Reviews
GiGi checked in and when we mentioned the issues he quickly reordered my breakfast, and took a new order for my husband. There was no hesitation on his part and he was most gracious. He brought me a complimentary fruit dish, which I appreciated.
Our orders came and we were very satisfied. Our food was fresh, delicious and well prepared.
GiGi made our meal enjoyable with his care and attention to detail. Plus, his welcoming, positive tone and attitude added greatly to our experience.
This restaurant was highly recommended to us by our friends back home in Seattle, and we'll be giving the same recommendation to our family and friends.
What I will say is from the time you drive through the Parker gates and come around the corner to hear the droplets of the hidden fountain and first set your eyes on the majestic wall that is the Parker, you will be immediately transformed into the golden age of the modernist era and won’t regret it.
The grounds are stunning, the residences impeccable and the service is perfection. I can’t say enough great things about the village of staff that it takes to run the Parker. From the moment you are greeted to the moment that first sun-kissed lemonade stand cocktail hits your lips, your every trouble is washed away.
I highly recommend indulging in the experience that is Mister Parker’s, Counter Reformation and not to miss Normas of course. Make sure to request a table in the colorful open terrace and the very kind host Karen who always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like family will get you the best seat available. If you happen to have the pleasure of being served by Laura or Vanessa, you are definitely going to be well taken care of. They will always go out of their way to make sure your family feels like the VIP that you are. From the lil conversations to their guidance through the menu because believe me you will need it, they are so attentive to your needs.
Can’t say enough about the Parker other than it’s one of life’s lil pleasures that you just need to experience.
Let’s talk about the room. No wonder this is a 5-star hotel! You truly feel like royalty the moment you step inside. The space is elegant, classy, and absolutely worth every penny. Even the bathroom details are beautifully designed and well thought out.
Now, the food which everything was well prepared, delicious, and generously portioned. The steak was incredibly soft and flavorful. The entire team is polite, respectful, and attentive, from the restaurant staff to housekeeping. They guide you with care and professionalism throughout your stay.
I also had the chance to use their padel court, which was a fantastic experience and a great bonus to the stay.
Overall, Parker Palm Springs definitely deserves a spot on your bucket list when visiting Palm Springs.
Sophisticated, upscale decor, food and amazing service!
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. However, Randy Araiza, the Catering Sales Manager from Parker Palm Springs gave us the amazing tour and explained to us all the steps, plans, for our wedding day.
We have already decided to have our wedding reception and ceremony at Parker Palm Springs, which will be next year. After the wedding, we will be writing another review!
Therefore, we are so happy to meet the general manager! He has an exceptionally customer service skills, and his leadership qualities stimulate others to give their best performance.
He never shirk his responsibilities, and always maintain the necessary composure for a smooth work environment.
Thank you for motivating and guiding your team towards our wedding goals! We had a wonderful time, and everything about Parker Palm Springs is absolutely amazing. Thank you again for such outstanding service.
