I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The facility is a bit older, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated how easy it was to switch to a quieter room—staff handled the request quickly and without any hassle. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest. A solid stay for a short trip.

What a gem! Great staff, comfortable room and fantastic location. The fact that it was nicely decorated for the holidays was a plus! We will definitely be back for a mini vacation. We loved it here!

The parking fee is $20. I spent more than $60, but it was not refunded when I checked out. There was no consumption in the room.

The location is close to La Jolla Cove. After checking in, I walked to the beach to see the seals and sunset. The hotel charges $20 for overnight parking. There are no disposable slippers in the room, so you need to bring your own. You can go to the front desk to get your toothbrush if you need it. The room is clean. There is a guest lounge next to the swimming pool, which provides free coffee, chocolate and other hot drinks.

The room is OK, with a view, but the facilities are average. The first floor of the hotel is decorated, with an outdoor swimming pool and a rest tea room. The service is good!

It was the off-season when I went there. I didn't expect that the communication with the hotel staff was very smooth, as I was not very good at the language. They were warm and thoughtful, but very sense of boundaries, and also recommended discount coupons for nearby restaurants. It was close to the sea, but the bed was dry and warm, without any trace of dampness, which was great. The front desk staff was very professional. One day when it rained, they reminded us to bring the umbrella at the door, which was really considerate!
