Exceptional luxury redefined. From the moment I arrived, the service was flawless, welcoming, and remarkably attentive. The understated elegance of the interior design creates an ambiance of pure sophistication and relaxation.
My room was an absolute sanctuary—spacious, impeccably clean, and refined down to every detail. The plush king bed offered one of the most comfortable nights of sleep I’ve ever had, while the marble bathroom and premium amenities added a delightful touch of indulgence.
Dining was equally world-class, featuring exquisite culinary flavors and top-tier presentation. The seamless blend of high-end quality, supreme comfort, and thoughtful hospitality makes this hotel a true masterpiece. I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The particular room we had was next to a staff access door and it was a little loud with people going in and out late into the night and early morning, but other than that a good price for the room we had.

Upon my arrival, I encountered long delay, a mix-up with my reservation, and wrong room assignment. This situation caused us to miss a reservation, it was an inconvenience, and did not meet the standard of service I expected from this establishment.

Booking was made through *******. The front desk clerk related there has been issues when booking through ******* and ******* was to blame for not having "pushed through" the booking. I contacted ******* and they related the issue was not on their end and the Hotel was to blame. Unknown as to where the issue originated as both blamed each other.

After about an hour of waiting in the lobby, the issue was finally “resolved”. Despite providing my reservation details, I was given a different room than what I had booked, which caused further inconvenience. I payed extra to have a balcony view and was provided a room without a balcony.

I have two other reservations in the near future and having experienced this issue with *******, I am not confident I will have a good experience.

Excellent location! A beautiful hotel with very professional staff. It is so nice to stay at an independent hotel that actually has a **personality** and professionally trained people who take pride in their work. The hotel grounds are very lovely and reminded me of my time in Spain. Also, this hotel is an excellent place for a wedding or other event. The restaurant was a little slow but still very much worth the visit. What a gorgeous courtyard. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to San Jose. Thanks again to all of the helpful staff. Also wanted to mention that our room was very comfortable, bed was comfortable, and the hotel is very clean and has everything you need.

The location, the space and atmosphere and the kind welcome and friendly service make Hotel Valencia our go to when we visit Santa Clara University. The pool is wonderful too. It’s a definite luxury to be in such a beautiful hotel right in the midst of Santana Row!

This was our first time at this hotel. There wasn’t anyone outside to give us guidance on parking. So we parked in the parking garage for Santana Row. When we went to check in there was no one there to tell us where to go check in or help us with our bags. After we finally found check in she was very rude. I asked her about parking and she said “we don’t handle anything about parking, you have to go back to the parking garage to figure it out”. She asked if we ever been to that hotel before and we said no. But still, she didn’t tell us how to get to our room, we had to ask. Then she only pointed to the direction of the elevator, she didn’t tell us the room number or the floor we were on. When we got to our room it was clean, but smelled like very strong cleaning products. There was constant noise from the staff cleaning all hours of the night. We woke up to vacuuming. Check out wasn’t till 12 but they don’t even give you the option to sleep in with all the noise. Definitely not worth the $500 for a standard room.

The portions say family size but I would order per person. Especially on a busy night when your waiting around a while, you'll build up an appetite waiting. The price definitely reflects a family style portion but that's not what you get, although it is delicious. At night the lounge is a great place for drinks and hanging out.

Came here for drinks. It was the middle of the afternoon so there was barely anyone at the bar and yet we had to wait for a long time to get served. They put straws in their drinks (even glasses of water) which is an automatic loss of a star for me. Be environmentally conscious, it's not too much to ask. Overall experience was average, can't comment on the food because didn't eat here. Please stop with the straws!

Arrogant manager, slow service, charging for dishes they never brought to the table.

We had my husband's birthday party on Monday night, place was not busy, but it took more than 15 min to get the drink orders.
We ordered number of dishes and to be fair, food was good.
Bill had some item priced at $33, that we never got. I asked waiter to remove it from the bill. He did removed that dish, but said that manager have SEEN that dish going from the kitchen.
Obviously, we did not receive that dish, so I asked to clarify that with manager. It took manager 20 -25 min get back to me. She not only have not apologised, she spoke in very arrogant manner that she really see that dish going out. That was ridiculous!!! Just go and ask your waiter where did he take that dish, and apologize to your customer. They charged 20%of service fee mandatory for the big group...

