Great location. Great service. Rooms very comfortable however bathrooms are very outdated.
good facilities, and friendly service. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
You can find better 4* hotels in third world countries for a fraction of the price. I paid over £162 for a night for this awful hotel. Mostly occupied by arabs from the gulf, who dont care what they get and pay for. I booked a deluxe king room and the size of the room is about the size of my bathroom. The only thing you get in the room is 2 cans of water and nothing more. The shower gel in the bathroom...
The location is excellent and its within 20mins to touristy spots etc
The London Metropole Hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. The location is excellent, situated near major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, offering a comfortable retreat after a busy day. I...
The Christmas atmosphere was really strong, with Christmas trees everywhere. The breakfast manager was also super friendly and spoke Chinese, which was a huge plus!

The room's location is excellent, and the view is great.
One of my favourite hotels in London. Brilliant location for Big Ben, London eye etc. great room and facilities like gym and pool. Great stay
I booked this hotel for New Year's Eve, and the room had a beautiful view of the fireworks 🎆. The location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you can see Big Ben~
Great location, but the room decor was a bit dated. The decorative painting on the cabinet was a little creepy. The front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, if you opt out of housekeeping, you get a free bottle of wine, which is a nice touch!
Always incredible experience at this hotel !
The facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself was very large and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. Mobile self-check-in is available, so you don't need to go to the front desk. You can also handle check-out on your phone and simply leave. Be aware that it can get quite noisy on weekends. My next-door neighbors were screaming and making a racket all night; they sounded like young...

I checked in on March 20, 2026, and received key cards for rooms 2084 and 2085. I went out and returned around 6 PM. Neither key card for room 2085 worked. I went down to get a new key card and went back up, but it still wouldn't open. I went down to the reception a second time. They said a technician would check the door and asked me to wait in room 2084. After a while, reception called room 2084...

Enjoyed the stay very much. Close to a lot of shops and places.
Perfect location, near Hyde park and Oxford street
Nice hotel. I stayed here a night for an Awards night. Hotel is clean with friendly staff. The room I stayed in was a double bed room and it was spacious enough with everything in reach from the bed. Only caution is the halls leading to the rooms can be a maze...lol. but they were smart with the signs so you can't get lost
We stay here everytime we come. It is our favorite place to stay.

There was nothing negative to say here, everything was wonderful ranging from check-in to how clean the room was.
Good experience, ideal location situated next to the Business Design Centre. Service and staff all very friendly, nice breakfast.
The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean and it was a fantastic location. I booked here at the last minute and it was great.
Dear Hotel Management, I would like to report the serious issues we encountered during our stay at your hotel, which we attended with my family for a business meeting. Throughout our stay in room 152, the heating system was not functioning. When we reported the issue, providing a tiny electric radiator for such a large room was far from professional. Furthermore, my request to speak with a manager...
This is a well placed hotel mid way down Upper Street so excellent for Islington. I stayed 2 nights and had two rooms which were both excellent ..one with a bath and one with a shower. I had breakfast one morning for £15 and this was a relaxing venue to start the day with a calm and quiet ambience. I will stay again . No noise problems. Good value for money.
Fairly central. Staff are very friendly. Often have some nice snacks or fruits in the afternoon. Nice view of London from the front door!

Nice location, under 1 min away from High Street Kensington station . The reception and lobby outstanding . Room outdated , furniture and bed, pillows very basic, dated. Air con very old, noisy and not efficient . For that I will not come back but personal taste.
Such a beautiful old world hotel. Fabulous reception, everything you could need. Big rooms well Laid out and feels like a much more expensive hotel. Ideal location a few mins walk from station but tucked in a side street so no street noise. Super comfy beds. Love staying here - feels like a treat!
Great hotel to stay in for being very close in central London easy to get too great price and overall amazing stay
The location of this hotel is acceptable, but the service is extremely poor. I opted for and paid for the breakfast when booking the hotel, yet the front desk staff told me I had to pay extra for it again during check-in. Nice hotel and awesome location. Also very good breakfast. Highly recommended in London
The views from the Tower Bridge room were absolutely stunning; the hotel's overall ambiance exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was decent, with no major oversights. Great location in District 1, very convenient and only a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The room was a bit small, though.

