At first glance you worry but the rooms were fantastic. Great value for money. The reception staff were brilliant. The gentleman who was on duty at checkout was extremely helpful and knowledgabke. Would definately stay here again ??

I love this hotel. Everyone who work here are very friendly and polite. The rooms are very clean. There is a refrigerator in every room. The prices are reasonable. They serve coffee and tea every morning from 6:00am till 12:00 noon in the lobby and there is also a microwave there in the lobby as well. There is a Dennys Accross the street. The grocery store is a couple of blocks away.

Aside from this place looking like a storage facility/jail, the rooms were pretty nice. Reasonable amount of Parking and decent prices. Close enough to take a 10 dollar Uber to Pacific Beach. 4/5 would stay again

An excellent place for affordable stay near old town bus stand very much nearer to sea world and airport (both 10 bucks ride). As other reviews mentioned it was noisy during Saturday night and location can be a negative point due to girls bar near by but it didnt bother us as a family. Staff was very helpful and checked in us very much before time (9am) at no extra cost and kept luggage after check out.

The room is decent & clean...it has the normal amenities. If you are just trying to crash out for a quick nap this is not the place for you. I don’t recommend you bringing your family here.You will not be getting decent sleep with drunk crowds roaming and running through the hallways. You will see a lot of prom or high graduates get a room here for an after party. Break it down to you... Came to check in people hanging out on the balcony smoking pot. The people next to us had a room party between two rooms. Cat calling from the balcony. They have one security guard but he’s roaming the parking most the time to make sure you have a slip on your vehicle window.
You can hear people outside yelling down to the parking lot as late as 0200. If you are a younger crowd that is getting away this is the place for you

This place was fairly clean, I found bed comfy. But it was close, I mean close to a Girls,girls,girls nude bar. But it was pretty quiet. Considering. But that was not a weekend. Not sure if it will be louder. No coffee in room. But could get it from 6 am to 11am. Wouldn't call it coffee though. Maybe piss water.

Great staff and accommodations. Shady neighborhood.
Recently renovated and very clean for a budget hotel. The bed wasn't too bad, we've slept on much worse. Staff was very friendly upon check in. Also had an underground parking area that seemed a bit safer considering the neighborhood.
Although close to the airport and Sea World, the surrounding neighborhood is very "industrial" and you are immediately greeted by 2 strip clubs on the opposite corner. If it doesn't offend you, you'll have a great stay!

Rooms are clean. You are lucky if u get towels without other peoples hair. The managers lack personality. They need to Be more professional and spend less time smoking outside and attend more to the guests needs.

Nice motel, I found the location to be perfect to go to the beaches, downtown and the airport. and the rates are really good. My room was only $55 per night.
There are plenty of places nearby such as Denny’s and 7-11. The room was quiet and clean. The place is getting a bit of a remodel while I was there and that is good because the building and rooms are a little antiquated. The key card did not work that great while I was there, also the room did not have a closet which is a little odd.

It was great for what we needed. The place was nice and clean and it was a great place to rest during our trip. The price was great and was a little bit better than what I thought and the bathroom remodel is nice. The only thing I wish it had was a pool or Jacuzzi. It did have free parking, washing machine, fridge but no microwave which was annoying. The parking spots were also small so people would constantly park on the lines giving you no room. But once you get to your room it's fine. Overall good stay.
