Stayed here for a business trip. The hygiene was just okay, but the breakfast buffet was decent. They offer a free airport shuttle, but the wait times are quite long.

We arrived very late night on Nov 30th, 2025. The staff on duty was not very happy. No welcome, no greeting, rather cold… making me a little uncomfortable. It is completely different from other staff I encountered during the two stays in the hotel.

Nice place to stay! Quick in and out stay, reception was excellent. Beds comfy, but windows need better insulation. We heard everything outside on the 11th floor. Parking was $40 overnight. We were there about 10 hours overall, would probably not stay again only due to the noise because I’m a light sleeper.

I had an early flight so I booked this hotel, which is relatively close to LA International Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the terminal, but there is no fixed time. You need to come down and wait at least 20-30 minutes in advance. Breakfast is like a canteen with few choices and the surrounding environment is a bit noisy.

The only thing that concerned me about previous reviews was that there were bed lice in the beds, and although I believe that measures have already been taken, I think that if you could send out a message about this, even more people would be able to use the hotel with peace of mind.

The hotel is located in the west, very close to Universal Studios, 10 minutes drive, free parking, but the facilities are old, no breakfast, there is a small pool, and the soundproofing is poor

The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn. There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good. The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late.

First couple of nights at this hotel for our epic road trip in April 2018. Pretty jet lagged when we arrived but popped out for a burger at Jack In The Box across the road and then crashed out. Even though it's a Courtyard hotel, it's located in the city center, and there's a Trader Joe's right across the street, which made it very convenient. It's not a very crowded area at night, but there's a coin laundry, so it's good for long-term stays. I think the location and value for money were good. It has the bare necessities you wouldn't find in a hotel, so I recommend it.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. Location of hotel is close to airport,there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.

The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath. Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin. Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

The staff were all Korean, so communication was smooth and friendly, which was great! It's conveniently located in the heart of major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. There's also a Korean supermarket within walking distance, so you can stop by if you need something in a hurry!
