Great place to stay, quiet and clean. No welfare people living in the hotel like many hotels in the US do. They have bikes at hotel. Definitely stay there again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, near the downtown area and we really appreciated the airport shuttle (they even adjusted their shuttle time so we could make our flight). Facilities were nice, we enjoyed the grapefruit trees, pool/hot tub, and loungers. Bathrooms and other amenities appeared slightly outdated compared to the refreshed sleeping areas. Tub was slow to drain and there was a piece of the shower head contraption broken so we couldn't change the water flow to just the shower head. Very much a refreshed motel feel, which seems to be the vibes of the entire town. Walls were rather thin so we could hear neighbors/other guests as well as traffic noise. Bed and linens were comfortable, we appreciated to pool towels. Would stay again if in town.

The staff and amenities were fantastic. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Right there a block off the main drag in Palm Springs you can walk everywhere

Location is great. Walking distance to shops and food is just a couple of minutes. Rooms are comfortable and clean. They could use some updating but I can't complain just an observation. Great pillows. Pool and hot tub are nice. Pool is heated! Staff is very nice.

The hotel has a great central location, and a nice large pool deck with spa and nicely kept grounds. The rooms do disappoint, as being tied and scruffy albeit clean and beds comfortable. My room, on ground floor, west wing was very dark even with shutters fully open. If the rooms were updated this place would be great. I didn't have a great deal of interaction with the staff, but when I did they were very helpful and friendly. Being a 2 minute walk from the big Starbucks is a huge plus. Bottom line - if you aren't fussy over room decor and want a very centrally located stay with a great pool and cheap rate, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel may seem a bit outdated, but it has its charms. Room was cozy and a fairly large balcony. The staff were all very friendly - from the driver to the front desk team!

We arrived after their complimentary airport shuttle service had ended, but they sent a shuttle just for us regardless!

One of the best parts of the resort is its easy access to the downtown core of Palm Springs just on foot! There are plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, ice cream and milkshake places within walking distance, and even late into the evening as well!

Room not ready at check-in but was easily given another room, and slight service recovery. The room is quiet. The window AC unit gave great white noise that put me to sleep. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was also great 👍.

First impression: Looks nice.
Closer look: Has seen better days. Sunbeds are not in the best condition, like the pool area.
Staff was not always friendly and welcoming.
There is no breakfast, not even as paid option. Instead of a recommendation for breakfast there was just a simple „no“, if there is breakfast.
And don’t expect too much of the words Resort and Spa.
Plus side: the room was clean.

Well. This place used to be good and now is mediocre. They sat us right next to a band playing Rock for dinner. We had to ask to be moved because it was really a bar. The food is bland and not exactly memorable. I can't think of anything too outstanding to comment on. Sorry

The wait time was fair enough on a busy night an hour wait. However after walking around for an hour we get to the restaurant, after we ordered 40 minutes later, still our food wasn’t made. We weren’t the only table, it wasn’t that they forgot about us. Every other table was complaining about the same thing. This place is decent on a super slow night. Also after placing our order we were so thirsty and they hadn’t come back once to see if we wanted an appetizer or more water. Worst place I’ve dined at.

Went there on New Year's Eve, bad service, not getting refills on time, we asked fir a lemon and did not get it till like an half an hour. There forgot food, they forgot a couple tacos and did not get it till the towards the end. Then we had a gift card for it but it was to Las Casuelas Quinta, so they did not take the gift card. So we gave our waitress no tip, My food was good, but the service

Awful Mexican food. I had a chicken dish with rice and beans. The rice and beans were congealed and had a horrible stale taste like they had been left out for hours. This part of the meal was basically inedible though it took me a while to notice as I was tipsy on the cheap margarita mix cocktails.

The chicken was actually decently cooked but varied between succulent and strangely spongy in texture. This suggests the meat was of poor quality or old.
They did not charge me for this after I complained so at least there's that..

The venue itself is fantastic! Really impressive looking restaurant with a nice ambiance. This makes the subpar food all the more frustrating. A real shame that the food doesn't measure up and a missed opportunity.
