The Saguaro Palm Springs, Palm Springs1 / 30

California, Palm Springs, 1800 E Palm Canyon Drive 🧭 Map
The place is nice the drag brunch is amazing. The beds could use some upgrading and the pillows suck. The place was a good spot to stay they have a little of everything. The spa was ok I have had better for less money but I guess it depends of who is doing to massage.
This place was amazing. The room was clean and stocked. The shower had everything needed
The room was spotless and so spacious
Always love staying at The Saguaro! Clean rooms, helpful staff, and LOVE the pool! The yard games and hammocks are always a good time. Plus the restaurant and bar are spot on.
It's cute from the outside and there was plenty of parking but the rooms definitely need a remodel. Our room was very spacious but a couple of the table tops were stained, lighting was lacking and there weren't enough outlets. We got a good deal on the room so I hesitate to complain too much. They gave us vouchers for a free breakfast for each day of our stay which made up for the extra resort fees...
Hotel is run down more and more each year. No investment put back into keeping up the property.

Beautiful hotel in a nice setting. Not close town so if you want to shop this is not the place to stay. Pool and pool bar was fantastic food was great. Good portions reasonable prices. Friendly staff. It was only for a night but it was effortless and enjoyable
This was a great property to relax by the amazing pool. Loved the room which provided a kitchen, living room and balcony. The staff was wonderful and hospitable.
It was nice and clean . Very quiet and peaceful . We enjoyed the bar by the pool. You can take a walk around the neighborhood
The reservation wasn't made or showed up on their end.
We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and still felt like we hadn't had enough fun. The hotel's swimming pool has a water slide and 2 hot water SPA pools, as well as a beverage area where you can sunbathe. It was very relaxing! 3 people stay in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. The master bedroom has a 8*6 large bed with a door leading to the balcony and the secondary bedroom has 2 5*6 double...
The most comfortable suite I've stayed in the United States, easy to check in, and the front desk was very nice. The room was very big, with a 1.8-meter bed, a 1.5-meter bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen facilities were all available, including cutlery, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The ice maker was at the elevator entrance. The swimming pool and hot springs were together, open from 9 am to...

Vanessa made our experience absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Her positive energy really stood out and made the whole brunch feel special. She checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Service like this is rare...
This review is for GiGi, our attentive server in Norma's. My breakfast eggs were over cooked, and my husband's food was not what he expected based on the menu description. GiGi checked in and when we mentioned the issues he quickly reordered my breakfast, and took a new order for my husband. There was no hesitation on his part and he was most gracious. He brought me a complimentary fruit dish, which...
If you ever have the pleasure of visiting this oasis in the desert you will definitely be in a for a magical experience. Our family has been escaping to the Parker year after year and sometimes month after month. I almost don’t want to divulge all the lil details and hidden features just so you can discover them on your own, so I won’t haha. What I will say is from the time you drive through the Parker...
If you are looking for a top-notch place with a friendly and calm vibe, you are absolutely in the right place at Parker Palm Springs. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted by the lobby staff and very accommodating, always smiling, and instantly making you feel comfortable through genuine conversation. Let’s talk about the room. No wonder this is a 5-star hotel! You truly feel like royalty...
We had an amazing time from start to finish. Prita and Ray at the Lemon Head Bar were absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, and they made the whole vibe feel fun and VIP-level. Drinks were perfect and service was on point. Then at the spa, Cindy (the manager) delivered true top-of-the-line service—professional, welcoming, and made everything seamless. The kind of hospitality that makes you want...
This is a unique and wonderful hotel, it’s more like a resort hotel than a hotel in a traditional sense. My daughter had her wedding there, and it was such a delight. A most enjoyable, peaceful, delightful and exciting experience. It makes you feel at home while you’re away.

