No luxury here and our room was old but clean. For a budget price you have a parking spot, decent bed (soft side), good couch, coffeemaker and AC/heat. Convenience store and burgers spot in short walking distance. BART station is 8 minutes walk. Perfect for a touch and go.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We arrived after our concert around 11pm to find the beds have obviously been slept in. There was dirt and goat head stickers in the sheets. It took over 20 minutes to receive the new bedding we requested & they only brought us a single sheet. Morning comes and a staff member walked into our room unannounced without knocking to see my 16 year old brother changing. I brought my complaint to the owner whos response was “you shouldve locked your door”. Very unpleasant stay & we will never be back again.

- This place was lousy. The air conditioner made this loud buzzing sound on and off, impossible to use at night. There is no smoke alarm, is that even legal? Wifi worked intermittently, coffee pot but no coffee! Dirty rug and towel, some kind of mold or something above the shower. The shower water was either too cold or too hot, nothing in between.

The motel experience was really nice, it was truly a 24 hour check in as I arrived around 12.15 am and there was someone at the reception to check me in. The room was clean and large , there was also a fridge inside. The microwave was not in the room but immediately I requested for it , a microwave was brought to my room in less than 10 minutes .
Imperial inn is close to the Mc Arthur train station
and there are pockets of restaurants that sell Chinese, Korean and burgers all around.
The environment is peaceful though I won't advise anyone to walk around late at night especially if you are a tourist.
The best part for me was I requested a late check out and this was granted to me in a friendly tone at no additional cost , if I ever come into San Francisco again it's imperial inn for me. It's affordable lodging in a nice environment.

Very disappointing stay. The room was drab, worn and filled with unnecessary, tired furniture. The heater was unpleasant to use. The wifi was not working and the staff were no help with this. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the location is good as a base to explore Oakland and Berkeley or get Bart into San Francisco.

The room was spacious and clean, and the lodging was a short walk from MacArthur BART station. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Overall, a good stay - clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet setting.

I find the hotel very liable to for the price it is about one of the best rooms you can get. Service, very friendly and helpful. When you get to your own, everything is clean, looks neat, smells good and fresh. They are constantly upgrading. I have been to quite a few hotels in the bay area. This is definitely one of my favorites.

Would have been nice if beds we’re clean. Room looked good. Bed looks comfortable, but when pulled covers back. Looks like same sheets someone slept in and multiple long hair on bottom sheet. When asked for clean sheets, I was told didn’t have any. Then given second room. Second room was worse. This time found what looked like fresh blood stains on mattress protector. Kindly asked for refund. Then young woman who says she is general manager became sassy and said, “ you pay for what you get. Its only $100. Try marriot down street and pay a $150.” My response, “or just provide clean room

Very comfortable room. Very clean and quiet. Also staff was very caring and diligent.

The person who was at the reception asked us not to reserve the room through booking that cost us $110 and that according to her she would keep the price but she still charged us $130 a night, in the end we accepted because we were already very tired but we couldn't sleep at all, since there was a couple who fought all night and only one person from another room managed to intervene. The managers did not appear.
