Super convenient location right by the airport, with a dedicated shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Plus, there's a gas station and public transport nearby
Fairly large gym with a larger selection of equipment than I'm used too. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the pool and hot tubs weren't open during the hours advertised outside of it
The service was great, very friendly and welcoming, and they even offer luggage storage. It's conveniently located, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time
Very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle service. The room was clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable.
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to transportation. They offer airport shuttle service, and the driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage
The environment is lovely, clean, and tidy, and getting to the airport is super easy with their dedicated shuttle service

Dated hotel, nice pool, good gym with free wights, great equipment- leg press and other good equipment for leg day.
Fantastic hotel. Great location, great staff, luxurious and clean.
While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again
My colleagues who did stay here seemed to be happy with their choice while I stayed at another Marriott product down the street. A solid representation of a stellar brand
I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés
The hotel staff was perfect, but the other people I met here weren't as friendly as others I met elsewhere in LA.

I had an excellent stay at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and efficient—check-in was a breeze and they made sure to recognize my status right away
The real highlight is the M Club Lounge on the 18th floor. It is hands down better than any other hotel lounge in the LAX area. The panoramic views of the runways are spectacular, and the space is modern and well-stocked
The owner said the location is better than Hyatt, so I'd definitely book again next time. The airport shuttle bus is very convenient, running every 15-20 minutes, so there's almost no waiting time.
There were three of us, and while Ctrip said only two could have breakfast, that's actually incorrect. Everyone in the room can eat at the M Club, as long as your room card can open the door
The airport shuttle runs roughly every half hour, located on the departure level of each terminal. Once you exit, you'll find a red sign for 'Hotel Shuttle' where all hotel shuttles stop
The room was great! Definitely remember to book an M CLUB room, which comes with free breakfast and a $50 voucher you can use at the downstairs bar – the food there is delicious

Everything was perfect except the daily parking fee is crazy. Also, I used their laundry credit to clean my trousers, but they charged me $9. So, please don’t get fooled by the free credits that this hotel provides
I have never seen six flavors of smoked/marinated fish, besides a large variety of ham, eggs, sausages, pastry, vegetables, cereals and high quality fruit served all at once each day in a hotel breakfast buffet
The views from the top floor, overlooking the surrounding area, are absolutely spectacular!
This definitely needs improvement; in today's highly developed tourism market, who would pay exorbitant hotel prices for drinks that are readily available everywhere else? We stayed for three nights and no one cleaned our room
The room was nice, and the location is right in the city center. However, for a big InterContinental hotel, there wasn't a single person at the front desk who spoke Chinese, which made communication very inconvenient
There wasn't a single plate or cutlery set, and the mini-fridge was completely packed with items for sale, making it impossible for guests to use. Forget about storing milk, fruit, or anything else

Only note is that there is not much in the area. The Starbucks in the lobby is only open for a few hours a day and has a limited menu. There are a couple of sub shops within walking distance, but not much else
Hotel has wonderful staff great food in the restaurant. The drivers from the hotel from the airport are wonderful. Just a great place to stay. I stay there when I’m always in transit on my way to China.
The hotel's biggest plus is its airport convenience – just a 5-10 minute drive away, with a free shuttle service waiting in the designated red zone at the airport's departure level
The only downside is that, due to its proximity to the airport and ongoing construction nearby, guests on the 4th floor might hear occasional noise after 11 PM, which could be an issue for light sleepers
I went to the gym and even sat by the pool! I’m definitely booking once I’m around lax again
I had a 10 hour layover in LAX and after reading the reviews for the Sheraton I decided to book a room before my next 15 hour flight. Best decision! Spent my time relaxing in the spacious, clean room

Great lobby, lots of sitting spaces for waiting around for your uber /ride. Valets are very attentive and there's a great smoking area outside. I think it could be a bit further from the entrance but it's okay
The hotel is well located and not far from car rental services and airport itself. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. I will suggest to book this hotel
The environment is excellent, and it's close to the airport with a convenient purple shuttle bus service for easy access. The hotel itself is quite nice, and the rooms are good too. Definitely worth staying here.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy shuttle service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast expecting a buffet, but it turned out to be à la carte
The main advantage is its proximity to the airport, with an airport shuttle bus that takes you directly to the hotel. There's also a Starbucks on the ground floor where you can relax. Overall, it's decent.
The room was incredibly spacious, almost to the point of feeling a bit empty. The bed was very comfortable, and the interior decor was all quite nice

I really like this hotel; the lobby is absolutely beautiful. The overall environment is also great, and it's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Los Angeles!
The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was excellent
There's a daily breakfast service fee of $6, which I found to be quite reasonable. My $150 deposit was refunded to my credit card the day after check-out
My apologies to the head bellman Dec 22/4 pm who very kindly saved me money on airport transport, but I had just given my last cash to the luggage handler. Thank you all for a time I will always cherish!
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.