Great location but parking is pricey and did not provide enough essentials such as towels or blankets for the type of room we booked (suite)
Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Palm Springs. It’s located conveniently in the center of downtown Palm Springs. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Love the statue of Marilyn Monroe which is just a few blocks from the hotel. Marilyn Monroe statue is so cool and creative. Overall, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We will come back in the future for sure
I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Palm Springs! The cabana suite is absolutely worth it if you have children. You can go in and out of your room to the pool and order food/drinks right on your own patio. Our 2 year old was in heaven in the pool! And the breakfast is delicious too, but it is not complimentary. They can charge it to your room if you want. Great breakfast burrito! The hotel...
This hotel is in the best location. It's right in the middle of Palm Canyon. You can literally walk to everything, restaurants, bars, shopping, live music... anything you can think of. We had a Palm Canyon view balcony suite which I loved. We didn't have any road noise at night and it was great to hang on the balcony with a drink to people watch. The hotel has a great little bar that opens out to the...
I booked a hotel for a customer, and it should be a good hotel. But Ctrip charged a high agency fee, which was actually just to get an invoice for reimbursement. They charged an extra 20% in handling fees.
Front desk and service workers are very friendly, polite and responsive. Yes the hotel is outdated, but it is in a prime location, is very clean, and service is excellent. The hotel itself is still quite beautiful and has a definite charm to it if you’re willing to explore. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be booking again. The rooms all have private balconies which definitely is a bonus....

Great place to stay, quiet and clean. No welfare people living in the hotel like many hotels in the US do. They have bikes at hotel. Definitely stay there again
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, near the downtown area and we really appreciated the airport shuttle (they even adjusted their shuttle time so we could make our flight). Facilities were nice, we enjoyed the grapefruit trees, pool/hot tub, and loungers. Bathrooms and other amenities appeared slightly outdated compared to the refreshed sleeping areas. Tub was slow to drain and there...
Hotel in the heart of the city center. Very good value for money, quiet room even though overlooking the street. Good bedding.
The hotel may seem a bit outdated, but it has its charms. Room was cozy and a fairly large balcony. The staff were all very friendly - from the driver to the front desk team! We arrived after their complimentary airport shuttle service had ended, but they sent a shuttle just for us regardless! One of the best parts of the resort is its easy access to the downtown core of Palm Springs just on foot...
The hotel has a great central location, and a nice large pool deck with spa and nicely kept grounds. The rooms do disappoint, as being tied and scruffy albeit clean and beds comfortable. My room, on ground floor, west wing was very dark even with shutters fully open. If the rooms were updated this place would be great. I didn't have a great deal of interaction with the staff, but when I did they...
Room not ready at check-in but was easily given another room, and slight service recovery. The room is quiet. The window AC unit gave great white noise that put me to sleep. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was also great 👍.

Clean retro midcentury vibe inside and outside the bungalows. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. It’s definitely a place to go and unwind and relax. I we would go again.
the buns were state of the art. they were Very shot staffed, the man. that checked us in also valet our vehicle and transported our luggage to our room. so we stayed 2 nights and whenever we needed the vehicle or anything else there was a wait because he was assisting others for he was doing it all.
Our bungalow was quiet and beautifuly furnished with MID-CENTURY furniture. Indoor outdoor shower. Fantastic pool and lounging. Thougtful low key staff, we were greeted with a bottle of good champagne and charged our car to have it ready. A small gem of a place.
This property was very soothing, the water in the pool was excellent and the staff was super polite. I would stay here again.
Our date weekend started off well. Then we encountered a significant hiccup in our room on day two. However the operations team couldn't correct immediately and upgraded us. Great service, beautiful decor, excellent amenities layout, and an amazing staff. Will most definitely visit again.
Everything was amazing. I just want to mentioned that a the moment of room cleaning the didnt change the bed quilts

