The best hotel, very comfortable
The room was spacious, and we were very satisfied. We changed rooms once because the previous room was a bit noisy, and the hotel was accommodating. Overall, we really liked this hotel.
The room was spacious and the service was good. The only downside was that the shower water wasn't hot.
It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Beverly Hills.
The hotel is very nice, highly recommended!
The most surprising hotel was probably the top choice for Americans. It wasn't large, but the rooms were very bright and spacious, with a full range of tea and coffee options, and even a small terrace. Despite being on the street, it wasn't noisy at all.

Check in was easy and hotel lobby was aesthetically pleasing. Room was clean and spacious.
The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)
First off all the staff are very kind. I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.
Good location. Rooms were quiet and clean. Food options at hotel were good. Did.not feel crowded
Great location but not clean The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Both my husband and I wouldn't walk on it without shoes. It needs to be replaced. The room did not have enough towels upon arrival.
Beautiful hotel, lovely staff!! They offer complementary water and coffee every day plus free wi-fi. Great restaurant, very accommodating. Enjoyable stay!

Very good service and very comfortable
There are many people in the Four Seasons Hotel. They are all occupied because they want to hold the Oscars. The small balcony is not bad. The price is a bit expensive and the surrounding commercial environment is not good. It is mainly a residential area.
The front desk waitress provided very poor service and deliberately made things difficult for people
The hotel has a good location in Beverly Hills. The Christmas decorations are very atmospheric, but the service is mediocre and the refund processing is sloppy. I am very disappointed!
I thought the Four Seasons brand should have high quality, but I was still a little disappointed! The bedding was good, but there were hairs on the edge of the bed frame! I booked two rooms and gave a $5 tip for both. As a result, the upgraded room was not cleaned despite the tip, but the cheaper room was cleaned. I don't know if the expensive room requires more tips. I really like the lobby and swimming pool of this hotel. The ordinary room is not big, but it can fit a fully opened 32-inch suitcase. If you want to save a little parking fee, you can ask the hotel to park by yourself.

Best luxury hotel at the ocean. Literally 5 stars!! The ambiance is perfect for relaxing California dreams. Staff is at the top of the reasons this place is so posh. Lavender lemonade when you arrive. Bikes you can use for a nice ride along the ocean front. The valet are so friendly and nice you would think they are your friends. Pool is perfect.
