I was staying in a large room, but there was exterior wall maintenance work going on outside. The windows were completely covered with scaffolding, making it impossible to look outside. After complaining, it took them two days to finally move me to a smaller room, which at least had a view outside. Not good time to stay with them until the construction finish.
Hotel was good location is on amazing place between the streets but i found red stains on bedsheet everything except that is good ..
It was a bit hard to find the hotel given there are constructions taking place now. But the hotel is clean and breakfast is awesome too
The room was pretty similar to hotels back home, though some of the facilities were a bit dated. The shower stall didn't have a door, so water splashed out, and there was scaffolding on the outside of the hotel.
Excellent location, convenient for getting anywhere, and great service too.
Great staying with Hilton, middle of the stay staff was helpful and nice. But u have to request everything from the hotel only they provide

It was good stay but room heating was not working and breakfast options could have been better
The room was decent, and the front desk staff was very welcoming.
Good location:close to the seafront with a lot of good restaurants nearby. 25mins from the Prince st. The room is spacious.
Great service, little far from city centre
Location: Very conveniently located right across a couple of bus stops and also a few steps away from Ocean Terminal tram stop. The Oean Terminal has a few well known brand outlets which we did not visit but if you have nothing else to do, it could be a nice way to spend your time. Also the Royal Britannia Yacht is right there. Cleanliness and facilities: just as expected from IHG, very clean and...
We have stayed here several times before and have always been satisfied with this hotel. We stayed for two nights this time;. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. We had left 2 bath towels to be changed and used cups from our morning tea but when we returned for the second evening we only had one bath towel replaced along with a fresh hand towel and bath mat (not needed). Also the cups had not been changed...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. It's within walking distance to all the city's attractions. I especially recommend the Sofia Restaurant downstairs; their food is top-notch. The grilled lamb chops and stewed lamb shank were delicious and reasonably priced. I ended up eating there twice!
Extremely satisfied with this hotel! During the off-season, the value for money was excellent. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Princes Street, but there's a bus stop right outside, and you can also get there in 15-20 minutes on foot. All the staff were very friendly, and I had a great experience. On my last day, I had an early train, and after I mentioned it, they even packed breakfast for me, which...
The Hampton hotel offers a good and comfortable staying. Friendly staff willing to hel
This hotel's location is a little far. there is no good restaurants or supermarket besides. Not convenience for travelers. Also the room is not clean enough (I found hair on the bed). The shower's water is not strong enough and not comfortable having shower. I am not really like this hotel.
An extremely comfortable and pleasant room to stay. What I liked most: a big bed, carpeting, long couch, many sockets, tea set, many towels and hygiene supplies, thermostat, big windows. However, there was one thing I didn't really get - the shower unit is not supposed to be closed completely. It's like half open and that is why some water can splash to the bathroom floor. The location is pretty good...
Good hotel Value for money Little away from main tourist attractions but rooms are well decorated and breakfast is good

Stayed here before. Lovely hotel and easy access from buses from park and ride ...as well as buses to areas of the city we were going to on our trip. Staff as always excellent, efficient and very friendly. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and staff here again were very helpful and lovely.
Overall was good experience but the air condition is quite loud but the room is nice and clean
Amazing stay experience at the Ten Hill Place Hotel. I was on a trip with my mother. The staff here made our stay, checking in & out and the whole experience very easy and smooth. We did have some issues in our bathroom which was dealt with promptly by their staff. The place is very conveniently located near the center with major attractions just walks away like the royal mile, victoria street, princes...
One of the best hotel I have ever stayed because the room is spacious and clean and well equipped..most of all I can use a gym..
Absolutely fantastic! The environment is great, and the hygiene is top-notch. I highly recommend it to everyone. The scenery is also incredibly beautiful.
We went for my 25th birthday and the hotel really did make the trip. Special shout out to Lacey who checked us in. She upgraded us to the most lovely room for my birthday which had the most unbelievable views and such a nice room. We loved watching the sun rise from Arthur’s seat out of our window🌅 Really easy check in process and her lovely service made it even better! The staff in the hotel are lovely...

I have to give this hotel a big thumbs-up. Each floor has a purified water dispenser, and they even leave little biscuits in the room every day. The hotel is right next to Edinburgh Castle, and since Edinburgh isn't that big, it's convenient to get anywhere from here.
The hotel room had a view of Edinburgh Castle, which was amazing! Besides the standard breakfast items, we could also order an additional hot meal every day, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. I really enjoyed Edinburgh and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit.
Amazing service and room, the restock on shortbread biscuits really topped it off. My guy at the reception was great for information and helping us out. The hotel location is perfect, right next to victoria street and when you step outside you have a clear view of the castle. The facilities are good, with a sauna and swimming pool nearby. Only thing I would mention is the shower temperature not being...
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Location great, we had a view of the castle from our room.
that was brilliant, but just only one thing the door the door closer Was a little bit noisy, but overall was brilliant
This is meant to be a 4 star city-centre hotel and it is therefore expected that the facilities on offer will include a bar and dining facilities. This is not the case. While there is a bar and restaurant it transpires that the bar has not opened since COVID. In addition, while the restaurant serves a very nice breakfast, it does not serve lunch, snacks or dinner. There is no vending machine either...

