Dated hotel, nice pool, good gym with free wights, great equipment- leg press and other good equipment for leg day.
Fantastic hotel. Great location, great staff, luxurious and clean.
The hotel staff was perfect, but the other people I met here weren't as friendly as others I met elsewhere in LA.
Good , near to the crypto arena
Perfect location to watch a Laker game at the crypto dot com arena.
I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.
The food options in breakfast buffet are limited for a 4 star hotel. Overall, the breakfast is average.
This hotel is housed in a century-old building, and its interior is decorated in a grand, vintage Baroque style with murals, carvings, and crystal chandeliers, reminiscent of an old European castle. The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service...
Definitely worth staying, it's very historic, just a bit old-fashioned in terms of facilities.
The hotel lobby and the basement level are very retro and opulent. The staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was spacious, simple, and had a charmingly vintage feel. The window directly overlooked a small plaza, where I not only watched people ice skating but also witnessed a small protest. For a hotel in the US, the breakfast here was incredibly rich and varied. I stayed for two nights...

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The service was excellent, and the location was superb with a lovely view from the window! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Though hotel feels a little on the older side, overall it was a great experience. Perfect location, smack in the middle of the buzzing city. Just that it could get a little "rowdy" at night with all the parties. Need to approach counter for water and bedroom slippers. Kettle as well.
Perfect location, right next to Ovation shopping complex and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Room was spacious and clean. Luggage storage fee is $5 per night per suitcase, if you want to leave your luggage for a longer period of time. Valet parking is $60 per day for multiple ins and outs. Next door Ovation parking is $25 max daily for each entry.
The hotel is good. But what we don’t like is the hidden charges of Destination Fee $34/night being charged when we checked out. This is on top of the fee we paid during booking. No one likes to be charged with hidden fees. So be aware of the potential additional fees.
This hotel is clean, quiet and safe. It is close to Hollywood and you can take a linkway to the shopping mall beside. It is very convenient.
Excellent location close to metro and right in the heart of Hollywood Ave. There's a shopping mall just next door, and a 7-11 right across the street if you are into midnight snacks. Room wise - I got the Hollywood sign and capitol building view. First 2 days were really foggy can't see the sign but otherwise all good. Would be nice if there's slippers available in the room.

The location was excellent, and since it’s in a quiet, more relaxed area of downtown, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a calm overall atmosphere. The staff were also very polite, making it a great hotel experience.
The hotel has a good location, and the front desk service was excellent. There were fresh fruits, coffee, and drinks available in the lobby. The service and quality are well worth the price. Plus, the area around the hotel feels very safe and is a nice neighborhood. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.
The rooms are classic and cozy, clean and tidy, perfect for business travelers.
Every time my flight lands early, I can usually early check-in, which is so important for someone who's just had a long flight. That's the main reason I chose this hotel for the second time. Most of the staff are quite friendly, and the rooms are large and quiet. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with this time was the cleanliness of the room; there was hair on the shower wall and a contact lens...
I checked in quite late that night and didn't even get to enjoy the view from the room's window before checking out the next morning. The cleanliness seemed pretty good. The only downsides were the lack of toothbrushes and slippers, and there was no showerhead, just a bathtub where the water also drained from, which was very inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve this. On a positive note, there...
I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Los Angeles, unsure whether to stay in downtown (DT) or Beverly Hills. The Chinese district felt a bit far, and I'd heard DT wasn't safe. However, during our stay, there weren't many homeless people right downstairs, though we did see some a few blocks away during the day. Getting around by subway and bus was very convenient, and the hotel was very clean. They...

It was just so-so, not good value for money, the food was both bad and expensive!
The hotel maintains the expected quality of its brand. The rooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant staff is friendly and professional. We didn't use the hotel's expensive valet. I usually don't write reviews because I'm lazy, but this place really disgusted me. After staying in so many hotels, I have no idea how this Conrad managed to get a 'gold diamond' rating. 1. The room was incredibly noisy. It was right next to a main road, and even after switching rooms twice, it was still the same. 2. The shower pressure was incredibly low, despite having three outlets. Trying to...
The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The location is convenient with a pleasant surrounding area, directly across from the Disney Concert Hall. The front desk staff and room service were also very professional. I would consider staying here again.
One of the best hotel in LA, good location and very good service mind staff from bell boy/concierge,reception and housekeeper.
Wonderful property. Excellent accommodations and the facilities were top-notch. Room was not cleaned or service during my stay, though. Otherwise amazing stay and super friendly and professional staff.
Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at multiple Fairmont properties, and this is one of our new favorites. The service we received from every single employee was exceptional. The food, the spa, the vibe was all exactly what we hoped for on our vacation. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one--we will be back!
Just got back from a solo stay at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica and it was exactly what I needed. This has long been our hotel of choice when visiting Santa Monica but we we’re disappointed this time. We arrived at 9.45pm after a long day travelling. Check in was swift & we went straight to the room, dumped our bags, quick wash & got back down to the bar area by 10.05 only to be told the bar closed at 10pm & there was no food service. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. I had to wait a long time, received the wrong order, and couldn’t find staff to fix the issue.
After a 17-hour flight, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing and created unnecessary stress for my family. My wife and young son were refused check-in despite presenting my passport while I was only minutes away. I understand verification procedures, but the way this was handled lacked flexibility and basic hospitality. Additionally, the hotel required a physical credit card and refused...
Time by time SLS disappointed! Stayed from August 6–24, extending multiple times and spending generously at the pool and restaurants. Housekeeping and pool staff are excellent, but reception is unprofessional, rude, and repeatedly locked me out of my room. I first visited Beverly Wilshire because I was invited there for a meeting with a potential client, back when money was very tight for me. Just eating at the restaurant was financially difficult. This is a fabulous hotel. Filled with heritage, an impressive property and great location at the end of Rodeo Drive. I’ve stayed here a few times and the standard is consistently high. The rooms are a bit dated but they are very comfortable, well maintained and generous in size. I highly recommend it if you want to be in Beverly Hills and want to experience the best of LA.