The location was perfect but the room is a little run down. They need to replace the carpet and fix the glass beside the bath tub which is a big hazard for anyone but the whole bed space was perfect for families with multiple children.

Rooms are big and spacious, cleanliness can be improved. Overall hotel is abit old. With certain times some odd smell. Location was great with many restaurants and cafe nearby.
The hotel located in a very convenient place but the room not so clean.

London, 372 The Strand (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is fantastic, with the Angel Light right outside the window. They even have thoughtful touches like complimentary water bottle refills available at the elevator.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions, and the room was decent. However, check-in time is in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you'll have to store your luggage first. Also, we had booked a twin room, but the hotel kept trying to give us a single room. We had to decline multiple times before they finally gave up.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's very close to the subway station. You can even walk to Trafalgar Square. The room includes complimentary water and is cleaned daily. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff are all very polite.
Great hotel in an unbeatable central location. Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Strand Palace.
The room is on the smaller side, but the location is excellent, perfect for a solo trip. You can walk downstairs to Covent Garden and the Theatre District, and this area feels quite safe with a wide variety of food options.
Amazing hotel. Lovely rooms and facilities. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Would recommend to others. Will stay again. 10/10.

The room was really spacious, a big plus! The pool isn't huge, but it's perfect for adults to just relax, and it was great for the two kids to splash around in. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely added to the positive experience.
Overall verdict: We didn’t have any housekeeping until morning we were due to checkout even though we had our cleaning light on for 24hrs. Seemed to be limited in staff other than down at reception. The room was spacious, bright, and clean – very good! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Highly recommend!
For its price point, this hotel in West London offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's also very conveniently located for transport. The biggest issue was the shower water wasn't very hot, making showers quite cold. The bedding was also subpar, feeling a bit grubby and as if it hadn't been changed.
The hotel's location is a bit west of the city center, taking about half an hour to reach Big Ben and the main train stations. However, it's right next to Hammersmith, a major tube and bus hub, making getting around very convenient. Because of its location, the price is also more attractive compared to hotels in the core area. Hotel rooms in the UK are generally small, but this room size was quite...
Great location, with two subway lines nearby making it convenient to get to the airport. There are also restaurants and a supermarket in the vicinity. The room size is decent. The decor is a bit dated and the maintenance is just average. Overall, the value for money is still pretty good.
Nice Location, Near Tube Hammersmith and bus stop Nice Service Good
Horrible experience, would not recommend. I had a serious safety incident during my stay on September 27, 2025. On the morning of the 28th, my partner and I were trapped in an elevator. The STG Hotel is fantastically located and the lobby is well presented, but our room was very small and not particularly clean. The carpet was old and didn't seem clean and there was barely enough room to walk around the bed. This hotel made us wish...
Decent hotel extended for a day to explore more of London. The extension gave me a breakfast included. The breakfast was well below average, limited options and the coffee was cheap. If its included in the fee, have a try. If you want to add on a breakfast I would suggest thinking twice and trying the shops around the hotel for more variation and quality.
They hotel lobby was great. But the room is old .and simple furniture.
The location is great— it’s right next to Oxford Street, with plenty of shops and restaurants, and very convenient access to buses and the underground, all within walking distance. The room was clean and well-maintained. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy due to the busy street outside. Overall, I would still recommend this place for its location and convenience.
Definitely worth the price. Location is great, room is clean.
Everything was okey, the room a bit outdated but overall okey. However the heater didnt work and the remoate tv also didn’t work. Throughout the stay, it was okey but the services for me a bit out, no etiquette and the attitude for me not so good.

