This is a wonderful boutique hotel! Cozy rooms with all the essentials make for a very comfortable stay. The staff is top-notch, and the lounge is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to family, friends, and colleagues.

The rooms are small but very comfortable; the staff is always excellent! Chris at the front desk was the best and always willing to accommodate our needs. Definitely the best place to stay in San Francisco!

Every detail of this hotel was immaculate. The staff was amazing, especially Janelle and Javier! It was the best we have experienced and we travel often.

Great view and cozy hotel! I had a snafu when checking in, but Diana and Maria were wonderful and helped me and my wife out a lot!

The hotel was very nice, the room Was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. A ton of stuff was close by and didnt have to worry about parking, used the valet service and was absolutely worth it. Would highly recommend and plan on coming back

The hotel is in a historic building - a YMCA that is 100 years old. The staff were friendly and helpful. This boutique hotel has small but well appointed rooms with high end bedding and toiletries. Not all rooms have a view so make sure to verify what you are expecting. We valet parked as self parking is very limited. It is located right on the Bay along the Embarcadaro. The art walk in this are is fabulous! You are close to down town and all sorts.of eateries. There is a sushi restaurant next door. The Ferry Building is within walking distance.San Franciscomnever disappoints! Will definitely stay here again!

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, small and exquisite, the service is good. The location is very convenient, and the hotel also provides free bicycles.

Good food, but high prices. Very poor vegetarian selection. Though they were willing to customize any dish. Still, it is nice to occasionally see vegetarian options on a menu. Especially in California. Especially in San Francisco.

Visited One Market, party of four for 5:30 pm Thanksgiving seating. Bustling vibe in pleasing environment. The satisfaction ended there. Disappointing to say the least.
My $85 Turkey dinner served to me cold. Another of our party also received his turkey dinner cold. Solution was to quickly microwave the meals, and not prepare new plates...cheap way out. I could microwave my own turkey dinner at home. A third member of our party ordered the $85 scallop dish...and received three, yes THREE small scallops. Laughable. A requested diet coke never reached our table, and water service left our party of four thirsty.
We know Thanksgiving is busy, but if you are charging $85 a plate, along with another $20-30 in taxes and surcharges, you'd better get it right. Very disappointing mediocre meal. Definitely not worth the price. Go elsewhere

One of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Located at the base of the Oakland Bridge. Fresh seafood fresh oysters as well as some steak options. Good atmosphere on the water with great views day and night also the sister restaurant next door the epic is a great Steakhouse

If you love seafood, this is the place for you. It's right on the Embarcadero, on the water side, almost under the Bay Bridge so it has absolutely stunning views. The food is so good, I can't even explain it. Highly recommend getting the oysters and both the starter and main course I had were perfection. While it is on the pricey side it's not going to break the bank which is amazing for the quality of food and service you're receiving. I can't wait to go back again, especially when it's a little warmer so I can sit outside on the patio (they have a lot of heaters to fight the cold though too).

We hosted an event for 50 people here and it was spectacular. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the venue was beautiful, and the food and wine were delicious. Highly recommend!

The service was exceptional, food was fantastic and the view/atmosphere was outstanding. My server recommended a wine that was phenomenal and a dessert (his personal favorite) that was heavenly. Just wish I lived closer so I could go there often!
