Los Angeles, 900 Wilshire Blvd (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was nice, and the location is right in the city center. However, for a big InterContinental hotel, there wasn't a single person at the front desk who spoke Chinese, which made communication very inconvenient
Everything was perfect except the daily parking fee is crazy. Also, I used their laundry credit to clean my trousers, but they charged me $9. So, please don’t get fooled by the free credits that this hotel provides
This definitely needs improvement; in today's highly developed tourism market, who would pay exorbitant hotel prices for drinks that are readily available everywhere else? We stayed for three nights and no one cleaned our room
There wasn't a single plate or cutlery set, and the mini-fridge was completely packed with items for sale, making it impossible for guests to use. Forget about storing milk, fruit, or anything else
They said we were 'Private' for those days. but we went out every day, and before leaving, we specifically checked that the 'Service' sign was green, which means the staff wasn't doing their job
Also, what they called 'breakfast included' actually meant a breakfast with a limited allowance
Los Angeles, 506 S Grand Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I really like this hotel; the lobby is absolutely beautiful. The overall environment is also great, and it's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Los Angeles!
The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was excellent
There's a daily breakfast service fee of $6, which I found to be quite reasonable. My $150 deposit was refunded to my credit card the day after check-out
My apologies to the head bellman Dec 22/4 pm who very kindly saved me money on airport transport, but I had just given my last cash to the luggage handler. Thank you all for a time I will always cherish!
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.
When I arrived I was told that they upgraded me to a DELUXE CORNER room with sweeping views! Not only this, they left me a handwritten card wishing me a happy birthday, along with a small cake and chocolate covered strawberries! Who else does this??
The room was modern, clean and luxurious as can be! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was pretty spacious with floor to ceiling windows...
Loved the stay here in DTLA. Facilities were fantastic. Staff were friendly and walking distances to wherever we wanted to go. Metro is right below the hotel. Highly enjoyed our time here
The location is very good, located just above Metro Station. The hotel gave us a simple breakfast due to payment of the resort fee which is a plus. The room is pretty good and the staff are very courteous.
Fantastic property, amazing employees and great location! Highly recommend.
We experienced a security issue when someone unexpectedly entered our room at around 10:30 pm. Fortunately, I was still awake
Cozy room with king size of beds, and the lounge and lobby are all fancy
Furthermore, the location is so great, just across the 7th street center metro station, if you guys need the metro to transport
The hotel is located in the heart center of the financial district
The only thing I was a bit disappointed with this time was the cleanliness of the room; there was hair on the shower wall and a contact lens left by a previous guest on the floor that wasn't cleaned up
The location was excellent, and since it’s in a quiet, more relaxed area of downtown, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a calm overall atmosphere
The hotel has a good location, and the front desk service was excellent. There were fresh fruits, coffee, and drinks available in the lobby. The service and quality are well worth the price
Plus, the area around the hotel feels very safe and is a nice neighborhood. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance
The rooms are classic and cozy, clean and tidy, perfect for business travelers.
Most of the staff are quite friendly, and the rooms are large and quiet
Los Angeles, 100 S Grand Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks.
I usually don't write reviews because I'm lazy, but this place really disgusted me. After staying in so many hotels, I have no idea how this Conrad managed to get a 'gold diamond' rating. The room was incredibly noisy
The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The location is convenient with a pleasant surrounding area, directly across from the Disney Concert Hall
Wonderful property. Excellent accommodations and the facilities were top-notch. Room was not cleaned or service during my stay, though. Otherwise amazing stay and super friendly and professional staff.
One of the best hotel in LA, good location and very good service mind staff from bell boy/concierge,reception and housekeeper.
The front desk staff and room service were also very professional. I would consider staying here again
Los Angeles, 120 S Los Angeles Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel doesn't have a pool or spa, which was a bit disappointing, but it does offer a fitness center and business center
The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access and a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing quite good
The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in efficiently. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and was good value for money
Overall, it was a great experience, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel
We arrived before check in; but we could not find room for early check in. We slept in the looby approx 4 hours. So i do not beleive their friendship while hilton gives cooky during check in
A bunch of people were queuing up, and they didn't bother to inform us beforehand that you absolutely cannot check in a single minute early. We just wasted time standing there waiting
Los Angeles, 899 Francisco Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The "store" in the lobby is convenient, self checkout is easy, it you can pay the front desk associates as well. The rooms are well equipped, and even near the elevator I had no issues with noise
I had a wonderful stay at Indigo Five Star Hotel in Los Angeles, and I highly recommend it. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my visit
It was ideal for both exploring the city and enjoying a peaceful stay. The food was another standout. The quality, freshness, and presentation were impressive, and there was a great variety to choose from
Overall, Indigo Five Star Hotel delivers an outstanding combination of exceptional service, a prime location, and excellent food. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles
From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless, which truly made a difference in the overall experience
Very Comfortable bed, clean, spacious and complimentary water is available. Staff could be more friendly. Onsite valet parking is expensive at 62/ day and you can easily find parking across the street for half the price.
