This is a unique and wonderful hotel, it’s more like a resort hotel than a hotel in a traditional sense. My daughter had her wedding there, and it was such a delight. A most enjoyable, peaceful, delightful and exciting experience. It makes you feel at home while you’re away.
Beautiful hotel and Incredible service. I didn’t even stay here but came for a wedding and specifically need to call out the outstanding concierge team but going above and beyond — Michelle, Steve, and Chris. It’s this service that convinced me I need to come back and actually stay in a room. Thank you!
Parker Palm Springs has “The best atmosphere”!
Sophisticated, upscale decor, food and amazing service!
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. However, Randy Araiza, the Catering Sales Manager from Parker Palm Springs gave us the amazing tour and explained to us all the steps, plans, for our wedding day.
We have already decided to have our wedding reception and ceremony...
I’m compelled to leave a review following my recent experience at The Parker Palm Springs. This place is super cool - vintage, quirky, truly special. The room service is so attentive, it’s almost creepy. Yes, that’s a good thing. Generally speaking, they make you feel special there. I’m writing a mixed review though, so here we go… What, I must pose, is the objective of a 5-star resort? Presumably...
We have been staying at the Parker for well over seven years for good reason. Their staff is incredible accommodating, friendly, courteous and makes you feel like family. This is genuinely the only hotel we would ever consider staying at in Palm Springs. We have even brought friends here who have traveled inferno and they have commented on how impressed they are with The Parker. Thank you for continuing...
One of the most upscale resorts in the area. Huge land area, lush green with different and nice sit out areas.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, near the downtown area and we really appreciated the airport shuttle (they even adjusted their shuttle time so we could make our flight). Facilities were nice, we enjoyed the grapefruit trees, pool/hot tub, and loungers. Bathrooms and other amenities appeared slightly outdated compared to the refreshed sleeping areas. Tub was slow to drain and there...
Hotel in the heart of the city center. Very good value for money, quiet room even though overlooking the street. Good bedding.
The hotel may seem a bit outdated, but it has its charms. Room was cozy and a fairly large balcony. The staff were all very friendly - from the driver to the front desk team!
We arrived after their complimentary airport shuttle service had ended, but they sent a shuttle just for us regardless!
One of the best parts of the resort is its easy access to the downtown core of Palm Springs just on foot...
The hotel has a great central location, and a nice large pool deck with spa and nicely kept grounds. The rooms do disappoint, as being tied and scruffy albeit clean and beds comfortable. My room, on ground floor, west wing was very dark even with shutters fully open. If the rooms were updated this place would be great. I didn't have a great deal of interaction with the staff, but when I did they...
Room not ready at check-in but was easily given another room, and slight service recovery. The room is quiet. The window AC unit gave great white noise that put me to sleep. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was also great 👍.
Great location in the heart of Palm Springs just off of Palm Canyon Dr. Nice property, though the rooms are dated and could use an upgrade. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not use pool or hotel amenities. The pool did look nice. Best aspect of the hotel is location and proximity to shops and restaurants, which are only a couple of blocks away. Would stay here again for the right price

Nice place to take the family. Big pool with water slides for the kids. Food at the pool was better than expected and the service was great. Large rooms with kitchens (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). Rooms are a bit dated but functionally fine.
Carlos at the cabana went above and beyond with his service.
-Great location near downtown Palm springs
-great staff and service, very communicative via text, hand sanitizer filled up everywhere which was nice
-great for kids with pool/snack options and sports court, we had our 2 year old with us
-room was dated, which was fine, but the dishwasher had no power and the floors were dirty (not crumbs, but our feet turned black rather quickly after walking around...
Makes me sad seeing the low reviews for this place. My only disappointment is that the rooms were outdated. The pool was amazing and HUGE with a hot tub and two water slides. Very kid friendly resort which is great considering a lot of places in Palm Springs shoot more for (not so much for kids). The staff was very friendly. I also have to put in there that most of the times hotels or resorts. Don...
Now a Hilton owned property, Palm Canyon Resort is one of our favorite vacation spots. We try to go here once a year and enjoy the desert life, getting away from the busy city. They have a water slide for kids in the kiddie pool. For the adults, they have 2 hot tubs and a large heated pool. Further, there is a nice work out / weight room and a separate basketball half court. Looking for something to...
First of all I have 2 kids who are already tough to travel with and this place was the best! We rented out the 2 bdrm villa with a kitchen and it was absolutely perfect for us, 3 adults and 2 kids. 2 beds, a pull out COMFORTABLE sofa bed, TV in every room and stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. Definitely bring your own food, beverages and seasonings, but the rest was available to us! The pool...
Great location! Awesome pool with lots of fun for the kids with water slides. The only thing that prevents me from giving a perfect 5 star in each category would be the rooms, they need a face lift. Other than that great place for a family vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Palm Springs. It’s located conveniently in the center of downtown Palm Springs. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Love the statue of Marilyn Monroe which is just a few blocks from the hotel. Marilyn Monroe statue is so cool and creative. Overall, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We will come back in the future for sure
I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Palm Springs! The cabana suite is absolutely worth it if you have children. You can go in and out of your room to the pool and order food/drinks right on your own patio. Our 2 year old was in heaven in the pool! And the breakfast is delicious too, but it is not complimentary. They can charge it to your room if you want. Great breakfast burrito! The hotel...
This hotel is in the best location.
It's right in the middle of Palm Canyon.
You can literally walk to everything, restaurants, bars, shopping, live music... anything you can think of.
We had a Palm Canyon view balcony suite which I loved.
We didn't have any road noise at night and it was great to hang on the balcony with a drink to people watch.

