Worst service ever called for a shuttle , that is provided by the hotel and waited 2 hrs they finally get there didn't even wait 1 minutes for us to walk from the other side of the block and left we called them again and were told they were turning around and coming back that did not happen we were left in the cold for 3 hours total.,ended up getting Uber. when we complained to the manager he yelled at us I wanted so bad to right a good review but that just ruined the trip

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms are so disgusting no sheets on the pillow cases, holes and black marks on the bed sheets, the elevator has graffiti on them, the floors smell nasty. And furniture was absolutely scratched and looks like they bought half of this from Facebook market. The tv is small and not a big deal. No food. Smells like wet dirt. There’s people outside all times just DOESNT FEEL SAFE. And lame are broken and cricked like no thanks. And if you turn on the ac smells bad. Sheets probably never been washed and sketchy people in the halls. Walls that have been painted who know when and not done professionally and felling filled with stains. And I got a bad vibe when I first saw the place. And when you get to your hall smells like all sort of things. And doesn’t smell like a hotel should smell. Gym room is not all the grate old meterial as I said once again Mirrors haven’t been clean off. Bar place no one goes there for how bad it is. And just people you don’t expect to be at a hotel. So I clearly don’t recommend

I have to agree with the previous reviews, Run, don't walk away from this place. WE HAD OUR RENTAL CAR STOLEN OUT OF HOTEL PARKING LOT. While waiting to speak to Denver Police Department to report the theft, we talked a couple of guys who had just saw and ran after a guy who was trying to break-in to their truck. Door locks don't work properly. Had to go to front desk for door lock assistance. Front desk employees gave attitude and acted like it was our fault for the locks not working. Hallway and room smelled like mildew. Elevator seemed to not work so good. Lots of people just hanging out in front of hotel. Should have turned around as soon as arrived.

Do not recommend. Very poorly managed hotel. The air conditioning did not work and the heat was on. The room was hot at night, which made it impossible to sleep. The front desk issued keys to our room to another guest even though we were staying the whole weekend. Housekeeping will enter the room when you are not there and some of our personal items were missing. They never brought clean towels to replace the ones they picked up. Housekeeping will knock on the door early in the morning even though check out is not until 12PM.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good - especially with the green chili over seasoned hash browns. The parking lot is fairly well lit.
The compliments end there.

Getting in to your room with the key card is problematic at best. This took several tries and several minutes upon first arriving. I was not the only patron having this issue.

The steel doors close with such force it is heard and felt throughout the entire floor. This woke me up several times. So despite the comfortable room a good night sleep is just not possible here.
Then as I'm attempting to pack up and leave housekeeping comes by. 5 minutes later someone else knocks twice and enters the room!!! No time between knocking and entering - and this guy points to a clipboard apologizes and states this room is supposed to be empty.
Now 2 questions 1) Is this appropriate to just walk in? Again mind you I'm gathering things to leave so no chain on door. And 2) how did your key open the door with ease and mine takes several tries?

Let me start with the positives, since that's a much shorter list.

The bed is very comfortable, with ample pillows. Coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator are also on hand. Although listed as a non-smoking room, it did have a pronounced aroma of cigarette smoke. Obvious, but not overwhelming. Small bottle of shampoos, conditioners and lotions are also supplied.
The breakfast was this lodgings best attribute. Hot eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, pancakes were offered. Along with cereals, yogurts, milk and coffees. Everything was well prepared and good tasting.
For those reasons I give this lodging 2 stars.
Unfortunately, there was little else that was satisfactory during my 3 night stay.
The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything going on in the hallways. Additionally, the hotel is located right off a busy highway, not unusual, but the windows appear to be single pane so be prepared for the constant drone of traffic noise.
Although operational, the refrigerator had seen better days and appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Not advisable to put anything unwrapped in there if that is the standard throughout the hotel.
Not sure what it is about some chains unwillingness to repair broken toilet seats. This might be the worst one I've ever encountered, if you don't slowly lower yourself onto to the commode, you might slide right off because of the completely unhinged seat. Good for comedy pranks, not for potential legal issues.
The exterior of the hotel is in need of some repairs and as far as "inviting view" when you come into the property; well. It reminded me of the less hospitable areas of downtown. Numerous individuals camped out on the side of the building drinking alcohol, smoking and being rather raucous. Management should be advised that this alone may ward off some potential guests.
Lastly I must state that as a whole, the employees on duty during my stay were as unhelpful and uninterested as any I've encountered in quite sometime. If customer service is important to you, then this is not the place to stay. The only individual I would single out would be the manager, who I never saw during my stay. Good service starts at the top, so if the employees don't have the right attitude or understanding of their duties, it's the fault of management.
