A lot of the reviews of this hotel are not good yet we stayed last month and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were warm and spacious and quiet. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good and punctual. I had an early flight so I booked this hotel, which is relatively close to LA International Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the terminal, but there is no fixed time. You need to come down and wait at least 20-30 minutes in advance. Breakfast is like a canteen with few choices and the surrounding environment is a bit noisy.

The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath. Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin. Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

Even though it's a Courtyard hotel, it's located in the city center, and there's a Trader Joe's right across the street, which made it very convenient. It's not a very crowded area at night, but there's a coin laundry, so it's good for long-term stays. I think the location and value for money were good. It has the bare necessities you wouldn't find in a hotel, so I recommend it.

We didn’t eat the breakfast because we needed to leave super early before service started. One thing to let visitors know is that it takes a pretty long time for the hot water to start coming out of the shower (over 5 minutes), but other than that everything was great for the price.
