Staff went above and beyond expectations in customer service and making our christmas experience a positive one. We really enjoyed our stay all the staff were welcoming, we ate in restaurant and food was very good value, and despite the bank holiday they happily prepared meals and drinks we requested and wished us well on our departure.

Although we booked a family room, it felt too small for the four of us (two adults and two children). The location is quite convenient, situated around the bay area. It was pleasant to walk around at sunset, and there were several good restaurants to choose from nearby. Breakfast was simple but acceptable.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Manchester – Salford Quays. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick and smooth. One of the highlights was the location – it offered easy access to football games at Old Trafford, which was just a short walk away, as well as convenient public transport connections to the city centre and beyond. A solid and stress-free choice for anyone visiting Manchester, especially for football fans. I’d happily stay here again.

Very friendly staff and as we went quite late and it was almost empty, we got served quite quick. We had a discount voucher, so the price ended up being very cheap and the quality of their food is great. I recommend the Calzone.

Service was excellent , atmosphere very good. Had Sunday lunch only down side would have liked traditional boiled potatoes. Excellent value for money. Would definitely return

The food is of better than average quality. 8/10 for the price range. Fairly priced for the food on offer. Great views of the Quay, Service could be more attentive, but good if you want a hands off approach and watch the racing.

Its a good quiet place. Better in summer. Decent view overlooking the water. Food is a little over priced though. Steaks are okay, they never seem to be able to cook to our liking.

Surly staff, it's a busy chain of subway so I can understand the need for speed but that doesn't necessitate a lack of manners. Tuts and general lack of please and thank you, make this one of the less enjoyable places to eat in the Lowry.

Excellent !! The staff are very friendly and the food here is very nice and reasonably priced. The salad boxes are a very good size and perfect for an afternoon or evening meal. £5.95 gets you a big salad box and a smoothie of your choice. I can't recommend this place high enough. Compared to the other food outlets in the Lowry - i believe this place is the nicest. A++ !!
