First off all the staff are very kind.
I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.

Good location. Rooms were quiet and clean. Food options at hotel were good. Did.not feel crowded

Great location but not clean
The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Both my husband and I wouldn't walk on it without shoes. It needs to be replaced.

There was no proper oxygen circulation in the rooms, and I found it very hard to breathe. I had to request a humidifier, but unfortunately, it had a bad smell. I still kept it on because it was the only thing that helped me get through the night. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff!! They offer complementary water and coffee every day plus free wi-fi. Great restaurant, very accommodating. Enjoyable stay!

This hotel is terrible. They overcharged me and charged my credit card without me even providing a bill after I checked out.

1. The hotel focuses on environmental protection. The facilities provided are not provided (hot water bottle, toothpaste and toothbrush). There is only a lot of wine, not even water.
2. Negotiation charges are super high, and the parking fee of $65 per night is more expensive than Las Vegas
3. The breakfast is delicious but super expensive
4. There is no view to speak of, and the construction starts at 6 o'clock outside the window, which is super noisy

It's really not worth spending 20,000 yuan. When I arrived, I found that there was construction near the hotel. It was very noisy from 1 to 7 o'clock every day.
The nearby traffic is quite convenient
Hotel service staff really need more training. The price is not directly proportional to the quality of service.
