The room (two Queen Beds for five nights) is very comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. The vibe is so chillax.

The food is gorgeous at the Front Yard restaurant where I did enjoy brunch, dinner and even takeaway as well. Staff there are of very good customer service as well.

You can easily purchase the Universal Studio tickets at the hotel as well as enjoy free shuttle trolley to the Studio. Everything just exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient. They also thoughtfully arranged parking for us to leave after we finished our trip to the Universal Studios, which was great.

Very beautiful hotel, very holiday feeling, the green outside the window is very comfortable to look out. There is a trolley to and from Universal Studios, which is super convenient

The room is clean, it is convenient to eat, there is a large supermarket around, about 10 minutes walk, it is very convenient to go to Universal Studios, there is a hotel shuttle

Excellent customer service. Staff is always smiling and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Garland. The courtesy bus on a regular schedule helps to save some transport cost to Universal Studio which is a ten minutes’ drive. The room is clean and nicely decorated, though it is a bit small. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel rate is higher due to the excellent location.

The air conditioner blows upwards on the floor, towards the bed. It's freezing. I won't live here again.

The room is clean, the bedding is clean, the toilet has a separate shower room as in China, and the toiletries smell of herbal medicine that stabilizes mood. I am very satisfied with the room.
The transportation is convenient. We didn't rent a car. We took the subway to Universal Studios Station and then transferred to the bus for two stops. There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and the timetable is posted. The bus leaves as soon as it is full, so if you want to go there, it is best to wait for a table at the door early.
