only hotel and there are some shenanigans that go on

When checking in ask for the VIP service and J will almost certainly oblige. Don’t go down to the dungeon though, that’s reserved for staff entertainment

J normally turns a blind eye or gets involved. There were no snakes, bedbugs or any other wild animals when so was there so all that is nonsense
