Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, Los Angeles1 / 30Offer

Los Angeles, 9500 Wilshire Boulevard (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I first visited Beverly Wilshire because I was invited there for a meeting with a potential client, back when money was very tight for me. Just eating at the restaurant was financially difficult. After I finished the meeting (which got me my first client), I tried to pay the valet and he refused to take my money. He said I didn't need to pay because I was a VIP. Not only did he help me, he did it in...
This is a fabulous hotel. Filled with heritage, an impressive property and great location at the end of Rodeo Drive. I’ve stayed here a few times and the standard is consistently high. The rooms are a bit dated but they are very comfortable, well maintained and generous in size. I highly recommend it if you want to be in Beverly Hills and want to experience the best of LA.
I had an amazing stay at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-tier — warm, professional, and truly attentive. The staff made me feel welcome and taken care of the entire time. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt luxurious, and every detail in the room showed quality and care. The hotel itself...
This hotel is just done right. The location is unbeatable; right on Rodeo Drive, but somehow it still feels calm and private once you’re inside. Service is genuinely excellent. Not overbearing, not robotic, just people who pay attention and make things easy. You feel taken care of without having to ask for much. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which matters more than anything in LA. The...

Enjoyed a great experience and also tried a room service breakfast.
Loved our stay, staff was very friendly and the dinner at Cast and Plow was delicious 😋
The basic quotient standard can meet
It was just so-so, not good value for money, the food was both bad and expensive!
The hotel maintains the expected quality of its brand. The rooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant staff is friendly and professional. We didn't use the hotel's expensive valet. The staff also thoughtfully pointed out the nearby public parking. We didn't have time to play the complimentary hour of pickleball. The à la carte breakfast at Cast & Plow Restaurant was exquisite and delicious. Next door...

Los Angeles, 100 South Grand Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I usually don't write reviews because I'm lazy, but this place really disgusted me. After staying in so many hotels, I have no idea how this Conrad managed to get a 'gold diamond' rating. 1. The room was incredibly noisy. It was right next to a main road, and even after switching rooms twice, it was still the same. 2. The shower pressure was incredibly low, despite having three outlets. Trying to...
The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The location is convenient with a pleasant surrounding area, directly across from the Disney Concert Hall. The front desk staff and room service were also very professional. I would consider staying here again.
One of the best hotel in LA, good location and very good service mind staff from bell boy/concierge,reception and housekeeper.
Wonderful property. Excellent accommodations and the facilities were top-notch. Room was not cleaned or service during my stay, though. Otherwise amazing stay and super friendly and professional staff.
Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. Highly recommended.
Very nice place to stay if you are travelling as a couple as the location is good

We have stayed at multiple Fairmont properties, and this is one of our new favorites. The service we received from every single employee was exceptional. The food, the spa, the vibe was all exactly what we hoped for on our vacation. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one--we will be back!
Just got back from a solo stay at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica and it was exactly what I needed. The property itself is perfectly located for beach walks and easy exploring, but what really stood out was the service. Everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive, but a special shoutout to Eddie at valet/concierge. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome and took the...
This has long been our hotel of choice when visiting Santa Monica but we we’re disappointed this time. We arrived at 9.45pm after a long day travelling. Check in was swift & we went straight to the room, dumped our bags, quick wash & got back down to the bar area by 10.05 only to be told the bar closed at 10pm & there was no food service. Luckily the waitress took pity on us & managed to bring us...

The hotel is clean and conveniently located, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. I had to wait a long time, received the wrong order, and couldn’t find staff to fix the issue.
After a 17-hour flight, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing and created unnecessary stress for my family. My wife and young son were refused check-in despite presenting my passport while I was only minutes away. I understand verification procedures, but the way this was handled lacked flexibility and basic hospitality. Additionally, the hotel required a physical credit card and refused...
Time by time SLS disappointed! Stayed from August 6–24, extending multiple times and spending generously at the pool and restaurants. Housekeeping and pool staff are excellent, but reception is unprofessional, rude, and repeatedly locked me out of my room. Even basic courtesy was denied—like refusing me access to the lobby restroom while allowing others. For a hotel of this level, management is clearly...
This is the third time i booked in SLS I also extended my stay total of 14 days Thank you
The hotel is generally in line with expectations. Well, it is a local internet celebrity hotel. The service is average in all aspects. The facilities are also relatively old.
The hotel has a nice design, good facilities, average breakfast and good service. The room hygiene is average and needs improvement.

Great location and lovely hotel staff. Allways makes you feel happy
The avant-garde room design, coupled with a service philosophy inconsistent with the hotel's class, destined this stay to be disappointing. The indifferent hotel staff made it feel like an immense honor to even exchange a single word with them. At first, I thought it was a case of different treatment for different races, but after checking hotel reviews on Yelp, I discovered that the hotel was surprisingly...
Incredible experience. I was here for a conference and the staff at the restaurant to event staff and valet were all so kind, accommodating and attentive. The property is absolutely stunning and I had some of the best food of my life here. Looking forward to coming back.
1 Hotel West Hollywood is one of the best modern options in the area—elegant, serene, and effortlessly stylish. The design is warm and calming, with natural materials that make the whole place feel like a retreat. Service is top-notch, the views are incredible, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. It’s luxury without the noise—except on Friday and Saturday if your room faces Sunset Boulevard
My weekend getaway at The 1 Hotel was pure relaxation! From the front desk to valet and the spa team, the customer service was top-notch—everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Had an amazing experience at Solaire Resort Entertainment City. The place is elegant and well-maintained, with excellent service from the staff. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere feels truly luxurious. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy!
Great hotel with luxury rooms and amenities.
The location of the hotel is OK, but there is no parking lot. The breakfast is simple and the dishes are the same for 5 days.
The room was spacious, the largest hotel I've found in the area. The location was also convenient and safe. There's a restaurant downstairs with good food, especially the cheesecake. However, there were two minor drawbacks: the sliding window on the balcony wasn't soundproof, so traffic noise could be heard at night. The shower had no door, so water easily leaked out, leaving the floor wet.
This hotel is very good. The rooms are spacious and bright, comfortable and clean, luxurious and atmospheric. Each room has a balcony and outdoor seats, where you can enjoy the city view. Breakfast and dinner are both delicious. The hotel staff are very responsible, warm and thoughtful. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again.
Very good experience, the surrounding is quiet and peaceful, there are not many security issues, but there are some **** It is about 5-6 kilometers away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You can run or take a taxi to go there

