This is a unique and wonderful hotel, it’s more like a resort hotel than a hotel in a traditional sense. My daughter had her wedding there, and it was such a delight. A most enjoyable, peaceful, delightful and exciting experience. It makes you feel at home while you’re away.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Palm Springs. It’s located conveniently in the center of downtown Palm Springs. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I booked a hotel for a customer, and it should be a good hotel. But Ctrip charged a high agency fee, which was actually just to get an invoice for reimbursement. They charged an extra 20% in handling fees.

Front desk and service workers are very friendly, polite and responsive. Yes the hotel is outdated, but it is in a prime location, is very clean, and service is excellent. The hotel itself is still quite beautiful and has a definite charm to it if you’re willing to explore. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be booking again. This place is absolutely amazing! My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend. There was 4 of us and it was super comfy! Plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready for the festival without having to fight for space. The kitchen was a lifesaver in the mornings. Having breakfast in the back patio was adorable. Palm Springs Tennis Club has a great location away from the main ***** but easily within walking distance. There is a great restaurant, Spencer's, on site, as well as tennis courts and 3 swimming pools. The rooms are really spacious and Front Desk are very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The beds are great, very comfortable. The breakfast is decent. The shower is the worst thing about the room, the shower head is below my neck and the water has turned cold on my a few times. The door locks don't work very well either, they desperately need upgrading.

This is the third budget hotel we have stayed in in Palm Springs. It is the cheapest and by far the best. The room is clean and in good repair, as is the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. From the outside the hotel looks similar to the other budget hotels of this era in the town, but this room is very good for the price we paid. I wish we had stayed here the whole time.

This was our first time staying in Palm Springs and we're glad to have chosen Alcazar Palm Springs. The resort and rooms were very clean and all the staff was attentive and kind. The resort wasn't overly crowded with people and the pool/hot tub always had room at all times of the day. We are definitely coming back to stay here and highly recommend it!

This is an adorable mid-century modern style Hotel. The rooms surround the swimming pool and jacuzzi and the minute you walk through the gate you feel like you've been transported into the 1960s. For what you pay for, you get everything and much more. Spacious room, clean bedding and towels, access to a pool right outside your room. It has a rich history and the owner obviously takes a lot of pride in her business. Mona is super insightful and takes time to listen and answer any concerns.

This is an older motel run by a one woman show. The room was VERY clean and the beds comfortable. We booked here last minute when Westjet cancelled our flight and then lied about the reason so they wouldn’t have to pay for our stay. Extremely expensive when I went considering I just needed a bed to rest my head. But if I had of been able to use the amenities, it would have been fantastic. The location is decent but the property is really showing its age and the overall lack of care and maintenance. Couch is scratched, old and discolored, all floor boards were creaking and bathroom tiles are cracked and loose. The beds are tiny too. I won’t be back and will not recommend.
