Dated kitchen area with old coffee maker. Lamps are chipped on lamp shades. Besides the cosmetic damage, the place seems clean. I did spot one single tiny insect in the bathroom however.
Breakfast is average and served from 6-9am. Staff are kind.
Located in walking distance of stores, restaurants , and light shopping. Also, a bus stop is in walking distance.
Overall, not the worst motel I’ve been to.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Daily housekeeping was provided- replenishment of room items-The laundry was easy to access/use and this location is walkable and close to everything. The property is well maintained and my room was in good condition and very clean.

The overall feeling is old, and the quilt is hard to describe, just two layers of cloth and a thin blanket.

The breakfast was good. The workers were very nice. The room is a little outdated but was good for a one night sleep. Just needs some renovation but it’s alright

We were only here for one night in transit, but it was enough for that. The room stank, there were several moths in the room, the ceilings were moth-eaten, the bathroom was small and old. The breakfast was ok. The beds were comfortable. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and TV.
At check-in, a deposit of $60 was debited, which you had to actively request at check-out and only paid with a receipt - not very customer-friendly.

It's was peaceful for the most part. It was very obvious that sheets and blankets hadn't been changed in the room. And the room smelled like old dust. But no other complaints really.

Was planning on staying here last April with my research team. We checked in and put our things away and started to leave to head downtown. As I was waiting for my group in the lobby, I overheard two women complaining that they found bed bugs in their room. I immediately told my cohort to check their rooms and sure enough bed bugs, everywhere. In the sheets and dead casings on the floor. We immediately alerted the man at the front desk and they gave us a full refund and we found somewhere else to stay. Not only did we find bed bugs, the entire hotel smelled of marijuana (which was whatever), but it was also dirty and the carpet had leftover crumbs onit from the last person staying. By far worst hotel I've ever been to. Disgusting

It's a good place to go to especially during there happy hour for drinks, half off count me in. With that in mind it has a decent wait time, but its to be expected. Havent waited for more than 20 or so minutes. Food is okay, would really just reccoment there slushies and other drinks. The servers both drive-thru and servers have been really nice.

I go here a couple times a week and have never been served faster than 15 minutes, even in the drive through. Don't get a carhop unless you feel like waiting for 45 minutes for cold food.

Good food, they messed up on my order and bought my meal, awesome, problem solved. When the lady brought out my food she started telling me how I caused her to mess up my order. I'm still confused. Would have been five stars.

My receipt said tots and I order tots but instead received fries. Okay cool, any other day I wouldn't care but the fry I tasted was soggy. Also didn't get any napkins. The little Mexican girl with the 2 snake bite piercings who brought my food was very rude to my mother when she went back up there to get it exchanged. Didn't apologize for inconvenience. Or a simple "sorry about that" just didn't say anything when spoken to. I tried to call the store to speak to a manager but had the phone off the hook and claimed to be busy. But it was 1:15pm and hardly a rush. I have worked in the food industry and other professional businesses so I know the difference. I had never been so disappointed when I got my tots, they were soggy too.

It was ok. They need to clean around the veggies/meats. The tubs there arent looking so fresh... Other than that the service was good, not great but good. Perfect place for construction workers to grab a bite.

Very small storefront, so seating is limited. Service was good, food well prepared. The whole experience is what you expect from Subway.

Been going here for lunch years now as I work near by. Visit about once a week. Sometime in 2015 or 2016 things have gone down hill for some reason and gotten progressively worse. The staff there for the most part are rude and incompetent. No smiles, thank yous or friendliness in general for the most part. And they are super slow. Never any sense of urgency from the employees. They seem to have a lot of turn over lately. Constantly new people working there. Why do I have to tell an employee there how to make the regular menu item sandwich I ordered?!? And why do they put globs and globs of condiments on the sandwiches - gross! They always seem to be under staffed and have attitudes because of the lines they have (and the long lines are their fault!). The place is always messy with trash in the seating area and beverage area. They could also really stand to get rid of the gangster rap they have blaring every time I visit. Won't be going back again. Do yourself a favor and go to Fat Jack's just across Quebec Street. A bit more pricy but at least they are consistent with their sandwiches and provide fast friendly service.
