This place is absolutely amazing! My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend. There was 4 of us and it was super comfy! Plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready for the festival without having to fight for space. The kitchen was a lifesaver in the mornings. Having breakfast in the back patio was adorable. Would highly recommend!

Great location, walkable to downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants. Amazing tennis facilities with 11 courts and very friendly tennis staff. The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and the staff was responsive to any concerns. The pool area was nice with a separate pool for kids and a few separate hot tubs throughout the property. Does not have many of the amenities of some of the larger resorts, but we also loved the historic context of the location and huge plus for the tennis facilities.

Turned out great in the end
My wife and I arrived with her elderly parents. My mother-in-law's top requirement for a place to stay was to use the pool. She cannot walk far and the description of the hotel gave no indication that the pools are spread out around the property. Although we booked 2 rooms on the same reservation, the 2 studios rooms weren't near each other. Getting to the pools would be some distance making them impossible to access for my mother-in-law.
We immediately went back to the front desk to explain the situation. Elysa was fabulous and was able to find a 2-bedroom room in a courtyard facing the pool. Although it was about 30% more than the 2 rooms, it turned out to be worth it having easy access to the pool and being able to visit together.

Palm Springs Tennis Club has a great location away from the main ***** but easily within walking distance. There is a great restaurant, Spencer's, on site, as well as tennis courts and 3 swimming pools. The rooms are really spacious and Front Desk are very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The only problem was the shower pressure in my room was so high that it was painful to take a shower, and there was no way to turn the volume down

Due to a medical emergency I had to check out after the first night.
I was advised that a refiund could only be accommodated through the 3rd party reservation coordinator. After a couple of weeks with no response, a refund was denied.
We have been regular clients of this hotel and it is disappointing that they did not refund for the unused portion.

We had issues with annoying noise from water or heating pipes after 11pm. Had to call the front desk.

The room we stayed in was had a great location on the property with a cute patio and sitting area. The furniture could use some updating but I’m already book my next trip because of the location to downtown, great amenities and nice people.
