Convenient Location, But Disappointing Experience
The hotel’s only real advantage is its proximity to the airport, which makes it convenient for catching early flights. However, several aspects of my stay were disappointing:
Noise Levels: The hotel is very noisy due to its proximity to the airport. Flights land and take off from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, making it hard to relax.
Amenities:
No complimentary...
Excellent service at check in and check out. Both in house restaurants I tried were also very good.
It's challenging to find the entrance of the hotel without making a first mistake to bypass it. There is no microwave and no little fridge in the room even though I've upgraded to a Deluxe room. You have to pay extra fee for them. No slippers, no robes without requesting either. Even when I was at the front desk asking this female staff for them, she kept me waiting for over 10 min to give me an answer...
No one turned over our room, we left trash outside our room to be picked up and it was still there the next day.
I like this hotel
Beside of hotel have airport is good
I love this
Slightly tired Hilton - if only the rooms were as grand as the lobby. But good value for money if the price is right.

Nice abs clean, have free shuttle going to LAX very convenient
location right by the airport—ideal not only for layovers but also for exploring Los Angeles if you have a rental car. Hotel parking is pricey at $67 per night, but the nearby Airport Spectrum garage next door was only $18 when booked through SpotHero. I loved the pool area!
The hotel is perfect for a layover if you don't want to, or need to explore the city. However, and I am not sure if this is a country's issue, the hotel is not at the same level as other Marriott hotels I have stayed in other countries. They don't even offer a buffet breakfast, and the service is pretty basic compared to other Marriott hotels from around the world. They even charged for the use of...
Great and nice place, location is really convenient.
I’m impress with the staff especially the one in the front desk. I forgot her name. She is so amazing and considerate. Their cleansers staff as well are friendly. I would not hesitate to book again here and recommend to my family and friends.
A vending machine for snacks and drinks would be handy for late night travellers.

5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag. Not worth it in my opinion. Picked it for the location and proximity to the metro. but could have gone with other cheaper options.
Convenient location, nice staff, good price even with the big brand name
Friendly staff and great service. Happy that we were able to check in early!
Pretty good location, downtown. However, a lot of homless around during day and night, a bit sketchy but overall, the service of the hotel is great.
I was waiting for the room service to unlock refrigerator for 3 hrs. And waiting for luggage for a hour because of uncommunicative between front desk and concierge
Not bad. Lobby is beautiful. However rooms are only alright. The sky lobby can be a little annoying and the lighting system at the hotel is not operating as designed there are many issues with the system.

Dated hotel, nice pool, good gym with free wights, great equipment- leg press and other good equipment for leg day.
Fantastic hotel. Great location, great staff, luxurious and clean.
The hotel staff was perfect, but the other people I met here weren't as friendly as others I met elsewhere in LA.
Good , near to the crypto arena
Perfect location to watch a Laker game at the crypto dot com arena.
I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

This hotel is great for flight transit, we had a good stay there!
Comfortable stay near the airport. Airport shuttle was convenient and fuss free, the frequency was fast. Every staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
We waited a long time to check in. The room looked older than what was shown in the pictures. the location is good, There is an airport shuttle.
Comfortable, friendly staff. Starbuck coffee in room make the day
Front desk did not provide the best service upon getting there. Other than that, it was a average stay
The place is near the airport and provides shuttle to the airport, quite convenient. There is also a beach line nearby to go for a short trip if you have half-day in LA only.

Great location for a good few hours of shut eye before the next flight. Like that it is showers in the bathrooms not bath tub
The hotel
In general is nice, but rooms are on a busy road so it’s VERY NOISY
Friendly, good with dogs. Bear some cheap food options. Staff was very professional. Quiet hotel
We had to make a last minute reservation. For the price we got two exceptional rooms. Very comfortable beds and the ambiance was great! I’d recommend the Westin any time. Thank you from the Steadman family!
Very easy short shuttle ride from LAX. I had and a short overnight layover in LA and this was the perfect solution. Room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was an incredible value for the price.
Great hotel with amentities however, the junior suite I stayed in had no character no paintings or decorators for the suite. It was bare. The bathroom door constantly closed there was no way to keep it open. Otherwise it was an excellent hotel.
Bring in some warmth and character or at least a theme into the rooms

This hotel feels very old-school, with a lot of history and stories behind it. The room facilities were neat and clean, and the air conditioning's heating worked great, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. In contrast, the bathroom facilities were a bit older, and the sink was rather small, but there were no cleanliness issues whatsoever. The water pressure from both the shower and the sink...
No heating and no portable heater, it was super cold. It took three or four calls to finally get through to room service, and they grudgingly gave us one blanket. Even with two blankets, it was still freezing, so I ended up sleeping in my own clothes. For such an expensive hotel, the facilities and service are just ridiculous.
Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! The lobby is opulent and grand. I'll definitely be back next time.
Stayed in Room 319 Dec 19-22 with my daughter. As a lover of architecture and LA and movie history, to be able to spend three nights here was an unforgettable privilege. Sitting in the bar and common areas was magical, especially with the beautiful holiday decor. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and no outside noise. We walked around the area for hours...
I really like this hotel; the lobby is absolutely beautiful. The overall environment is also great, and it's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Los Angeles!
The hotel is gorgeous and well-kept. It's a historic location, so it's really nice they take that part seriously and show respect for the asset.
The rooms are equally nice. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained. Several wall outlets in my suite didn't work. This was very frustrating, since I couldn't charge my phone on the nightstand.
The service was a bit disappointing. The staff were fine...

Conveniently located, with plenty of options for food and sightseeing. Pool is heated and relaxing with a bar to get drinks and snacks nearby. Views of the Hollywood sign from your room, pool or the mall next door.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for access to Hollywood. The parking next to the hotel also makes it convenient for those with cars. The parking rates is also reasonable.
Our stay at Loews Hollywood Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning skyline view of the iconic Hollywood Sign—a true highlight of our trip!
Our stay at Loews in Los Angeles has been the best and left before a memorable experience. Lowe’s location at Hollywood is unbeatable, the skyline views are spectacular....
Toilet condition need to improve. Aircon noisy. Charging device too little. No kettle. No water provided for a 4 star hotel

I typically stay at Sonesta El Segundo when I come to LA for vacation but decided to try LAX this time.
My stay here wasn't the best. It all started on 12/15/17, the facility entrance construction made the entrance unapproachable, but it's cool, I understand that renovation is important and makes the hotel more presentable. But the real issues started here: The Room wouldn't cool down with the AC...
I’m giving this hotel five stars for one reason. Exemplary customer service and staff. I’ve stayed here multiple times with no issues, but recently I experienced a few. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations to remedy my concerns and I will be back the next time I come to LA because atleast I know whatever happens the customer service here is five stars. Thank you Natalie, Frieja, and Alex for making...
We chose Sonesta for its convenience before an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The two ladies at check-in were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and our shuttle driver was just as kind and helpful.
Our room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. While we did notice a bit of noise, it didn’t bother us....
Nice hotel smell good,
Near in-n-out spots for take a picture
It has been 4 weeks since I have checked out from the hotel and they still haven’t reimbursed the 200$ deposit fee to my account. The hotel in Vegas returned the fees on the exact same day of my check out in real time. This is disappointing. I’m still hopeful that they resolve this issue.
The location is good; it has an airport shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