Overall a good stay, not to far from city center, tram just across the street and also a big shopping center access the street for coffee shopping etc. Hotel is very average, breakfast not fully worth the full amount as not a lot to choose from. Other than bread pastries and cereals, no hot food such as eggs sausages etc. Room in itself is ok quite small but it done the job. Now with cleaning we found...
I have stayed in many hotels before. However this one was a very disappointing stay. The room was very small and congested with no space to move/get dressed or even store our luggage. 2 people felt like a crowd in there. The air conditioning was loud and kept turning on and off. When we asked for an upgrade the lady at the reception plainly told us that the entire hotel has the same type of rooms....
The room is very small and there are no amenities  They 16 points for the breakfast but everything was finish at 9:00Am No
Stayed a few nights before and booked again for. A night prior to airport departure . Very helpful front desk ..
Good location with all the amenities required. Hassle free check in and check out. Nice breakfast and free coffee for everyone all times. Nice view from the hotel location. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Edinburgh Gateway train station, right next to a huge M&S store at the station exit. It's surrounded by a few office buildings, and a bit further out are the tram tracks and a road, making the area very quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, truly commendable. The room layout is a bit compact, but the price is much...

Won from the best places I have stayed. The rooms are unique. And the price is very good. I would come here again... 5 stars for me
Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. We were greeted with a refreshing gin and tonic! Would stay again on my next trip.
We came to Edinburgh for three nights and after looking at a lot of hotels decided on the Radisson Collection. We went for the premier collection on the top floor with a castle view. LOVE THIS HOTEL! You walk inside and in but a moment you've entered this beautiful, modern oasis...your new home away from home...in one of the world's most extraordinary cities!! Really fantastic hotel, great views from most of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we especially liked our surprise card and dessert for our anniversary that was left in our room. The room isn't very big, and it's right next to the train station. It's also very close to the main attractions. It's newly renovated and very clean. There are also quite a few complimentary drinks. It's suitable for a short stopover.
Walking distance away from the train station. Very convenient m. Everything in the minibar is free so that was an additional touch of effort that we really appreciated.there was a bus stop to the airport too which we had to take early morning the next day Room is super comfortable and clean. Bed was great.
Very good and clean, location and service good too. The reception is not on the ground floor which surprised us but it was welcoming
This was the best choice and a perfect accommodation with everything we needed. We were so satisfied during our trip and are heading back home happy.
This is an excellent hotel! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they immediately offered a glass of champagne, which was a lovely touch. The room is very small. It can be frustrating if you choose a room that has everything but doesn't open the window. And the room was so cold that I slept with the warm air on. Other than that, everything was fine. The location was very good and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient. I think it is a hotel with many advantages.
The room was tiny, and the bedside table was minuscule. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. However, the front desk service was quite good. They even offered complimentary biscuits and some water.
Great budget hotel located right next to a train station and close enough to the city centre. Helpful staff, functional room facilities. No kettle in the room but there is free tea/coffee at reception, so even better. Good value for money in general
Never stay in room 506. I didn't sleep all night because doors were constantly slamming. It was the worst night of my entire trip, and the room is right next to the elevator. Overall, the hotel itself is good, conveniently located, and clean, but everything depends on your room's location.
The hotel offers high-quality service, and the staff are friendly and do their best to answer all questions. The transportation near the hotel is convenient, with multiple bus routes and trams available to reach various attractions in Edinburgh. This is your typical Holiday Inn hotel. Nice, hearty breakfast, clean rooms and parking available at an additional cost. I stayed for 1 night and enjoyed my stay there. The reception staff were helpful and the restaurant staff were attentive. Would stay here again.
After the learning curve you may understand the UK parking system a little bit. The customer need be cautious for every tricky there.
The hotel was clean and perfect for staying Staff was nice and helpful. Location is ok if you like distance a little from Princess St Overall was perfect
Holiday inn as usually, they rooms are always clean and well kept. Opposite the hotel has a shopping areas with Burger King. There is also a 24hrs petrol station down the road incase u arrival late for check in or u are hungry for a snack. Road will be quite packed during the peak hour. Walking to dean village is about 30min

The room quality is on par with a 3-star hotel in China. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, but the room layout was quite odd and winding. The bed wasn't very big either. It's super convenient if you want to visit Calton Hill, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're primarily interested in the city center, as it's about a 20-minute walk.
Hotel staff were lovely. Great Location. Just had a few issues with room, coffee machine was completely broken, broken bed light which wouldn’t normally bother me but the room had no main light. the phone to contact reception and room service wasn’t plugged in or even have a lead to plug in… and the bathroom had a awful smell.
Good bed linen and towels. Nice addition of dressing gowns. Good bathroom facilities.
voco St. James Edinburgh is absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to all the attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the terrace breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The service was warm and attentive, and the garden view was elegant, quiet, and delightful. It's definitely our top choice when visiting Edinburgh; the experience was superb!

About 800 meters from Waverley Station, and roughly the same distance to Princes Street, the National Gallery, and the Royal Mile. The service far exceeded my expectations!! I originally booked the Indigo Edinburgh, but due to renovations, they didn't inform me beforehand. It’s a very beautiful experience in the scholar, located in the university of Edinburgh. The room is clean and quiet. The view behind the hotel is so peaceful and it’s very convenient for visitors to go on a hiking.
The hotel isn't far from Edinburgh Castle, about 5 bus stops away or an 8-pound Uber ride. The environment is really good. Good friendly staff the bar and food was excellent good sized room really nice big bathroom only thing that threw me off a little bit was the position of our room was right next to a public footpath and people could look straight down into our room.
The receptionist on arrival commented on how cheap the room was. Considering the time of year I think the room was appropriately priced. I did not find the bed very comfortable. The hotel is quite large and in a great location, but our room was probably cheaper, so it was on the first floor with a direct view of the street, meaning the curtains couldn't be opened.
