So no issues with the staff down at the reception area at all, doing a smashing job representing the hotel, telling us about the app too upon arrival... check in the hotel earlier with app very cool, very nice, also the reception area is where the big bosses of this hotel choose to spend most of their budget as when you get to the rooms it does show.

Cleaning staff - now what are they doing? Because they certainly aren't cleaning the rooms, the room was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in, windows, bed, bathroom, carpets, i know its a budget hotel but basic levels of hygiene and cleaniness should be a must in a hotel, ive stayed in cheaper hotels and they were cleaner!

Needs a refurb in the rooms and big recruitment drive for cleaning staff.

Me and my partner had to make the bed before sleeping because we couldn't stomach sleeping on it because of how it was.

Area is very loud, traffic, horns beeping, people shouting.

On a positive note I did like the shower in the bathroom, the water pressure was excellent and it is in a brilliant location attending gigs and festivals in the area.

Great location, reasonable price, good breakfast. We’ll be back. Perfect for FUMO.

This hotel is pretty average. The location isn't too far from Oxford Road Station, about a 10-minute walk. The main issue for me was that I was there to watch a football match and couldn't check in early; check-in was only after 3 PM. This really put it behind other hotels, where you can usually check in as soon as you arrive! The room environment was also just okay. There were no tissues provided and no towels either. I'm not sure if they forgot or just don't provide them, but I brought my own anyway, so it wasn't a huge deal.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to two train stations and Manchester University, as well as nearby attractions like the Museum of Science and Industry, which you can reach by free bus. The room size was good, and it was very quiet, with a hairdryer provided. The hot water was great, and the self-service breakfast had plenty of options. They also have a water dispenser for guests to refill their own bottles, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Free luggage storage is available.

Now for the downsides: Upon check-in, I found the bathroom cleanliness to be an issue. The sink, toilet, and toilet seat weren't clean and had noticeable marks. Everything else was fine. Just to confirm, there were no slippers or toothbrushes provided.

I was very satisfied with my stay, as it was close to the city center, included breakfast, and was very affordable. My flight was cancelled, so I had to book last minute, but the hotel was incredibly helpful. They let me store my luggage before check-in, I ordered room service for dinner, and they even accommodated my request to extend my stay.

It was okay

The facilities, hygiene, environment, and transportation are all good. The male staff at the front desk was also very nice. However, the female cleaning staff had a terrible attitude.

A cozy place in the metropolitan and universities surrounding area, close to Manchester Oxford Street and small shops around there too.
Easy assess to go into the city center by train and buses. Reasonable prices for travelers and budget savings as well.

The hotel located in a strategic locations, near to Chinatown and not far away from the tram station and Piccadilly train station. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out procedure, basic hotel room. The only negative point was my sleep was a bit distracted by the noisy and shouting sound from the roadside during the night but overall I have a descent stayed in the hotel and it's value for money,

Cosy room that was well heated and clean. The breakfast is cheaper to book beforehand and had an excellent time windowof 6am-midday!