The services, including the bar and lounge were very nice, and wait staff was outstanding! Thank you for an unforgettable experience. we will definitely stay here again!
The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The service was excellent, and the location was superb with a lovely view from the window! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Conveniently located, with plenty of options for food and sightseeing. Pool is heated and relaxing with a bar to get drinks and snacks nearby. Views of the Hollywood sign from your room, pool or the mall next door.
Though hotel feels a little on the older side, overall it was a great experience. Perfect location, smack in the middle of the buzzing city. Just that it could get a little "rowdy" at night with all the parties
Perfect location, right next to Ovation shopping complex and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Luggage storage fee is $5 per night per suitcase, if you want to leave your luggage for a longer period of time
But what we don’t like is the hidden charges of Destination Fee $34/night being charged when we checked out. This is on top of the fee we paid during booking. No one likes to be charged with hidden fees

Whenever I have a layover in LA, I choose to stay here. It's close to the airport, and you can reach the hotel either by free shuttle or on foot. The hotel feels safe, and the facilities inside are very new
It's close to the airport, which is convenient for transfers or early flights. However, there are hardly any dining or shopping options nearby; you have to walk a bit to find anything
The room was decent, and the soundproofing was good, so there was no airport noise. Breakfast was a bit repetitive and would get boring after a few days
The swimming pool is beautiful, comfortable, and self-service
The room was spacious and incredibly clean – seriously, one of the cleanest I've seen in the US, and if you're familiar with American hotels, you know what I mean! The shower even had a handheld spray, which is a rare find
I asked for an extra blanket, and it arrived in just half an hour, which is top-tier service for American standards, you know? All in all, it exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again

The room is in a good location and of high quality, worthy of being the Beverly Hills Hotel. I especially like the fact that they provide a kettle, which is very necessary for Chinese tourists
Great hotel but lots of renovations going on right now
It is almost the fabulous like we thought from the website pictures but the swimming pool. It doesn’t have it at all only a giant earth pit.
The hotel is located in the wealthy area of Los Angeles. Facilities: It is a bit old, but it is indeed very classic
Hygiene: Clean. Although the floor of the hotel is old, it is very clean
Environment: Very quiet
We stayed another day because we were so satisfied and had dinner in the restaurant. Beverly Hills is outside the room window. It is also close to the Beverly Hills sign and Beverly Shopping Street
There are few people
Service: Breakfast cost us nearly 1,200 RMB per day, but the restaurant is very beautiful and worth it. There is only valet parking, and the fee is high

Airport shuttle is another nice bonus. Would definitely consider staying there myself
I stayed here for the third time when having a connection at the LAX airport
It has free shuttle , is like only ten minute ride from the airport to the hotel and I can tell now is just remodel which looks a lot nicer than before , more modern and clean , so I think now is way better than before
The Sonesta Los Angeles Airport is a fantastic choice for an easy stay near LAX. Location: Excellent—less than a mile from LAX with frequent, free 24/7 shuttle service
I think is perfect for people who need to stay close to the airport
Rooms: Recently renovated, quiet (great soundproofing), and very comfortable. Amenities: Multiple dining options, friendly staff, and a heated outdoor pool

The pool isn't great; it's quite small. The drinks at the restaurant aren't very good, but the food is okay
Stayed here twice and impressive every time! Service is quick, the entry and lobby is beautiful and inviting! Courteous and over the top service! Prices are right and the amenities are outstanding! Easiest to LAX and back! Rooms clean and all access to everything, pool, fitness center, gift shop, bar, dining
Close to LAX and provide shuttle service. Front desk lady is very nice. We arrive early, front desk lady help us checked in early. My kid lost her Apple Watch in room. Security found it and keeps it for us.
Great hotel and excellent lounge access. Only downside is expensive onsite parking and chaotic airport shuttle service, the tiny bus was full even at 5am, catching it back was hard too!
We love staying here with their executive lounge service. Complimentary breakfast every morning is a major plus.
Stayed here on an overnight layover from Asia back to middle of America. The bed was nice.

Only two bottle of water provided throughout the stay. Guest Laundry service only with one washer available, could be better with few washers and daily replenishment of bottles of drinking water.
The room was spotless, and at $350 Australian per night, it was a steal! The hotel's shuttle bus to Universal Studios and nearby hotels was super convenient. We had an absolute blast and I wish we could've stayed longer
We stumbled upon an amazing deal on Trip. com after searching on Skyscanner, and it was the perfect opportunity for a last-minute trip to Universal Studios with my 10-year-old
We flew from Sydney to LAX and were blown away by the Hilton Universal City hotel. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more special
Customer service compare to other hotel need to be improved, otherwise good location and easy to access the universal because the free shuttle service
Our king room on the executive floor exceeded expectations, with stunning views of LA and a super comfy bed

Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. Honestly, this is a perfectly fine property
The whole building, but especially the guest rooms, are clearly dated but mine was clean and reasonably spacious as far as hotel rooms come. Location is definitely not going to suit everyone
Bus route 3 stops right out the front of the hotel which will take you to Santa Monica in just under an hour. Parking I think is $60 / night. The staff were the standouts to me
My activities were concentrated around LAX so it worked well for me, but I had to go into downtown which took about 1hr 20m under the current metro trains service alignment
If you are looking for a simple affordable hotel with a shuttle to and from LAX and are not super particular, then the Four Points by Sheraton is for you!
All of them were fantastic, they made me feel welcome at check-in and greeted me almost every time I walked past the lobby on my way back to my room

Actually, my family stayed at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and it was noisy because there were too many bars. This is the best place for families!!!!!!Oh! The shower water pressure is strong, so it's really refreshing
I think it's especially great for Marriott Bonvoy members. Bonvoy Elite and above are provided with lounge access, and considering the free lounge food, you'll find the food to be quite good
The location is close to Universal Studios, but it's also close to Hollywood Street. The hotel has been remodeled, so it's very clean and comfortable
The hotel food is delicious, though the chef went a bit overboard with the seasoning—the burger had so much black pepper it was actually very spicy, and the same happened with the fries I think it was rosemary
They tasted good, but we couldn't finish them because the seasoning was just too much. That was the only issue we noticed with that food. On the other hand, the pizza was very tasty!
They were attentive to our needs the entire time. Excellent customer service, and the staff was very friendly and helpful
Beautiful hotel, clean, staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was warm, not huge but was sufficient for the space available and was in the sun mid morning to early afternoon
The location was excellent, and since it’s in a quiet, more relaxed area of downtown, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a calm overall atmosphere
Food in the restaurant was lovely. They had a couple of vegetarian options. The hotel vehicle service in the 3 mile radius was most useful. Would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity
The hotel has a good location, and the front desk service was excellent. There were fresh fruits, coffee, and drinks available in the lobby. The service and quality are well worth the price
Plus, the area around the hotel feels very safe and is a nice neighborhood. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance
The only thing I was a bit disappointed with this time was the cleanliness of the room; there was hair on the shower wall and a contact lens left by a previous guest on the floor that wasn't cleaned up

If a hotel does not accept cash deposits, that policy must be clearly and explicitly stated on all booking platforms, not just the hotel’s own website, which the manager on duty reiterated, that it was on the hotel’s website
The room was spacious, and having a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door made dining very convenient. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport
However, situations like this must be handled with far greater care and professionalism. Paying guests, especially those who are respectful and simply trying to check in should be treated with dignity and understanding
I had already prepaid for two nights online, yet due to the hotel’s failure to update its information, I was left embarrassed, inconvenienced, and forced to wait in the lobby after an exhausting international journey
I was aware of the required USD $100 deposit and had no issue paying it. However, upon arrival I was informed that cash deposits are not accepted. This information was not stated on the booking platform I used (Trip

Staff was friendly and helpful and check in and check out were smooth. The rooftop pool and dining spots are a big plus and make it feel like a full experience not just a place to sleep
The hotel has a modern stylish vibe without feeling stiff and the lobby and common areas are always lively. The rooms were clean comfortable and well designed with great city views and solid sound insulation
Stayed at The LINE Hotel in Koreatown and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect right in the heart of Ktown with so many restaurants bars and late night spots within walking distance
We had a strange issue where after we checked in and were napping in our room staff came in multiple times however the front desk was apologetic and offered to comp our resort fee for the day
The gym is small but serviceable. The location is excellent as it is centrally located in Koreatown with lots of good food around and the metro/bus is also right outside
Overall we had an excellent stay at the Line hotel. The room is a bit small for an extended stay but it is nicely furnished and we really liked the large windows

I asked if I could heat up some frozen food from Trader Joe’s for dinner, and the front desk kindly provided a microwave in my room at no extra charge, even though it normally costs $50 per day
I recently stayed at the Hilton in Culver City near LAX and had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel itself is beautiful modern, clean, and comfortable
Great hotel and friendly staffs. But vault parking service is terrible, they don't wanna you park in yourself at the parking garage where nearby hotel.
My room was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a long travel day
The location was excellent—there were movie theaters and restaurants within walking distance
Hotel parking is incredibly expensive, over $50 plus tips; if you drive a little further, you'll find much better rates. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable and large, perfect for two people

I had a wonderful stay at Indigo Five Star Hotel in Los Angeles, and I highly recommend it. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my visit
Overall, Indigo Five Star Hotel delivers an outstanding combination of exceptional service, a prime location, and excellent food. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles
From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless, which truly made a difference in the overall experience
The "store" in the lobby is convenient, self checkout is easy, it you can pay the front desk associates as well. The rooms are well equipped, and even near the elevator I had no issues with noise
The location is excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to key areas of Los Angeles, while still offering a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere
