The service was not only terrible, but there were practically no staff members available, and even the lobby was difficult to find. They were incredibly unreasonable about canceling the booking, stubbornly deducting the full amount from the hotel reservation – their behavior was appalling. At night, the place looked like a cheap, run-down establishment, a far cry from its advertised reputation.

Love this hotel, they did an amazing job updating everything. Our room was so comfortable and appreciated the Le Labo products. We had breakfast in the restaurant on site. Super cute and great service. My only let down is we ordered food at the pool the day before. It wasn’t that busy and I had to ask where the food was 20 minutes later. Our original person we ordered from left, new person was unaware we ordered. She had to go find our food which was luke warm now and you can tell the salad sat there for a while. $60 and I even tipped. Disappointed. Overall a nice stay.

I loved the room!Having the teapot was amazing and I loved having a yoga mat in the room. I fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.I felt like I was at a spa retreat. The staff was super nice and helpful and it was a calm vibe with excitement as well. The music was really nice and the pool was beautiful

The property is sorely understaffed. We tried to get housekeeping to come three times with no success. I finally had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. The restaurant is very understaffed. Overall the service is poor.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was nicely updated but still kept some of that vintage hotel feel.

The room was clean and no signs of wear or tear. The room was stylish and the amenities lovely (Le Labo products). Management was very kind and accommodating. The restaurant served excellent breakfast.
