The hotel didn't have a refrigerator available, which made my stay difficult. The location is very nice, bunch of good restaurants. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for affordability.

It was alright, but good for the price. Little to no sound proofing and things were a bit rough around the corners but excellent besides that. Super good value!

This hotel was creepy and not safe. I stayed for a couple of hours I would like a refund.

Steer clear of this hotel. Old and not kept up well. The person staying across the hall was playing his music very loud all night; management did not do anything at all. The shared bathroom flooded in the middle of the night. I left behind a jacket in the closet that had my AirPods in the zipped pocket. Called back and the manager said they did not find anything; however, the find my location app showed my item (AirPods) still at the hotel. Either shady manager or shady housekeeping.

Convenient space for local bars, food and stores. Parking was tough but overall i enjoyed my experience

I would stay thier again. Plan on stairs and issues with parking. I liked the hotel and its location.

Very easy check in/check out. Close to transportation and a big grocery store. Very nice retro feel. Friendly staff. We had a great stay!

On Tuesday, September 30, I stayed at the Twin Peaks Hotel - Castro and I paid for the room with my card and with my own hands I gave the $100 deposit and on the day of check out he came to get me out at 10:30 the manager yelled at me and it turns out that a man came saying that the money was his. The manager of the hotel gave my deposit to that person and when the camera records it, I gave him the $100 with my own hands.

Confirmation haul said check-in was 1pm. Got there and was told 3pm.
Checking out, no one at front desk with “be back in 10 mins” sign, I waited easily 20.
Bed was uncomfy. Loud noise through the night. Bathroom and shower dirty.
Not great. But great location.

I had the veggie burger which was pretty good compared to others I have had. The fries were just ok: some of them were nice and crispy and since others were a bit on the soggy side. My friend had pizza with mushrooms which was pretty good. Good crust and tasty ingredients. Service was pretty quick.

Delicious pizza and fried chicken on waffles. Nice presentation. Outdoor seating on the back patio. Always crowded.

I took a large group (40) to Starbelly for a corporate dinner - we rented out the back patio. The group had a wonderful time and I got nothing but compliments on the restaurant choice!
The managers and staff made the whole process so easy - they were incredibly accommodating when our group size changed, were very helpful with dietary restrictions, and overall wonderful. The wait staff was professional, quick, easy to work with, and very flexible.
The food is amazing! Definitely try the pasta with jalapenos and bacon - we asked for the bacon on the side to make it vegetarian-friendly. We ate up every bite of what we were served - there was more than enough food, but it was so tasty we couldn't stop!

I have since been back on my own dime for dinner and drinks. They have delicious cocktails for only $9 (which is a steal in SF!). The Starbelly pizza is definitely my favorite, along with the burratta toast.

I don't have enough good things to say about this place. The food is astoundingly good. The drinks menu is varied, and their mixed drinks are excellent (special mention to their Pimm's cup, which is out of this world).
Starbelly turned out to be one of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Great staff, awesome atmosphere and decoration (those lit bottles!), wonderful food and tasty drinks. It tends to be packed, so plan ahead, make a reservation if possible or have a Plan B to have drinks until you get a table. It's definitely worth the wait.

Have come in multiple times now and am finally reviewing. Have had everything from the delicious chicken and waffles to their amazing wedge salad. Their mimosas always hit the spot! Yummy! The staff was extremely respectful and friendly to my friends and I when we have come in.
