Property is run down and extremely outdated. Ceilings are rippled, flooring is scratched and chipped, Had a leak in the shower where water ran out onto the floor. There is a homeless community within a hundred yards of the property with people coming and going constantly. Typical rate for hotel is around $55 per night but because it was a special event weekend I town the rates were 4 times the rate for a terrible property! Shame on them

was not allowed in because no physical id even though I had mentioned that I was mugged that evening.

Rug had some sort of stain on it and they could have been more friendly. Seemed like house keeping and other staff didn’t believe in smiling. Front desk was great.

They left My door open, not unlocked, open. All day I was gone and my door was open. No excuse for that

The blanket needs to be cleaner. TV does not work. No assistances on time. I have one kid sick. And I cannot take her breakfast at room.
