It's challenging to find the entrance of the hotel without making a first mistake to bypass it. There is no microwave and no little fridge in the room even though I've upgraded to a Deluxe room. I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

Great hotel with amentities however, the junior suite I stayed in had no character no paintings or decorators for the suite. It was bare. No heating and no portable heater, it was super cold. It took three or four calls to finally get through to room service, and they grudgingly gave us one blanket. Even with two blankets, it was still freezing, so I ended up sleeping in my own clothes. For such an expensive hotel, the facilities and service are just ridiculous.

We chose Sonesta for its convenience before an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. It has been 4 weeks since I have checked out from the hotel and they still haven’t reimbursed the 200$ deposit fee to my account. The hotel in Vegas returned the fees on the exact same day of my check out in real time. This is disappointing. I’m still hopeful that they resolve this issue.
