We found the breakfast more than adequate and enjoyed being able to sit by the pool with our morning coffee. The manager, Mark, who welcomed us, was extremely helpful showing my tech non-savvy husband how the very large TV worked and bringing round hot popcorn a short while later. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a great walk in shower.

The room was clean and well-appointed. Mike at check-in was efficient and friendly. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff (Mike, another young man, and Linda) were friendly, helpful and responsive (explaining heat and fan controls, providing casual restaurant recommendations, providing map of Palm Springs and the area, etc.). Good coffee, hardboiled eggs, muffins, yogurt, cereal, milk for continental breakfast. Smaller classic hotel centered around attractive courtyard and small pool.

Very nice and courteous staff. In a good location for an overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. And there was a continental breakfast in the morning. Room was stocked with some snacks and drinks as well.

I didn't arrive until just after 9pm and Misty
Ensured everything was perfect!
Everyone was wonderful and helpful.
I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi which were open 24hrs. Also bonus for me this is an adults only hotel 😁

Their customer service was excellent. The staff did a great job of alerting guests to eateries open on Thanksgiving. The property on the whole was nice. With that said, my room (#2) needed a lot of TLC. And to add insult to injury, the TV mysteriously lost its signal from the hours of 1am - 6am. Hmmm.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The staff was exceptional - everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, the property was quiet and relaxing. We especially loved that it was kid-free and pet-free. It was a short drive from either downtown or the Palm Desert area and they don’t charge for parking on property. A continental breakfast is provided, we loved eating out in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff were excellent. Property decent. No real VIP platinum rewards or upgrades. No liquour license so we got minute made lemonade. They tried but need to fix this.