It is almost the fabulous like we thought from the website pictures but the swimming pool. It doesn’t have it at all only a giant earth pit.
Very good, the only drawback is that there is a building being built next door, it is too dusty, noisy, and the group of rooms opposite are too close.
We stayed another day because we were so satisfied and had dinner in the restaurant.
The location is very good. Beverly Hills is outside the room window. It is also close to the Beverly Hills sign and Beverly Shopping Street. Great!
The room was very clean and the service staff were helpful. I will choose this place again next time.
The hotel is located in the wealthy area of Los Angeles.
Facilities: It is a bit old, but it is indeed very classic
Hygiene: Clean. Although the floor of the hotel is old, it is very clean
Environment: Very quiet. Winter may be the off-season. There are few people
Service: Breakfast cost us nearly 1,200 RMB per day, but the restaurant is very beautiful and worth it. There is only valet parking,...
The room is in a good location and of high quality, worthy of being the Beverly Hills Hotel. I especially like the fact that they provide a kettle, which is very necessary for Chinese tourists. The balcony is large, and there is a sofa and coffee table to lie down and watch the sunset. The bathroom is large and the bedding is comfortable.

convenient location near LA airport and transit bus run between the airport and hotel every half hour. Friendly reception and There is a nice restaurant. A bit small room size. The main problem with this hotel is they keep your security deposit for too long, 3 weeks passed , they still haven't released my fund, even I made a phone call to the hotel a week ago promising will be done in 2 days .
Just outside of T1, this is the closest LAX hotel. Friendly staff, spacious room, and close to restaurants. Would stay again!
Excellent location, quite close to the airport. Good place to watch the plane taking off and landing through the window in the room. Staff are very enthusiastic, dedicated to solve the problem. Would stay here next time I come to LAX.
Comfortable stay for a short layover in LA, spacious and modern rooms and helpful luggage storage facilities.
The location is great. However, there are no consumable toothbrush and slippers. This is the first time I encountered for this level of hotels.

I booked the Four Points by LAX because of the very low price for two nights and the airport shuttle to and from LAX. Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. My only complaint is the Resort Fee which is unwarranted given it’s a business hotel and it is not necessary...
The location is very good, located just above Metro Station. The hotel gave us a simple breakfast due to payment of the resort fee which is a plus. The room is pretty good and the staff are very courteous.
Cozy room with king size of beds, and the lounge and lobby are all fancy
Furthermore, the location is so great, just across the 7th street center metro station, if you guys need the metro to transport

It's a relatively old hotel, but it offers good value for those looking to stay close to Universal Studios. There isn't a wide selection of restaurants or entertainment options, but it's fine for someone just looking to spend the night.
The self parking carpark is fair walk to the hotel room, needs to change lifts to get to the room. We have 4 people staying, but the room was only set for 3.
One of the most beautiful view and easy access to universal
Great experience staying at Hilton Universal City.
Less than 10mins walking distance to Universal studio, though there is shuttle bus as well.
Breakfast was good and cafe dinner is good too.
However, they charged a big sum USD20 to microwave food. 😒. It really surprise me, but guess they discourage self pack food, but to get room guests to dine in cafe.
Feel safe and good for family vacation stay...

Beautiful hotel, with amazing aesthetic. Very nice accommodations - lovely rooms that are clean and tidy. Even the elevators smell amazing! The staff are relaxed and friendly, the bar was pricey but good. Perfect location - central to all. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel that is very near Universal Studio
Very friendly service person when checking in, they informed us all the services available. Got a shuttle to Universal Studio free, that saved a up hill walk to the theme park. The bed is great and pillows are just perfect for a good night sleep.
The hotel location is good and very close to the studios. the elevator is too old and the door got stuck multiple times when I took it. In the day I checked out, there was no hot water for whole hotels for more than 1.5 hours.

Age of hotel was rather evident. The hotel fee is mandatory, so do make use of the service car and Angel's tram where you can. While hotel is located near Little Tokyo, the supermarket is rather far away and not advisable to walk there.

There are many homeless people around. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Our family of four recently spent a night at the DoubleTree by Hilton near Little Tokyo, and our experience was, on the whole, satisfactory. The hotel certainly met our basic needs, though it didn't leave a particularly strong impression one way or the other.
