The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. It's within walking distance to all the city's attractions. I especially recommend the Sofia Restaurant downstairs; their food is top-notch. The grilled lamb chops and stewed lamb shank were delicious and reasonably priced. I ended up eating there twice!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! During the off-season, the value for money was excellent. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Princes Street, but there's a bus stop right outside, and you can also get there in 15-20 minutes on foot. All the staff were very friendly, and I had a great experience. On my last day, I had an early train, and after I mentioned it, they even packed breakfast for me, which was incredibly thoughtful. Five-star rating!

This hotel's location is a little far. there is no good restaurants or supermarket besides. Not convenience for travelers. Also the room is not clean enough (I found hair on the bed). The shower's water is not strong enough and not comfortable having shower. I am not really like this hotel.

An extremely comfortable and pleasant room to stay. What I liked most: a big bed, carpeting, long couch, many sockets, tea set, many towels and hygiene supplies, thermostat, big windows. However, there was one thing I didn't really get - the shower unit is not supposed to be closed completely. It's like half open and that is why some water can splash to the bathroom floor.
The location is pretty good, it is not in the very centre but you can easily walk there in about 15 minutes.
The breakfast was excellent, it had traditional notes but still homelike, very delicious, and the selection was vast.
And after all, the price was acceptable, so I can strongly recommend the hotel:)

It is nice place ,clean and tidy room .they have food kind of snack and drinks infront of reception that you can order . Have lebanese restaurant always busy.you need to booked .

Harrison at the front desk was welcoming and proficient. The room pleasant and clean. The WiFi was terrible, very disappointing. The breakfast was fine, there was something for most.
I think to expect your from desk staff to also be a Starbucks barista is a huge mistake.
We checked out at 10.15AM only two people on the front desk as well as making coffee, Harrison was his professional self, you have a good employee there.
Parking is an ok price but a hassle to get in and out of as it’s not connected to the hotel.
There is a Lebanese restaurant connected to the hotel which you can enter from hotel foyer, if you’re tired and don’t want to go on a walk about with a hit or miss restaurant you won’t be disappointed the for and staff are wonderful.

The room was very spacious. There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby with incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a great perk. It's only a 20-minute journey to the charming Dean Village and just 10 minutes to Edinburgh's city centre. I highly recommend this place!