Los Angeles, 929 South Broadway (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed here for an event at the Convention Center and the location was super convenient. The staff were really friendly too. The room was a bit smaller than a usual hotel room, but overall I had a good stay!
A fantastic, stylish hotel in a perfect location. Loved the sleek, modern rooms and the incredible rooftop bar with stunning city views. It's ideal for exploring downtown and an easy walk to LA Live and the Arena
The staff were incredibly helpful. We miscalculated the time difference and booked one day less than we should have, but the front desk still managed to arrange a suitable room for us. We were very grateful.
I like this hotel so much very glamorous and very good location 💕🥺✨ will go back again
Location is convenient as the subway station is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Just a bit complicated to have the reception counter on 34/F and need to take another lift to hotel room floors
It was a pleasure to see her again this time, and I wished her a Merry Christmas. Looking forward to seeing her again next time!
Los Angeles, 361 S Spring St, 90013 Los-Andzheles, Kaliforniya, SShA (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The salmon and bacon were particularly good! Although it's downtown, I felt safe during the day, and getting around by subway and bus was very convenient. I didn't go out at night so I can't comment on safety after dark
Strategically located in downtown. Near to metro station, Little Tokyo and Chinatown. Facility is clean and modern. Room size slightly small.
It's a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. It's clean, sunny, and the bed is comfortable. However, there are quite a few homeless people nearby, so it's safer to avoid going out at night.
This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's just as great as the first time. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, even having a safe. While the room itself is a bit small, it has everything you need
The location is absolutely fantastic! There's a big market right behind it with all sorts of delicious food, and it's very close to the City Hall and Little Tokyo. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip
What I loved most about this hotel was its public areas. They're very artistic, great for relaxing or working, and there are plenty of outlets for charging devices
Los Angeles, 649 S Olive St, 90014 Los-Andzheles, Kaliforniya, SShA (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff members are very good, always friendly, attentive, and helpful, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their stay
The combination of a prime location and excellent service creates a truly satisfying overall experience
We dined frequently at the rooftop restaurant, Bar Clara, and enjoyed the Mediterranean style menu. Rooms were clean and well appointed
Our favorite hotel in LA. Pool and food are amazing!
This place offers an amazing location, making it convenient and enjoyable for visitors
The location is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and it's very new. However, once you arrive at the hotel, you'll need to pay several tens of dollars per day. Please note this.
Los Angeles, 939 S Figueroa St (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Located in DTLA, it is more convenient to drive around Los Angeles, but the valet parking provided by the hotel is not cheap. It is recommended to find a parking space by yourself
I highly recommend this place! We went to watch a game, and it was only a five-minute walk? Very close, and it's also close to shopping and eating in downtown. There is a homeless nearby, but they are not aggressive
Parking is a bit expensive, $50 per day, but it's valet parking, and you can send a text message to prepare the car in advance when you go out, which is quite convenient
Finding a parking space requires patience and a lot of driving around. I like the hotel’s swimming pool~
Located in the heart of Los Angeles, 5 minutes walk from the Lakers home court
The room is dark and much more crowded than it looks in the pictures.
Glendale, 100 W Glenoaks Blvd (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was quite clean, the facilities were a bit old, but acceptable. There's a Trade Joe's across the street, and it's not far from Glendale Galleria shopping center, about a 20-minute walk or an 8-minute drive.
The location was good and convenient, and the cleaning was very good, which was nice.
The note is in a very nice location.
Overall a bit aged but still well maintained with private parking. However, a lot of cracking noise during midnight; was a a run-down with the supernatural without us knowing (just kidding)?
The room was big, which was nice. The window was also huge, but it only opened a little. They sold a large cup of Shin Ramyun at the gift shop on the first floor, but I think it was over $5
There's a Trader Joe's across the street, which was really nice. The location was a bit disappointing
Los Angeles, 1020 S Figueroa Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great upscale boutique hotel in the heart of LA Live. Walking distance from all the action. They've made lovely renovations to their ballroom space, have an awesome restaurant terrace area that overlooks the City life
My son and I went to a Lakers game, so we planned to stay overnight. I booked the room a little over a month ago. The pictures didn't do the room any justice. There was plenty of room for 2 people
Great Bar! The lounge upstairs is the perfect place to relax before and after an event at the Staples Center. The bartenders, Casey and Paul are amazing. They always give the best service and are great conversationalists
The service we did have was great. We will definitely be staying in the hotel anytime we are in the area
We only stayed one night and they had a mandatory charge of $35 for us “for the wifi, coffee and other things the hotel provided”. We didn’t use any of the coffee etc and had to pay that fee
There's a lot of security around and at the hotel, since there are a lot of homeless people in LA! It's right in front of the city, which makes it great. The hotel is well maintained and meets expectations
Los Angeles, 550 S Flower St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
However, once I arrived, I realized that aside from an art museum and sports center, most famous attractions were about an hour away by subway
The only downside is the bathtub in the room (it's in the middle of the room, and although there's a curtain, the side near the mirror is exposed, which could be a bit awkward if you're not very familiar with your travel companions)
I initially thought the hotel's location was great, right in the city center with four subway lines intersecting nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere
The hotel's location is great, right in the city center's financial district. However, the room's cleanliness was subpar
The room amenities include an iron, hairdryer, and coffee machine, along with basic toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. Both the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar offer great food
Since I booked breakfast in advance, there were various套餐 options to choose from. The staff were very helpful, even bringing an extra chair for me, and the room was cleaned every other day
Reasonably priced, clean and modern, simple but nice pool, good location. The additional sofa bed was a plus. Recommend using the public parking on Orange St, which is $9/day and a short walk away
The room was spacious and clean, and although it was a little dark, it was a comfortable stay
The downtown area felt safe and clean, would go back again
Excellent location and fantastic service!