I should've posted this long ago, but I have just discovered it in my drafts folder. I’ve stayed at the Beverly Hills Hotel whenever in LA over the past 35 years. I absolutely love it. The incredibly welcoming Mr Steve Boggs who is the director of global guest relations for the hotel told me that I must pay a visit to the Bel-Air. Given that my wife and I are well acquainted with Dorchester group hotels...
Our stay at the Hotel Bel-Air was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. Highlights from our visit: Arrival & Service: Landon at valet was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making a busy job look easy. Danny then settled us into our room, demonstrating the tech controls and lighting the fireplace. The Front Desk:...
I only intended to stay one night, however my other accommodation was disastrous, so I called the hotel at around 11:30 pm asking if they had my room available before my original arrival date, to which the gentleman said they did. I forgot his name, but he was a tall gentleman who I believe said he was a manager and works the overnight. They were kind enough to extend the original rate I booked and...
The pink palace is like a quiet oasis in the middle of Beverly Hills. You’ll feel tranquil and like you’re escaping once you enter Bel-Air. The walk across the bridge and the swan lake are a great way to be welcomed and the staff make it even better. The complex is shockingly large, with a great mix of rooms and walking paths. The rooms are clean, modern and high tech, and housekeeping is great. The...
Emma at the front desk was wonderful! She was nice, thoughtful and helpful. The property is beautiful and tranquil. The rooms are elegant, spacious and comfortable. Finally the food was consistently excellent. Our new favorite hotel in LA.
Started visiting the hotel in the 1990s and made it a point to travel to LA often just to stay here. After losing its way for a few years, the hotel is back strong. The food isn’t quite as good as it once was and the gardens aren’t as strikingly beautiful since they got rid of the hydrangeas and the bougainvillea, but the charm has returned and the service was perfect. This will always be a special...

I had a wedding at the Maybourne back in October 18, 2025. And I have to say that it was an absolutely amazing venue overall. It is absolutely beautiful from the terrace to the indoor ballroom. I would highly recommend getting drapes as it makes a huge difference in achieving a “lavish” feel for the ballroom. We had multiple hotel rooms that weekend, as well as a rehearsal dinner at the Terrace restaurant...
I did not stay here, I went to the Dante, on the rooftop for dinner. The vibe was cool, the view was great, and the food was pretty good as well. Its in Beverly hills but I wouldnt say its a great location. Its kind of hiding in the crowd of other buildings. But it is a nice hotel by the looks of it.
Amazing customer service !! Everyone is so wonderful and provided excellent customer service. What a great experience spending a weekend at this luxury hotel. So clean and meticulously decorated! Their food quality and views are perfect! Their spa is so special with the magnesium hot tub and services that they offer. I highly recommend!
Overall a fine stay, but there were lots of little misses, that shouldn’t have happened at a property of this caliber: Mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets was broken. During turn down service toilet paper wasn’t replaced, hand towel was removed and not replaced, used glassware was left.

The hotel is excellent overall, conveniently located right by Santa Monica Beach. The main entrance is a 5-10 minute walk from the many restaurants. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious, with complimentary minibars. The bathrooms are spacious and bright, and the towels and bathrobes are soft and comfortable.
The hotel is packed with details. The decor is simple and stylish. The overall color scheme is very comfortable. 😌 The hotel is clean and tidy. The fitness center is well-equipped. The staff are very friendly and worthy of praise. 👍 A very good experience!
Excellent location, right on the beach, beautiful environment
The facilities and location are good, but the bed is too soft and hurts my back. The service is generally decent, but when checking in, an American family was given a welcome gift and a welcome drink, which we didn't get. I'd say the experience was just average. I think the Venetian Blinds Hotel next door has a better atmosphere.
The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, and it was a very comfortable resort hotel. Because I was breastfeeding, the hotel thoughtfully provided a sterilizer. Room service was very prompt in handling any issues, and the ocean view was also fantastic.

It's not very convenient if you're just sightseeing.
The room was comfortable: It was larger than I expected, clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a very practical design.
Almost everything was perfect. The hotel's surroundings were actually quite nice, although there were a few homeless people and some advice against going out at night, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, this didn't diminish my appreciation for the hotel, and I would choose it again next time. The room was very comfortable, like a top-tier hotel in China, and cleanliness was not a concern...
The hotel is very private. Because I gave a little tip, I was directly upgraded to the largest room type. It is really big. It usually costs more than 2,000 US dollars a night. The view is also amazing.
While I typically enjoy my stays at Ritz Carlton properties, my experience at the LA location fell short of expectations.