Great location right along Santana Row

If you arrive just before dinner time, you can easily get seated. The hostesses were very accommodating with my need to work and eat and plug in my laptop. They seated me in an area where I could do my phone calls and work while I ate. The menu is different if you are seated at the lounge vs the dining area and drinks are different prices too.

Menu selection is great in both the dining area and lounge. Lots of exotic dishes that is a fusion of American and Asian cuisine. Prices aren’t too bad with a lot of entrée dishes under $30. Beverage selection is pretty good and prices are average. The portions are a little on the small side but very tasty. Service was good from the time you are seated to the time you finish off. They didn’t have any issues with me moving about the restaurant and changing tables.

It gets a little loud as the night progresses because of the music and a different crowd encroaches. It seems like a usual hangout for business visitors though.

I ordered the Pan Seared Salmon for $20. It was really unique with all my favourite flavours mixed in from cilantro to lemongrass chili sambal and mango salsa sauce. Salmon was done perfectly. I would go back again but the only unfortunate thing about Santana Row is that most of the restaurants are closed by around 11pm.

I come here often, prefer the kumquat chicken and firecracker chicken. Quantity of food is good.

Good place for drinks, my personal favorite is the Buddha mule.

Not very expensive place, average cost for 2 people would be 20$ each.

This Is a nice Chinese cuisine restaurant. Guangdong breakfast tea is very nice. There are many seats near street have good view, so that I and my friends like enjoy Chinese food at this restaurant.

The waiter we had charged a 20% gratuity on my card for a party of 3 before I even tipped and paid the bill. It was without my consent and I found it very inappropriate for a small party. I've never had this happen, ever. The food was 6/10 and very expensive. Drinks were good. Its a decent looking place, but nothing to write a rave review about.

I have been here many times and had some pretty good food, but I gotta say that the service is really hit or miss, which is the reason for the low rating. Most recently we had to wait 50 minutes for a table, when they told us it would be 30 minutes (they tried to make us wait 60-70 min),. The concierge ladies didn't seem to care at all and just gave the excuse that the guests weren't leaving fast enough. Once we were finally seated and had ordered we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. The excuse was that there were several large parties there (the kind that they know will come days ahead). Our waiter really tried to save the night, but ultimately, the manager of this place needs to be replaced. Stop being greedy and underestimating everything!

I want to srart off by saying people not used to French cuisine or people who want spicy food are not going to like this place. Although, if you do like french cuisine, Left Bank serves french food with an American twist to it. The burger comes with a beef patty, tomatoes, warm lettuce, onions, soggy buns, and fries as a side. Extras include mushrooms, avacado, pickle, and blue cheese. THE CHEESE WAS AN EXTRA! Moreover, the total cost was 22 DOLLARS. And that's not even the most surprising thing. My friend ordered a burger, but without any extras, and it took around 1 hour for him to get his food. That's the main reason I'm giving this place a low rating. Aside from the burgers, if you want to order a salad, all they give you are lettuce leaves spread out on a plate, topped with dressing. The kids mac n cheese wasn't good at all, as it tasted like they didn't even use cheese, and they used butter instead. The macaroni itself was very hard. Even if you wanted to order something else, the majority of the menu was in french, so we couldn't understand a single thing, and ended up asking the waiter for help. In conclusion, In n Out is much better than this restautant, as it takes less time, charges less money, and is much tastier.

Great food, great ambiance, average service.

I've been here many times since it opened in Santana Row. Comfortable place to hang, especially during the mid afternoon on the outside patio, to grab a few small plates, have drinks, and people watch.

Everything on the menu is rustic and delicious (French cuisine), I especially like the charcuterie. Service is hit and miss. But still will come back on occasion.

Very nice fondue and great service. 4 stars only since the price is quite high there.
As a french girl, I wasn’t disappointed by the food, tasted french and reminded me of home for some meals ;-)
