Great night away. We stayed to go to the Aviva studios. It was a good location for us.
We had a great service, all staff smiley and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Options for everyone.

Good value! The only thing is the lack of soundproofing. We were on the first floor and kept waking up from people walking above us. If you choose this hotel, I suggest you ask for the highest floor.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. When we checked in, we provided our passports to the counter, but the lady at the counter said they no needed and gave me the room card directly. This was different from our experience at Holiday Inns in other district of the UK and made us doubt the security of the hotel. We drove into the hotel carpark at the same time and notified the counter, but she may not made a record. After returning home, I received TWO penalty tickets indicating that we had illegally parked on two different days.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their good attitude really made a difference in the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well maintained place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the first floor, which means we need an elevator to access it. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clean and tidy the space is, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served here is absolutely delicious, making for a great start to the day. Overall, I really like this hotel very much.

Both of location and staff are excellent. The room also good , exclude bathroom. For bathroom, both of ceiling, tiles and edges of bathtub look not nice.

Although the room is not spacious and lacks an electricity plug for charging, one USB port is behind the beds. However, it is clean and tidy, and the receptionists are polite, helpful, and friendly. The services provided are excellent.
