Fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to the train station. Plus, you can even see planes taking off and landing, and the sunset with the palm trees was absolutely amazing!

Service at the front desk was terrible, very inpatient when asked someone for help. The other time when I called in for assistance but No one answered the phone.si I have to give up.

Stay was wonderful other than the AC unit leaked water overnight. We found water surrounding the entire thing in the AM after it being on all night

First I want to say that the staff was great here, very personal and helpful. The location is great for waking to events and restaurants.
Here are the issues we had there:
＞ There City VTA (Transit Train) was outside our window and the crossing bell for the train would ring three times every 20 mins, ALL NIGHT!!!!!
＞ The bed was really uncomfortable, it was almost like sleeping on plywood with a blanket tossed over it.
＞ The squeaked every time I go up
＞ The bathroom door needs some serious attention, it creaks really loud.
＞ The continental breakfast was one of the worst one I have every had. The Bacon was dry and cold, the bread was not very fresh and the eggs had no flavored, they were obviously powdered.

The room was basic and had a musty smell, so I decided to change hotels after one night.

The room is spacious. Although can tell it’s not a young hotel, overall it is well maintained. The breakfast is buffet style while the menu doesn’t changes a lot during my stay. Note that it’s a cashless hotel, so not able to do money exchange at the reception.

It was a convenient stay and in the heart of downtown San Jose. Would recommend for others if they’re staying in the area for any future events.

We've dined here on 3 different special occasions. Our experiences have always be excellent. The table service and the food has been consistently exceptional!

Very thoughtful and attentive. Had to wait but staff recovered by offering free drinks and a seafood platter on the house. Appreciated that!

A little pricey but great service. Excellent calamari. There is a cool roof top dining area. The night we were there they were hosting a wedding reception on the roof top. It looked like fun.

Coordinated and attended a wedding reception here. Owners went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist the wedding at its guests... Food was on point and drinks were great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restrooms clean and orderly. Best was the View from outside bar/patio... beautiful! Recommend... recommend ...recommend ☺☺☺

We went here for a company lunch and had a family style set up. All of the food, including the steak, salmon, mushroom risotto, and delicious salads were presented well and tasted very good. The only one that was slightly dried out was the chicken. They had a chocolate dessert that was also very good. I would go here again.

Service was great and the food is awesome. We came in to dine as a family and we will be back for our anniversary without the kids.We enjoyed our dinner and the atmosphere.

Michael Mina should be more careful of restaurants that he puts his name on. Food was mediocre at best. Salad greens slimy. Chicken over cooked. Client lunch that turned into a embarrassment for my restaurant choice.

This must be the best steakhouse in San Jose. The steak is consistently flavorful and tasty. The service is on the par with the food - simply great. The place has great energy and ambience - down beat, yet classy and chill.

Convenience makes this place a decent choice but it lacks a bit in terms of menu choice and actual taste. I ordered the club sandwich; if I wasn't so hungry I wouldn't have eaten as much of it as I did. The side salad was the best part because it's plain romaine salad so...yeah. I would only come back if I needed to.

Always have a great time here! Beautiful atmosphere,food is always delicious and servers always friendly. Love the patio while watching passers by during Christmas in the park. Grab a glass of wine and an appetizer, sit and people watch for hours. The servers don't seem to mind! The chocolate bag, berry treat for after dinner is UH MAZING!!!!

My family and I ate here today not only because of the great food, service, and ambiance but because McCormick & Schmick's was honoring the US Military and their spouse's and to show their appreciation by offering a complementary entree' for lunch or dinner.

Honestly, not enough food or good enough for the price. Also, brought my girlfriend for her birthday and dropped $100+ and they didn’t comp any dessert. Not going back

Had reservations at 5:30 and was promptly seated and order taken. 1 hour and 20 minutes later only water had been served, and food was still not out. Numerous other patrons had come and already left.
When asked about drinks and our meal numerous times we were repeatedly told only a few more minutes. Unfortunately the manager could not help and we ultimately decided to leave.

Waiter was nice but the American Kobe burger gets 1/5 stars. Tasted like a frozen patty cooked (very) well done. I asked for medium. :(
