The location is perfect, this is just underground station outside the hotel within 5 minutes walk, so convenient for us to walk around in london. However, the room is abit small but its expected since its LONDON righttt

Absolutely perfect reception service. They let me chick in was 1pm. Very flexible. And convenient. Kind warm .permission to late chick out at 1pm.

Good Location, ok Room, nice Pool but Front Desk communicated wrong opening times to many hotel guests which then came too late to swim.

Fantastic stay. Great location, clean room, good facilities and even a little treat in our room for my husband’s birthday!

Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc

Fantastic experience! The pool and sauna were amazing.

They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!  The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too

The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The atmosphere was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were nothing short of a palace

I had an absolutely delightful 12-day stay at The Landmark and I want to sincerely thank every member of the team. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I felt genuinely welcomed—almost like coming home

The atmosphere in the hotel is simply wonderful — elegant yet relaxed — and the stunning atrium creates such a special setting. It truly felt like a memorable occasion from start to finish

One of the times they didn’t even leave any fresh towels. They took the old ones but didn’t even leave any fresh ones and it took them two hours to get them to me.  We did have a really great view though

The other thing I was not a big fan of is that even though my do not disturb sign is up housekeeping would still knock on the door and literally still walking into the door

I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember

We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great

The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

The location is excellent, and for London, it offers great value for money. The hygiene, environment, and service were all quite good. My friends had a very pleasant stay, and we'd likely come back again next time.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly to Asians, and good conversationalists. The hotel is very close to both the train and metro stations

There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to lively areas like Soho. It's also quite close to Notting Hill. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding residential area was very quiet

You don't need to worry about eat & get everything you need conveniently. The only thing is housekeeping hasn't refill the lotion after daily clean up. But they refill it after I leave a note in toilet

A beautiful room, very comfortable bed. Mini fridge and safe were a nice touch. Walking distance from tube station with a Tesco nearby, handy for snacks etc.

It's close to metro station that you can get to most of the scenic spots easily. There are quite a number of restaurants & supermarkets along the street

The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.

I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund

The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities

To top it off, at check-out, there was a mysterious 480 GBP charge for a 'signed consumption' that I definitely didn't make. After I protested, they finally removed it

The breakfast service was decent, but the breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, an extremely bad experience. I would absolutely never stay there again

The hotel location, cleanliness and rooms were all good. We had three problems, I had stayed at this chain of hotel before and new you had to book to use the swimming pool

It's a bit of a walk (over 15 minutes) from all the attractions. The reception staff were all British and very welcoming and undiscriminate

We were especially pleased that we arrived at the hotel at 10 am and were checked in immediately, without having to wait until 3 pm

Very good location for who seek to wake around the city to explore the vibrant of London.

This hotel is very near tube. It is very nice.

We were blown away to say the least! We couldn't recommend this hotel and its staff enough, and I haven't even started on the experience yet! We are looking forward to another extended stay with the team hear at HCR very soon

Last spring my son and I visited Hotel Cate Royal for a few nights and had a spectacular stay. From the moment we checked in to saying our goodbyes the staff treated us with the upmost respect and kindness

They were there for our every need and helped us get plan our days and book tickets. As well the concierge team booked us food reservations and museum visits

It is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and both in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff live up to the name and truly treat their guests like royalty

The spa is honestly incredible. Had an incredibly relaxing massage. It looks and feels exactly like the images and deserves the Time Out best spa in London award

The room was a bit dated, but all the other services were great. The only issue was that I'd requested an early check-in around 12 PM, but still had to wait until 2 PM to get into the room.

Lovely hotel, very attentive team working there. Spacious and stylish rooms. Excellent food and a great gym/pool.

Perfect central location with easy walk to all the sights. Booked as a surprise & all the staff helped make the it very special indeed. The bedroom was immaculate & we very much enjoyed the swimming pool

It is modestly and beautiful presented on one table, with more in the menu’s. We liked this way of presenting breakfast. It is contrary to an over-the-top display of premade foods in some 5star hotels

Food in the restaurant is very good. The huge swimming pool is amazing. One good think to be on a beach or something. Of course there is a wonderful lounge area, with a great private dining room

The pool area photos are accurate - if anything it's even nicer in person. Thanks again for a great time. (The location is really nice and central as well)

It illustrates the real nice atmosphere of this hotel: silent-luxury-comfort and real good service, food. Farid, the concierge, went out of his way to help us with reservations. Staying here is very nice indeed

It is sooo much better than the Ritz in every way possible. One of the best hotels we have stayed in

A very pleasant stay, and the best part was the staff's service. They were very attentive and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out and were able to rest until our train departed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception team was extremely kind and welcoming, and Loay at the front desk was especially helpful and genuinely thoughtful. He made everything so easy and comfortable

I needed a room for very specific requirements. Flexibility, convenient and reasonable priced. Some things i did wish was an extra pillow, possible better air circulation and a shelf in the shower

Excellent location close to Kensington Gardens and public transport. For history and luxury enthusiasts. What a great breakfast included in price

My advice is to ask for the fan as soon as you check in, so you will have it for the duration of your stay. I stayed for three nights and can't wait to return again on my next visor to London

Excellent (quiet) location Friendly staff, spotless room, super comfortable bed and pillows, and I was very pleased with the size and layout of my room as a solo traveller

Location is ideal if you’re to walk to Victoria coach station for your next destination. It’s also very convenient to walk to the nearby interesting spots like the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park etc

The room was spacious for our group of 4 and room was quiet enough, occassional door slams from the room beside us and footsteps from the floor above. You can leave the luggages before and after your stay

We had a great experience- only thing was it was advertised as an ensuite bathroom but it was actually outside the room. Great otherwise! Thank you for all your help

I don’t know why people complain so much. You paid for a cheap hotel, what did you expect? My stay was great. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed: en suite bath, kettle, coffee, fresh towels, tea, etc

Very clean , spacious room and bed , very convenient location.

It was easy to find and suitably located near Victoria underground to get to places you needed to go in London, we had a twin room wasn't a big room but cosy enough

Also I would suggest housekeeping team could do more thorough check- phone wasnt working, no hand towel

The room is quite small, has a strange smell, the towels are not clean, the breakfast is too simple, the only advantage is the good location

The only concern was the heating- I was in Lower ground floor and it was quite cold considering the heating was on 31 degrees whole night

I returned to the hotel after a period away and found they have new owners. The night guy is incredible - I’ve never experienced a cross dressing receptionist before and the outfit doesn’t leave much to the imagination

Room service is first class, I had a problem with my radiator and J came in his outfit and fixed it for me with no fuss. This is now a strictly adults only hotel and there are some shenanigans that go on

When checking in ask for the VIP service and J will almost certainly oblige. Don’t go down to the dungeon though, that’s reserved for staff entertainment

J normally turns a blind eye or gets involved. There were no snakes, bedbugs or any other wild animals when so was there so all that is nonsense

absoloutely incredible perfect everything prfect honestly amazing food perfectly clean nothing wrong with it at all

Friendly helpful staff close to tube station clean and tidy room value for money our first time in London
