Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport (USA), Los Angeles1 / 28
7.9
Los Angeles, 9750 Airport Boulevard (17 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I booked the Four Points by LAX because of the very low price for two nights and the airport shuttle to and from LAX. Although the rooms are rather dated and are nothing special, I felt as if the property was very decent overall for the price! I absolutely loved how it was right across the street from the Budget rental car lot as I was able to easily rent a car for the day to drive to and from Universal...
Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. Honestly, this is a perfectly fine property. The whole building, but especially the guest rooms, are clearly dated but mine was clean and reasonably spacious as far as hotel rooms come. Location is definitely not going to suit everyone. My...
Nice hotel very close to the airport I recommend this place and I will come back one day.
Overall pleasant stay, great value for money in the area, if you’re prepared for a somewhat dated property. Staff were fantastic. Unfortunately no more airport shuttle service as of Feb 2025. Is about a 30 mins walk to the terminals or you can catch 2 buses for about the same amount of time. Will be much better when the full alignment of the K line opens which should be very soon, which will allow...
I had a very nice stay. I had 24hr hot water in my room from the coffee maker which i liked a lot. The service was very good, too
A lot of the reviews of this hotel are not good yet we stayed last month and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were warm and spacious and quiet. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good and punctual. Special mention must go to Jose` who works at the bar in the evenings. What a nice guy. Excellent service and always had a smile on his face. A gentleman indeed. Thank you.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was quite poor. The corridor to the bedrooms were poorly presented. Would not revisit
This review based on mainly on my check-in experience and first impressions of the room. After 2 flights traveling from Shanghai to Los Angeles, including a 12-hour flight, I arrived exhausted and ready to check in. I was aware of the required USD $100 deposit and had no issue paying it. However, upon arrival I was informed that cash deposits are not accepted. This information was not stated on the...
The hotel location is good and convenient. Close to McDonald's and Starbucks. The hotel room needs more maintenance, especially the bathroom and air conditioning.
Stayed here for a business trip. The hygiene was just okay, but the breakfast buffet was decent. They offer a free airport shuttle, but the wait times are quite long.
The room was spacious, and having a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door made dining very convenient. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. This is definitely one of the more value-for-money hotels near LAX.
Room was out dated, however bed was comfortable and room size was good. No free water bottle, and shower water not so user friendly.

Glendale, 100 W Glenoaks Blvd (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The note is in a very nice location.
The scenery is fantastic, and it's a historic hotel, though the cleanliness could be improved.
The room was quite clean, the facilities were a bit old, but acceptable. There's a Trade Joe's across the street, and it's not far from Glendale Galleria shopping center, about a 20-minute walk or an 8-minute drive.
Overall a bit aged but still well maintained with private parking. However, a lot of cracking noise during midnight; was a a run-down with the supernatural without us knowing (just kidding)?
The room was big, which was nice. The window was also huge, but it only opened a little. They sold a large cup of Shin Ramyun at the gift shop on the first floor, but I think it was over $5. There's a Trader Joe's across the street, which was really nice. The location was a bit disappointing.
The location was good and convenient, and the cleaning was very good, which was nice.

Room was in great condition. Most staff were very pleasant. Less if really busy at the desk. Parking fee was a surprise and very expensive. I was disappointed in that aspect along with a resort fee.
Due to issues at my home, I stayed here for an extended period of time and want to commend the staff on their friendliness and service. Every staff member greeted with a smile. I had some minor quibbles with the room (shower water pressure and bed pillows) but this facility provided a very nice place to stay when I needed it.
Beautiful place Wonderful stay everyone was nice we had a great time
I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff. I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Valet parking is mandatory, and pretty expensive. Also there was an "accidental" fire alarm at 6:30 AM on a Saturday that...
Good location. View from hotel is great. Do note there is a destination fee of USD10 per accomodation per night. This is excluded from the hotel accommodation which have to be paid.
The room is good, very close to the airport, the restaurant in the hotel is delicious. is the room rate is not cheap

I chose this hotel because I was going to a show. It's also very close to the airport, which made getting there and back super convenient. There's plenty of parking space. Right across from the hotel, there's a shopping mall and supermarket, both within walking distance. Hygiene: Clean.
The best part was the location. It was next to a mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining, and it was also close to the airport, which was convenient. Fans could be heard outside, but not enough to disturb sleep. Car noise was minimal. Parking is available, but it's convenient and spacious, allowing for stress-free entry and exit. This is a great hotel I stay at every time I visit LA. I highly...
The room was very comfortable and there were some nice shops nearby. The room is very clean and there is a lobby on the first floor where you can meet with colleagues. It is the best choice for business travelers.
Our experience at this hotel was extremely mixed. I’ll list the good points first, and then mention issues we had, as they were quite significant. Pros: The location was great, close to the airport (about a 12 minute drive) and also right next to a huge mall with a Target and many restaurants, several grocery stories, Starbucks, etc. Super convenient for flying in/out of LAX and also getting around...
I was not given the room that me and one of my colleagues booked by saying its over booked and error by system. We have asked to change on next day. And front dest seems to not feel guilty at all and given some $10-20 coupon and we feel its very regular for them. Dont like they treat the way in this situation. Also have less water flow in shower and basin. Otherwise bed, rooms and location is good...

