The breakfast was dry and not that many choices juice machine was out of order. Roams were not clean. Bed sheets had stains soaps were out in the shower.
Ac panels were not working.

Surprised there was no business center or lobby coffee in the evening.

The check in staff went out of their way to help us check in a bit earlier. The suite was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, while a little noisy due to the other Marriott properties near by.

There are ants everywhere, heater not working, no bedding sheets for the sofa bed. Have to go to front desk to ask for the sheets. Only one roll of toilet tissue in bathroom, no facial tissue, the floor is sticky and carpet appear not vacuum at all.

The front desk staff was extremely kind and considerate. The lady working the breakfast was constantly on top of refilling everything and even checked in with guests to make sure they had everything they needed.

I had the second floor with a baby & had so many things to take up there & it was a bit hard to go back & fourth so I asked front desk if they can move me to first floor to make the process easier & they did with no hesitation. The staff was all nice & the rooms were super clean & the bed was just so comfortable we got great sleep. And the kitchen setting and fridge was a plus I will definitely be coming back

Did not use kitchen for cooking. Breakfast was fair to good. Appreciated oatmeal with almond milk and toppings as options.

Beds were full size, not queen as claimed. Front desk service was great. Breakfast was not so great. Waffle batter was like water, and just about empty. when we asked if they could put fresh batter... the lady took the bowl of batter drippings out from under the tap and dumped that back into the waffle batter container and said there you go, its got batter now. Utterly DISGUSTING. Who knows how long that had been sitting there.... so gross. Juices tasted watered down, and oatmeal was lukewarm and runny.

Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately equipped and further equipment could be borrowed. The onsite laundry was great - and the outdoor pool looked amazing. As others have said, parking was an additional $10 - and with the window open, there was some traffic noise - but overall, comfortable and convenient.

Staff were great , construction crews were messy( trails of trash from elevator down the hallways ,and working too late for me. Construction crews held up elevators for 15 plus minutes at a time Heard drill motors installing stuff up to 830 pm . And figuring out the entrance to the property was challenging