I booked a hotel for a customer, and it should be a good hotel. But Ctrip charged a high agency fee, which was actually just to get an invoice for reimbursement. They charged an extra 20% in handling fees.
Front desk and service workers are very friendly, polite and responsive. Yes the hotel is outdated, but it is in a prime location, is very clean, and service is excellent. The hotel itself is still quite beautiful and has a definite charm to it if you’re willing to explore. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be booking again. The rooms all have private balconies which definitely is a bonus....
The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Palm Springs
Parking costs $30 a night
The room is very big and the bed is comfortable
The only drawback is that there are few types of breakfast, only a la carte set menu

This place is absolutely amazing! My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend. There was 4 of us and it was super comfy! Plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready for the festival without having to fight for space. The kitchen was a lifesaver in the mornings. Having breakfast in the back patio was adorable. Would highly recommend!
Great location, walkable to downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants. Amazing tennis facilities with 11 courts and very friendly tennis staff. The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and the staff was responsive to any concerns. The pool area was nice with a separate pool for kids and a few separate hot tubs throughout the property. Does not have many of the amenities of some of the larger...
Turned out great in the end
My wife and I arrived with her elderly parents. My mother-in-law's top requirement for a place to stay was to use the pool. She cannot walk far and the description of the hotel gave no indication that the pools are spread out around the property. Although we booked 2 rooms on the same reservation, the 2 studios rooms weren't near each other. Getting to the pools would be...
rooms look like they were updated but the public space dont. could use a n upgrade.

Palm Springs Tennis Club has a great location away from the main ***** but easily within walking distance. There is a great restaurant, Spencer's, on site, as well as tennis courts and 3 swimming pools. The rooms are really spacious and Front Desk are very helpful. We'll definitely be back!
The only problem was the shower pressure in my room was so high that it was painful to take a shower, and there was no way to turn the volume down

Love this place! It's the 4th time I've stayed here. It feels like an apartment. Actually.. I wish they would sell them off. I would totally buy one.
Great value. Big suites. Great pool area. Great location in downtown Palm Springs. Dated and definitely in need of some updates.
Rooms were extremely spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was accomodating to our needs (needed extra shampoo, etc for number of people in the room). Rooms weren't cleaned daily due to staff numbers but we could request it if needed. We were disappointed that the pool closed at 10, since it was Palm Springs and we wanted to enjoy the weather. Just caution they will try to sell you on a vacation/timeshare...
Friendly staff, very helpful. Pool, tennis, close to downtown.
Large rooms;kitchen and bathrooms, although an older design. Clean rooms. Great service. Nice pool with beautiful views. They are in the process of remodeling so hopefully the update will be even better. No salon services. Gym is a small room with 2 treadmills 2 bikes 2 ellipticals and weights with misc benches.

Stayed here in March and would return. Exactly what I needed to save money with multiple nights and with benefits of good location, pool, and a deck overlooking the mountains. My flight arrived late and was then delayed further but checked with them to make sure they’d be able to accommodate.
It has a motel layout but the place is well-maintained, more welcoming, and less creepy than some other motels...
Enjoyed my time with my family here had a great experience at the pool awesome staff members real knowledgeable and friendly also very clean. I will definitely recommend to friends & family & those who are seeking a great destination for a vacation location. Not far from the downtown area and shopping centers... Shout out to Oscar and Gino.
A no-frills hotel with gorgeous views. Off the main street, very quiet neighborhood. A perfect location for under $200 a night

Friendly service. Needs some repairs. Great value for the money.
Changing name to Rodeway. Nice location and rooms are nice but being upgraded. Will be great when done. Good breakfast also.
The beds are great, very comfortable. The breakfast is decent. The shower is the worst thing about the room, the shower head is below my neck and the water has turned cold on my a few times. The door locks don't work very well either, they desperately need upgrading.