The room is quite nice but i dont like it when the callings are too low and the facilities are all cramped and old style
The hotel was recently redone. It feels like apartments that were changed. Parking is valet only. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what I was expecting either.
The staff was welcoming from the moment we got in, we were lucky enough to check in early and enjoy our beautiful casita.. everyone was helpful and accommodating with any questions we had. Arrived to find that TV remote batteries were dead and bedroom TV remote was missing. They had no replacement batteries or replacement remote. The property itself was such a unique property, very clean and very well maintained. The resort was very quiet and the view of the mountain side was simply stunning. We also could easily walk downtown to grab breakfast or dinner and grocery stores are around within a mile. The room was perfect for our needs offering a full kitchen and fridge.
Great spot for the value. Nice to have a kitchen and living area for similar price as a hotel room. Location can’t be beat. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants.
The hotel has not been renovated in a long time. The furniture and carpets in common areas are heavily worn, dirty, and threadbare. In the bathroom, there is very weak water pressure and the pipes are persistently clogged. The room smelled from sewage issues. Towels were dirty.
We were extremely pleased we chose this property. The room was in excellent condition and very large. The staff very friendly. Location is excellent - walk to downtown Palm Springs in a few minutes. The Pools were heated and the hot tubs were amazing!
Loved the area. beautiful setting against the mountains. Would have liked some shower gel instead of the bar soap that not only leaves a sticky residue, but is so wasteful for those only staying a few nights. Would advise to get the refillable dispensers most hotels have for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I’d definitely stay here again!

It’s exactly as advertised—a small boutique hotel with friendly staff, a quiet atmosphere, a clean property, and comfortable rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was clean and the bed was extra comfortable. Nice vibe with fire pits and seating on a chilly night. Right across Palm Canyon Dr is Copley’s, where we had a fantastic dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Alcazar is the best! Very comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfasts. Great location. And the staff is super friendly. Our go-to place when in Palm Springs.
This was my third visit to the Alcazar and I had another wonderful stay at this hidden gem. Great location, close in and convenient to everything. The location can’t be beat. There’s secure underground parking and the pool was nice. The room (one bedroom) was spacious, very clean, and had a nice big balcony. It was dated as many timeshares are. I used the grr laundry facility, which was great. Cleanliness ranks higher for me than dated drapes and tables. I would visit again.
Can't beat the location so happy to deal with the dated room. The rooms are spacious however! Nothing luxury about this place but you get a huge room with full kitchen, a large balcony, and the hot tub is hot and the pool is cool! Easy Walk to all the best places in Palm Springs.
We have been vacationing at this resort for more than 20 years - it went through different ownerships. The location is great, close to Palm Springs, and the rooms are spacious. We rented during the Holiday season three rooms for a high price. We enjoyed our stay there, but on the last day we asked the front desk if we could extend our stay from 10 to 11 a.m. only for one room. We were told that this...

Very nice and courteous staff. In a good location for an overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. And there was a continental breakfast in the morning. Room was stocked with some snacks and drinks as well.

I didn't arrive until just after 9pm and Misty Ensured everything was perfect! Everyone was wonderful and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi which were open 24hrs. Also bonus for me this is an adults only hotel 😁
Their customer service was excellent. The staff did a great job of alerting guests to eateries open on Thanksgiving. The property on the whole was nice. With that said, my room (#2) needed a lot of TLC. And to add insult to injury, the TV mysteriously lost its signal from the hours of 1am - 6am. Hmmm.

Recently, I stayed at the Vagabond Inn for a total of nine nights as a solo traveler. I really liked it. I was there at what seemed to be a very slow time both for the hotel and Palm Springs generally, so this certainly helped in the hotel being very quiet. The hotel grounds are beautiful. We booked the Ionion room which was cute but only had a queen bed and the bed room and bathroom were very small. Overall my opinion is the property needs a remodel to bring it up to modern luxury standards. There are no TV’s, no gym and no car chargers. The property is photogenic but that’s about it. Not a bad experience but definitely not luxury.
If you like tranquility, intimate spaces, authentic historic charm, unpretentious attention to detail inside and out, low-key but responsive service, and subtle rustic luxury, then Korakia may be the place for you. It feels blissfully from another time and place, outside the amped-up Mid Mod mood that defines contemporary Palm Springs. The two separate but aesthetically related compounds are each exquisite...