Really enjoyed my time here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. For being so close to downtown and USC, the value is pretty hard to beat. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay."
We arrived very late night on Nov 30th, 2025. The staff on duty was not very happy. No welcome, no greeting, rather cold… making me a little uncomfortable. It is completely different from other staff I encountered during the two stays in the hotel.
Very close to USC just short walking distance to reach the university. Good service.
The hotel is very near to USC and it make parents easy to settle their children schooling stuff. Everything is good except the overnight parking is very expensive at $40.
Excellent service and great location for LAFC close to BMO
Nice place to stay! Quick in and out stay, reception was excellent. Beds comfy, but windows need better insulation. We heard everything outside on the 11th floor. Parking was $40 overnight. We were there about 10 hours overall, would probably not stay again only due to the noise because I’m a light sleeper.

Los Angeles, 550 S Flower St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Clean room. Breakfast is good. Neighborhood is not the best, but in fairness it is no fault of the hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Financial Street and the public library, making transportation very convenient. The only downside is the bathtub in the room (it's in the middle of the room, and although there's a curtain, the side near the mirror is exposed, which could be a bit awkward if you're not very familiar with your travel companions). The room amenities include an iron...
Delphi is NOT the Standard. Pool is gone, amenities are not the same, crowds are not the same. Staying there once is enough. Parking is a bi*ch.
Stayed with friends. The room was a bit small for one person, but generally acceptable. Heard that the rooftop restaurant charges a hefty service fee and extra tips, so it's better to dine elsewhere. However, the breakfast offers great value for money.
The hotel's location is great, right in the city center's financial district. However, the room's cleanliness was subpar. The mattress was directly on a platform on the floor, and while there was carpet, it felt very unhygienic. The bathroom and shower are separated from the room by a glass partition, so if two people are staying, one can see the other showering unless the shower light is off. The...
The Delphi Hotel in Downtown LA is an excellent choice for its value. Opened in 2023, the facilities are brand new with a modern and distinctive design. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Good location walking distance to a mall with plenty of food options. The staff is excellent - Richard at the front desk stood out - nice conversation at check in about mutual travels and a love of donuts. He went out of his way to pick me up a chocolate old fashioned from local favorite, Randy’s. Well done!

This is seriously the nicest Four Points I’ve stayed at. I normally don’t stay at Four Points properties because they are typically older and feel cheap. However, this one is newly renovated with a modern yet rustic feel and nice finishes. And it’s clean! The bed, pillows, and duvet are high quality and super comfy…I’d care to say even more so than other Bonvoy properties in this price range. ...
My family and I were here for 4 nights during the christmas holidays. The first night we found the highway adjacent to our windows really noisy and requested for a room change. Apparently all double queen bed rooms face the freeways. Dehey was really great and tried his best to find a solution for us. Ultimately our family opted to squeeze into one King bed room type with a rollaway bed. It was...
I give 5 stars alone for the customer service here. I can’t remember all the names but the girl at the front desk Adina maybe? Anyways but her and the assistant manager were so pleasant when I was honestly a pain in the rear. A good hotel for the money, they found a transfer quickly, helped us check in, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean
The room is very clean and the service attitude is good.
Travelling has always taken a toll on my health especially when age catches up; however beautiful God sent staffs like Jesus, Miguel and Denise from Front Desk literally took their 5 Stars Services from the heart to a whole new different level; when they saved me from my heart condition. I was struggling, they sensed it and helped salvage the otherwise disastrous situation.  Their impeccable professional...
The room was OK. I've stayed there before and didn't have a bad impression. But this time, I never expected to be charged nearly $80 for just 12 hours of parking. It's shocking, right? It's the most expensive hotel parking fee in the United States in all these years.
I had an early flight so I booked this hotel, which is relatively close to LA International Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the terminal, but there is no fixed time. You need to come down and wait at least 20-30 minutes in advance. Breakfast is like a canteen with few choices and the surrounding environment is a bit noisy.

