San Diego, 7955 La Jolla Shores Drive (17 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Staff was amazing and helpful! Chef Neil in the restaurant was wonderful! View from the room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable too!
Lovely hotel in a great location! The drinks and food at the restaurant were also great, with beautiful sunset views over the pacific!
We really loved this hotel. We are a family pf 5, with 3 small children. The suite was excellent. Staff very friendly, and pleasantly surprised by the restaurant (great view, food and service)
that the staff that clean the room are very honest of there job. I checked out and left behind some jewlery and it was turned in untilI arrive. Lolita locked it up. Thanks again for the cleaning crew at the La Jolla Curio Collection by Hilton
My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall, especially given the price point and the expectations that come with the Curio Collection by Hilton name. The most frustrating issue was the lack of transparency around fees. A $45 nightly parking charge was not disclosed during booking on *******, and I only learned about it after arriving at the property. Mandatory fees like this should be clearly...
Affordable price. Conveniently located. Clean hotel lobby, restaurant, amenities and room. Elegant and cheery decor. Very friendly staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Exceptional food!!

Very nice stay at Christmas. Great rooms, great staff, great location. The only thing that was missig was that little extra Christmas touch. It would have been nice to be given a few cookies, chocolates or candies to celebrate the holidays.
Service from staff was impeccable. Room was well appointed and clean. In room snacks and drinks were a nice touch. All the gentlemen at the door were fabulous.
The location is excellent. The 9-10 restaurants on the ground floor offer very good food and service quality. The hotel is 115 years old. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. It was a pleasant stay. I recommend it.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Room was large and very well maintained. Without exception staff was extremely friendly and polite. Valet parking was very friendly and handled expeditiously. Will definitely stay at the Hotel again when we return to La Jolla.
The room was large and had beautiful views of the ocean. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly from the bell staff to the front desk. The restaurant and bar were excellent.
Valet parking was easy; rooms were beautiful and spacious. Staff was very helpful and shuttled us to local restaurant.

Room is nice but too small. Great rooftop. 13 dollars for a bottle of water and 60 dollars for the parking are really too expensive.
Great location and clean property. However, housekeeping required multiple reminders and service was minimal—bed was made but sheets were never changed during my 5-night stay, and the robe was not replaced. The minibar fridge was fully stocked with hotel items, leaving no room for personal use. Storage for luggage was limited. The retro elevator adds charm, but the heavy manual door and gate make it...
During my trip to San Diego, I booked a hotel in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter (established in 1913) on Ctrip. The old elevator is quite unique. The rooms aren't big, but the cleanliness and amenities are okay, and it's not noisy. We stayed on the 11th floor, the highest floor, and the rooftop terrace offers a great view of the city!
The transportation in the downtown area is quite convenient. The train is a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's old-fashioned elevator is antique-grade. The refrigerator is full and there is no room for anything.
This hotel has a unique elevator. It's historic, but the doors are too heavy. The speed is unavoidable. There's no kettle in the room, so it's difficult to get hot water. The convention center is about a 15-minute walk away.
The interior was so cute and exciting. The amenities were Diptique and perfect. The rooftop view overlooks downtown. A free welcome drink is included. You can order at the restaurant next door. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that when I tried to use the conditioner, the tube inside was bent and I couldn't push it, even though it was a pump type. Also, there were only two outlets (in...

San Diego, 610 Diamond St (13 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Book it, you’ll love it. Stayed in a family suite with our 4 year old. The pull out couch in the living area and a door separating the bedroom was a big plus for us. You don’t have a great view of the ocean from the first floor but we were fine with that trade off. You’re steps from the beach and amazing food. The staff was so helpful, we loved that they offered sand toys, beach chairs and towels....
Service was really exceptional. Location was fantastic, and despite being right on the boardwalk and being on the first floor, it was very quiet and you could not hear anything from the room. Super close to Pacific Beach spots for restaurants. Hotel has bikes (including for kids!) that can be used and also has beach chairs and toys for the kids (super easy access to the beach). Highly recommended.
Did a ton of research before choosing this hotel for an 8-night stay. We could not be happier. Ocean view as promised, very friendly helpful staff, location is both gorgeous and convenient with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Beds are comfy, room is large, ventilation is effective and quiet. If we ever have a chance to return to SD, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The staff...
We wanted to just have a relaxing day at the beach and it was our first time to stay at Pacific terrace hotel. We were greeted with this beautiful, charming girl at the front desk -Jasleen, and I made a mistake on the date of booking , instead of 2026 ,I booked it for 2027. She is very nice about it and helped us to have an ocean view room and let us check in early too! Our room is clean, spacious with...
The Pacific Terrace Hotel is an absolutely perfect place to stay in San Diego. From the moment we walked in every staff member was friendly and welcoming, throughout our entire stay we had some of the best service we’ve had at a hotel! The location couldn’t be any closer to the beach and it was nice that they provided beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our toddler each day. We also loved the patio...
Personally, I feel that it is not worth the price. It is too late to check in at 4 pm. The hotel is very small, the swimming pool and hot spring are very small, and the room is relatively large, otherwise I can't find any advantages 😄

Staff was courteous and tried hard to get us in a little bit before check in time. Great placed.
Excellent customer service and the room was clean and bright. Love this location, right on the ocean!
the room was in good condition Restaurant doesn't open till 9 am. Some front desk staff were nice but unhelpful, others very good. Power was turned off from 10 pm to 6 am by power company which was annoying
Everything was wonderful! The staff always friendly and professional, the place was decked out in Halloween decorations and the location offers amazing views and a great restaurant downstairs!
Very relaxing and super comfortable beds. Deck area perfect and super clean. Just need Nespresso machines in room or coffee in the lobby. Love The Point crepe shop up the block.
Took my husband here for his birthday! They had a bottle of wine delivered on our first day! All the staff are so kind/polite/helpful. Fantastic views! Will definitely go back! Thank you!