Have stayed here before - good location close to tube and next door to a casino. Did not eat here so cannot comment on food. Room big enough with a good shower.
I am stuck going there for conferences each year and do not like this hotel. They pretend to be a 4-star, but they are more like a 2-star, and their breakfast has gotten worse each year. They renovated some rooms with more light, which is good, but still cannot figure out how to provide simple amenities like tissue paper and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper? Avoid if you can.
The hotel was “okay”. You have to pay for anything even slightly extra (getting cutlery into the room? 3 pounds). The rooms cleanliness was average - bathroom was not great, however bedsheets were clean.  Breakfast wad really great - with a wide variety of choices. Some of the options were English breakfast, fruits and yoghurt, pasties, and other.
Great service and location. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past three years. Staff are very welcoming. My last stay was superb. I asked for Shattaf as usual but when rooms with Shattaf were fully booked (Christmas time), they upgraded my room at no charge at all. Kudos to Tessy and Hakim who helped me with the upgrade.
We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, where the customer service was truly incredible from start to finish. The rooms themselves were impeccable: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and finished...
Great hotel and staff. Overall the room was clean. It was well stocked with amenities. However the sheets had lots of lint. The room had a sour smell. The rooms need ventilation. Excellent location, near Westfield shopping mall and Shepherd Bush train station. Very convenient location
I’ll be honest — my stay at Hilton Kensington did not meet my expectations. While the staff were generally polite, the hotel itself feels dated and in need of a proper renovation. good location in canary wharf. decent size room (standard double) with a bath tub. Wifi is just OK. it's got an old skool look and feel, which is a little out of place in the area, but i like it .

The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite for free. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space, two separate bathrooms, and a huge dining area. It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
The location and the breakfast buffet was the highlight. In terms of quality of the rooms to price ratio, it could be a lot better. The rooms need to be renovated to live up to the luxurous standards that most guests get experience from other interContinental Hotel locations around the globe- particularly in Asia.
The front desk service was exceptionally professional and wonderful! It felt very personal, like being at home!
Booking a one-bedroom suite with kids was absolutely fantastic, especially with the sea view. The breakfast and pool were big hits with the little ones. Next time we have an event near the O2, we'll definitely book this place again.
A pleasant and clean hotel. So quiet at night! Couldn't fault the room. Breakfast was very slow when ordering from the menu though, it only had 4 dishes yet 25 mins after ordering we had to cancel as we ran out of time to eat it before we had to leave. Good location in london. Easy walk to Hyde Park and easy walk to shopping. Many good food and restaurants around here. Hotel staff very friendly. Will come back again
My stay from 31 December to 3 January was unfortunately not a very pleasant one. I had hoped to enjoy a nice New Year’s break at the hotel. The property has a long history and, although it has been renovated, there were several comfort issues. The central air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the windows did not insulate well against the cold or wind. The room felt slightly warmer only when the...

It's also quite close to other famous attractions like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Other than the...
London's prices were much higher than expected. The hotel was a bit dated, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly; it took nearly half an hour for the water to clear after washing my face. The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park, and we also had a nice view from our window. However, at over 4000 a night, it still felt truly exorbitant.
The hotel boasts a good location, right next to Hyde Park, making it convenient to get around (though I felt this was its only strong point). I noticed a significant number of guests were from the Middle East. On the day of check-in, I arrived at Heathrow on an early morning flight. By the time I took a taxi to the hotel, it was only 9 AM, and I was extremely tired from jet lag. Thankfully, the front...

Toilets are small, all hotels facility apart from gym is sublet out to 3rd party. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Staff are friendly, but just better value elsewhere. Great location tho.
Stayed at the hotel for one night attending a conference. My room was exceptionally clean and furnishings great quality. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Wish I could have stayed longer.
I paid over 4,000 for a night, and the room was only 20 square meters, extremely small. The front desk even gave me a room that never gets any sun, while the Italians across the hall had a room with great sunlight. Plus, the air conditioning was broken. It was a terrible experience, and the front desk staff were very cold.
excellent location, can walk to most of the tourist spots, also close to the underground so travel is not a problem. Very helpful staff, good breakfast.
This is a great hotel with an excellent location, offering top-notch service and delicious breakfasts. However, the rooms are very small for a hotel of this caliber. The room amenities, such as power outlets, charging stations, and other small details, feel outdated.
Let's start with the positives: it's close to attractions (Hyde Park), but the room doesn't have a view. The hotel service was five-star. Now for the negatives: the room facilities are old, the desk lamp was crooked; the curtains were broken and couldn't be fully closed; the cabinets were uneven; and the windows had poor soundproofing. It really felt like a 'dilapidated and small' place.