All good except the noise from the water system near the bathroom. It stayed loud pretty much throughout the whole night.
It was conveniently located near a huge shopping mall. The drugstore diagonally across the street (which usually sells everything) was open late, so it wasn't inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean, and although it was a little dark, it was a comfortable stay.
Very bad sofa bed. Springs must have been broken. They changer the room immediately. But it was not much better.. will need to invest on this issue
Reasonably priced, clean and modern, simple but nice pool, good location. The additional sofa bed was a plus. Recommend using the public parking on Orange St, which is $9/day and a short walk away. The downtown area felt safe and clean, would go back again.
Excellent location and fantastic service!
I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free. Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time. I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend while in Los Angeles. It was a Japanese-run hotel, so I felt safe. I didn't see any Japanese staff during my three nights, but I had no issues. The free shuttle to Dodgers Stadium is one subway stop away, about a 15-minute walk. You'll pass a demonstration site on the way, so be careful. I bought bread from the first floor for breakfast and enjoyed...
Very Japanese humanized management style, there are water heaters and microwave ovens in the lobby, and there is a Japanese village and many Japanese restaurants around.
The location was fantastic and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. I was very satisfied. The only thing that concerned me about previous reviews was that there were bed lice in the beds, and although I believe that measures have already been taken, I think that if you could send out a message about this, even more people would be able to use the hotel with peace of mind.
They were very accommodating. I would like to use their services again. It was quite noisy late at night from the road, but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep.

I booked two nights at Mayumi to visit my son in LA. The reason I chose to stay here was price point and proximity to my son's apartment. I found this hotel to exceed my expectations. We had a great stay. The front desk was super nice and helpful, and room was clean. Not to mention location. Not sketchy at all, close to everything in culver city and easy to find street parking close to hotel. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.
Room was a bit small and i couldnt make it really dark to sleep because of the way the window and covering was... so that was a little weird... and also the water didnt get super hot at night... only warm... until more people were using it, i guess, because it was better in the am.
Clean rooms but strong chemical cleaner smell. Hard to air out due to windows not opening. Average comfort bed. Twin size so only good for solo travelers.

The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also...
Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.
Good location, competitive price, overall decent hotel and excellent choice if you want to be in walking distance of Hollywood!
Excellent,if get chance will come back again
Great! The room was spacious. It's really close to Universal Studios and the surrounding area is very nice. Plus, it's a short walk to the Walk of Fame. **Facilities:** Modern and newly renovated. **Cleanliness:** Good, very clean. **Environment:** Pleasant. **Service:** Excellent, very good 👍

Very convenient for the airport and they offer a free shuttle. Big, clean, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is ok.
Great Stay, the food was okay.
Only things is toilet air ventilation and hair dryer is too weak
Good facilities for families like fridge and microwave also the cleanliness was 10
Location of hotel is close to airport, there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.
The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath. Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin. Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Unfortunately, none of the chargers worked by the bed area. And the beds were very squeaky.
Good location to walk from - although a lot of homeless persons around. Very expensive parking … (60 usd plus tax plus tip) i would look for alternative hotels closer to promenade amd better parking
Great, metro opposite, bike rental opposite, daily cleaning, coffee and tea in the room with daily replenishment.
Even though it's a Courtyard hotel, it's located in the city center, and there's a Trader Joe's right across the street, which made it very convenient. It's not a very crowded area at night, but there's a coin laundry, so it's good for long-term stays. I think the location and value for money were good. It has the bare necessities you wouldn't find in a hotel, so I recommend it.
Room is very clean, staff is polite and helpful. They use 3rd party for shuttle bus service, the driver for pick up was very rude, the driver next morning was very warm, totally opposite.
Super convenient location, can walk to much of Santa Monica (very close to pier and 3rd street). Room and lobby were clean, room was quite comfortable. Valet parking was pricey but allowed unlimited in and out privileges and an easy way to request your car in advance via text.

Standard hotel located in a good position because it is quite close to Venice beach and Santa Monica. Spacious, clean and equipped rooms. Varied and pleasant breakfast. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Next to the hotel there is a public parking otherwise the structure has its own private garage for a fee
Room was exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the gym. The $32 fee for parking (1-day) stay is greedy and unacceptable. Fortunately a reasonably priced lot was nearby.
Excellent location! Close to the airport (15 minutes by taxi), as much for venice beach at 10 minutes of walking... Clean and safe hotel! I would return there again for a trip to L.A :)
Spacious room with modern furniture and excellent bed. The bungalows have a terrace in the communal area, with little sense of privacy. Inside the room they could put a table or armchairs to make a communal area, apart from the desk. Tiny pool. We didn't have room service in 3 nights that we stayed, they made up for it with breakfast, and they give you clean towels or extra snacks, if you ask for them...