Nice room, clean hotel. The pool created an unique ambiance in combination with the retro vibes
I was able to check in to my room early and the front desk person was very accommodating. Great proximity to the piers and walk to coffee. The room was adorable but was showing wear & could use some upkeep in a few places (bathroom door warping). Overall definitely worth the value and then design is mid-century mod and totally a vibe! The restaurant Ponyboy on-site is quaint and adorable and the...
Overall the rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a nice aesthetic. Room was clean but some mold was visible in the bathroom because of poor ventilation. The bar was closed which was unfortunate but understandable given the new year. The location is great with nearby food options and coffee, and the staff are friendly.
Clean and aesthetically pleasing room, super nice staff, amazing food at pony boy and drinks. Parking was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back
I had a wonderful stay at this property! The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, making everything feel easy and welcoming. The rooms were upgraded, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall property was well-maintained and stylish. I especially appreciated the complimentary bicycle rental—it made getting around so convenient and fun. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I...
What an amazing hotel. Richard was phenomenal. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the establishment and the area. The restaurant at the hotel Ponyboy was incredible also. I highly recommend staying at The Pearl. What a gem. There’s a pool at the center and a big screen with movies playing during dinner and drinks. I loved staying there. I’ll be back.

Great staff great room. All and all a perfect 10
Great experience! Wonderful staff
We had a wonderful view of the beach although it was partially obstructed.
We have made a trip to the Del Beach Village a family tradition every summer and we simply love it. The facility, the location, the view and of course the people make it memorable every single time. We cannot imagine a summer without a trip to Beach Village. Special shoutout to Claire Gionnette who makes our experience extra special every year!
From the moment we arrived, Jay’s warm welcome was a hint of what was to come. We stayed in Beach Village which entitled us to breakfast every morning at the Ocean Club where Maria tended to our every need. The comfort of the room, the Spa, the views, easy access to the beach, and the restaurants made for a perfect vacation. We plan on returning some day.
After the long awaited renovations are complete, Beach Village was a dream. Our room featured a working fireplace, beautiful balcony with an ocean view and comfortable furniture. The room was very clean and new. The staff were nothing but attentive and helpful. Check-in and check out was a breeze. The Beach Village has it's own pool and hot tub that other guests cannot use. While the pool may...

Excellent experience at breakfast with Donna serving us. Iniego also helped me with coffee one day and refilled the milk another day, even though it was just at closing time. Very kind and helpful. Felipe was also a very kind cook. Sabrina was a very pleasant and a bright spot every morning during our stay. Wonderful person! Excellent service!
We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites San Diego Bay Downtown! The location is perfect and makes everything easy and convenient. The service was excellent, and Sabrina was especially helpful and kind. She truly made our stay even better. We will definitely be back!
CHECK YOUR FINAL RECEIPT- THE ONE THEY EMAIL YOU THE NEXT DAY We were charged for a restaurant fee after we had checked out and were actually back home. I get it, computers aren't perfect. The next guests checking in arrived early, went to the restaurant to wait and charged their bill to the room number. Even though we had received our *final* bill upon checking out, I was emailed another one the next...
Husband and I decided to visit San Diego last minute and after researching the downtown area decided the location of ES fit us perfectly. Short walk from the 992 bus stop to and from the airport. We booked through Expedia and selected a King Corner Suite. We had a wonderful view of the Harbor and will miss waking up to that in the am. Room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the nightly reception...
We had a fabulous stay here at Embassy Suites. Our family with young kids loved the hotel layout with the glass elevators. Our suite was spacious enough and the sofa bed was actually comfortable. The breakfast had both buffet and made to order foods, which was much better than other hotels who have complimentary breakfast. It was right across the street from Seaport Village where we found a great seafood...
Good location, but parking lot issue. Unpleasant valet service. Good quality breakfast though

Super location to walk around La Jolla cove shops. Nice employees, totally recommended !!
It would be great if could offer breakfast!
I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The facility is a bit older, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated how easy it was to switch to a quieter room—staff handled the request quickly and without any hassle. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest. A solid stay for a short trip.
What a gem! Great staff, comfortable room and fantastic location. The fact that it was nicely decorated for the holidays was a plus! We will definitely be back for a mini vacation. We loved it here!
The parking fee is $20. I spent more than $60, but it was not refunded when I checked out. There was no consumption in the room.
The location is close to La Jolla Cove. After checking in, I walked to the beach to see the seals and sunset. The hotel charges $20 for overnight parking. There are no disposable slippers in the room, so you need to bring your own. You can go to the front desk to get your toothbrush if you need it. The room is clean. There is a guest lounge next to the swimming pool, which provides free coffee, chocolate...