The overall experience was ok.
The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is well equipped, and the surrounding environment is good. The hotel has a small garden, where you can sit and read a book or drink coffee. Don't be too comfortable. Traveling is about relaxing.
There is a bar right outside the room, and it was still noisy at 2-3 in the morning, it was so noisy...
The hotel is pretty, there are supermarkets around, bars downstairs, etc., so it's not lonely at night. The only thing is that breakfast is not very convenient. You need to communicate your needs with the restaurant staff, and they will serve the food. It may be inconvenient for Chinese people who are not good at English. I stayed here f1 evening. My airbnb wasn't ready yet. It was under/at $90. My room was FINE. Mini fridge worked, pool was nice, pool towels available AT the pool, and there we're covered areas. KEY! My A/C wasn't really working and a gal from the front office came right up, was super friendly and helpful and knew just what to do with the thermostat. BOOM, FIXED. Checked-in quite late at night. Our room was right across from the lobby on ground level, and car parking right out front of room, so both handy for us. At the time I booked, it was mention free breakfast, but they never went back to it after Covid, so we were disappointed to find that out night before. Room was average, but comfy and beds comfy as well, so good sleeps. We enjoyed the views from pool...
Recently, I stayed at the Vagabond Inn for a total of nine nights as a solo traveler. I really liked it. I was there at what seemed to be a very slow time both for the hotel and Palm Springs generally, so this certainly helped in the hotel being very quiet. It was easy to use the pool and jacuzzi, as other guests there were scarce. The hotel is on the south end of town and super-conveniently located...
The staff here was phenomenal. Each one of them were professional, friendly and helpful. We had to find a room at the last minute during a busy time in Palm Springs and they accommodated us even though the hotel looked to be at full capacity. Everything was pleasant during the three day stay. After we checked out we got a call from the office we had left a large amount of money in a drawer and forgot...
We were visiting the Palm Springs area for the first time, partly for hiking and partly for the activities during Modernism Week. The Vagabond turned out to be a perfect location. It was just a 10-minute drive to the Indian Canyons and to downtown, where many of the Modernist Week activities were held, where the Thursday night street fair took place, and where there were lots of good dining choices...
This is the third budget hotel we have stayed in in Palm Springs. It is the cheapest and by far the best. The room is clean and in good repair, as is the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. From the outside the hotel looks similar to the other budget hotels of this era in the town, but this room is very good for the price we paid. I wish we had stayed here the whole time.

This was our first time staying in Palm Springs and we're glad to have chosen Alcazar Palm Springs. The resort and rooms were very clean and all the staff was attentive and kind. The resort wasn't overly crowded with people and the pool/hot tub always had room at all times of the day. We are definitely coming back to stay here and highly recommend it!
Highly recommend staying here while in Palm Springs. Thanks heaps for the 2 restaurant recommendations which are conveniently 1m walk from the Hotel they were just what we needed. The Hotel was so clean and tidy, we stayed in the king room with pool and mountain view. What an experience waking up to San Jacinto Mountains in the background.
The Alcazar is a cute nice hotel! We fell very much in love with it! At first, we thought that it might be a bit remote from downtown but the walk three (15 mins) is fun and by no means boring!
My husband booked Alcazar for our anniversary. We loved it! The lobby, walkways, courtyard, pool, and rooms were pristine. Overall we have a mixed review during our recent stay. The property and pool area (stunning) were very nice and service was generally good but way overpriced with some surprising flaws.

The property is stunning. Like out of a movie. There's an incredible heated pool and hot tub. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed is SO comfortable.
I'm staying at a Four Seasons as I write this which makes me realize how well L'Horizon stacks up. The Room was great! The pool was clean and warm! The guests were a lot of fun! However the music they choose to play all day long is awful. It starts loudly at 8am. Resort was pleasant and quiet. I really like the layout and room was nice. Owners had a short of supplies that were essential, toilet paper, towels. Feedback was not friendly but more like a reprimand... not happy with that at ALL!!!

The next morning we met Steve, who was working the front desk and attending the continental breakfast area. He was very friendly...

I had requested a microwave before my arrival, and it was there when I arrived. The location was...

From the leadership to the front desk. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Josh handled all of my requests like a BOSS! Josh is the epitome of who you want to make sure daily operations are handled and guests are...

I have stayed here many times on my trips to Palm Springs. It has become my go to getaway location when I need a break. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. All staff members have treated me with respect and have been very helpful in recommending places to visit/ eat when asked.
Great staff. Lush green grass. Great view of the mountains. Awesome staff
Friendly staff, reasonable rates, clean, great balance between sexual activity vs sex on speed. No drugs. Down to earth vacationers.