First off, if you need hotel parking, don't choose this place. The $50 parking fee is a bit steep, and with the tip every time you get your car, parking alone cost me $80. The hotel's AC was leaking, and when I walked into the room, the carpet was wet. Everything just felt mediocre.
Neither good nor bad, just average.
Didn't spend long here, but was lovely while we stayed. Nice and clean
Had to wait for 2-hours after official check in time for a room. One elevator was out of order for the entire period of our stay. Bathroom ammenities were not replenished, had to call for soap. Really disappointed, not what one expect from a Hyatt hotel.
Hyatt in other countries is absolutely different, this one really falls short of the standard. The location is good the rooms are decent. Service : They say no to all requests. The hotel deposit freezes funds for a long time

The bed is the best part of this hotel, sheets are great and the room has a nice modern decor. Sadly the food in both the cafe and the living room bar is quite disappointing. The more traditional American food options are much better than the Asian fusion ones. Our tom yum soup was sadly made with water not milk making it just shrimp in chili water. I wanted it to be better 😭
From the moment I walked in Micaela greeted me with a wonderful smile. She was top notch with her hospitality and her knowledge of gluten free restaurants around the area. She is the true definition of hospitality and how to make a guest feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful! The room was amazing, the drinks were great along with the food at the bar. Clean and great service. Convenient stores are nearby. Had a pleasant stay overall.
The service was perfect. And the staffs were really kind and funny. The location was so good to go all way to los angeles places. Highly recommend.
We live in far east , comparatively the hotels (including Marriott) the breakfast spread is quite vast , a lot more options to eat. But we did not get the same in Marriott Beverly Hills. It was manageable though. If the cost allows the hotel to make it better , the guest might be more happier and satisfied.
Hotel breakfasts in the US are usually quite basic, so I generally don't recommend booking with breakfast included. This hotel, however, was even more bizarre: guests who had breakfast included were still charged an extra $10 per person as a 'table fee.' On top of that, the bathroom was tiny!
The room was great! For this price and location in Beverly Hills, it's an excellent deal. The environment is also very pleasant, surpassing most hotels in the US.
Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived, and it took a long time for it to be delivered. Parking was $70 a night, and we were double-charged by both the parking attendant and the front desk staff. This issue hasn't been resolved yet. My overall impression is just so-so.

I should've posted this long ago, but I have just discovered it in my drafts folder. I’ve stayed at the Beverly Hills Hotel whenever in LA over the past 35 years. I absolutely love it. The incredibly welcoming Mr Steve Boggs who is the director of global guest relations for the hotel told me that I must pay a visit to the Bel-Air. Given that my wife and I are well acquainted with Dorchester group hotels...
Our stay at the Hotel Bel-Air was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. Highlights from our visit: Arrival & Service: Landon at valet was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making a busy job look easy. Danny then settled us into our room, demonstrating the tech controls and lighting the fireplace. The Front Desk:...
I only intended to stay one night, however my other accommodation was disastrous, so I called the hotel at around 11:30 pm asking if they had my room available before my original arrival date, to which the gentleman said they did. I forgot his name, but he was a tall gentleman who I believe said he was a manager and works the overnight. They were kind enough to extend the original rate I booked and...

The walk across the bridge and the swan lake are a great way to be welcomed and the staff make it even better. The complex is shockingly large, with a great mix of rooms and walking paths. The rooms are clean, modern and high tech, and housekeeping is great. The...

Started visiting the hotel in the 1990s and made it a point to travel to LA often just to stay here. After losing its way for a few years, the hotel is back strong. The food isn’t quite as good as it once was and the gardens aren’t as strikingly beautiful since they got rid of the hydrangeas and the bougainvillea, but the charm has returned and the service was perfect. I had a wedding at the Maybourne back in October 18, 2025. And I have to say that it was an absolutely amazing venue overall. It is absolutely beautiful from the terrace to the indoor ballroom. We had multiple hotel rooms that weekend, as well as a rehearsal dinner at the Terrace restaurant...
I did not stay here, I went to the Dante, on the rooftop for dinner. The vibe was cool, the view was great, and the food was pretty good as well. Its in Beverly hills but I wouldnt say its a great location. Its kind of hiding in the crowd of other buildings. But it is a nice hotel by the looks of it.
Amazing customer service !! Everyone is so wonderful and provided excellent customer service. What a great experience spending a weekend at this luxury hotel. So clean and meticulously decorated! Their food quality and views are perfect! Their spa is so special with the magnesium hot tub and services that they offer. I highly recommend!
Overall a fine stay, but there were lots of little misses, that shouldn’t have happened at a property of this caliber: Mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets was broken. During turn down service toilet paper wasn’t replaced, hand towel was removed and not replaced, used glassware was left.