Very bad sofa bed. Springs must have been broken. They changer the room immediately. But it was not much better.. will need to invest on this issue
I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free
Los Angeles, 901 W Olympic Blvd (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
we included breakfast in our 8-night stay booking, and the service was great. The fitness centre had a wide range of machines available for use.
Location: Although the road is a little out of the way and the security is not good, it is located in the center of the city, so it has relatively good access to various places, and there are commercial facilities, stadiums, convenience stores, etc
Service: The staff was very responsive, from everyone at the front desk to the cleaning staff I passed by, everyone was kind, refreshing, and wonderful! Thank you for listening carefully to my poor English and for responding cheerfully and using translation tools as appropriate! !
Facilities/Amenities: There are very few amenities compared to typical luxury hotels in Japan
Regarding cleanliness: We took two rooms, and one room was perfectly cleaned and very comfortable (Japanese standards), while the other room had about 4 items left behind by the previous guest
However, I was able to borrow a microwave by just telling the front desk, and it was great that there was a Starbucks corner! Kettles can be rented for a fee
within walking distance, which is a great advantage
Los Angeles, 535 South Grand Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Located at convenient location in center of the city and serves delicious breakfast
We stayed here overnight during a transit stop. The location was great, and we had an amazing walk in the morning. The room was huge and very comfortable
Being on a Main Street it’s close to food / shops etc, but still very quiet at night so we had a good rest. Beds are great! This is a great hotel for exploring downtown LA. A lot of things can be done on foot
The hotel is right in the middle of DtLA it close to Grand Central Market which is a great place to get food
Security / valet attendants outside the front until the late evening as well. Coffee across the street at Dalian’s cafe is perfect too. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in future!
The staff was great. They reminded us about the daily $10 food & beverage voucher. The room was nice and clean. Location was close to 7th ave station.
Los Angeles, 813 Flower St, 90017 Los-Andzheles, Kaliforniya, SShA (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Melissa, the manager, was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. I'll definitely be staying here again next year when I'm in town
The hotel was great
The food credit helped and I ate at the rooftop bar which aves me money as it was beautiful a rooftop
Room was as pictured I would stay here again
10/10 recommendation
The perfect choice for NBA fans! It's super close to the stadium, less than a ten-minute walk. Contrary to some online reviews, there aren't many homeless people around; the streets are clean and quiet
The facilities are all there, as expected. The room is a bit small, but the bed is quite comfortable. It's just a bit difficult if you have two large suitcases open at the same time in the room
There was even a wall with tap beers you could pour and purchase in the lobby. I also really appreciated that there was a $25 credit given for food and drinks, so I went to the rooftop
The hotel is located in downtown area with a nearby metro station and bus stop. The room is not big but clean and enough for 2 big luggage's. Toilet is big when compare to room size
Staying in downtown area, miyako is your choice with room amenities and daily cleaning, walking distance to metro little Tokyo, grocery and surround with selection of food and restaurants
The room was spacious and came with complimentary bottled water, slippers, and toiletries. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour hot water dispenser and a microwave available for use
The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the city center
This hotel was far more than I expected. I thought it was a Japanese themed hotel, when in fact it is a Japanese hotel. From the minute of check in until the moment of check out , the staff was gracious and helpful
Very Japanese humanized management style, there are water heaters and microwave ovens in the lobby, and there is a Japanese village and many Japanese restaurants around.
We went up to the Karaoke bar for some drinks and to make fools of our selves. The drinks were reasonably priced and the service was fantastic
Glendale, 450 West Pioneer Drive (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn
First couple of nights at this hotel for our epic road trip in April 2018. Pretty jet lagged when we arrived but popped out for a burger at Jack In The Box across the road and then crashed out
There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good. The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late
Comfortable room, no disturbances and decent breakfast before we hit all the sights in LA for day 1, then again before we headed out on our 2 week road trip on Day 2
I give this place 4 stars only because the staff was friendly the hotel was cleaned and the price was affordable, other than that all the finishes are from the 90's
Nice Location. Room is a bit old but reasonably clean. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
