The bath tub was dirty and the sink was clogged I reported it two times and no one came to fix it.
The staff at the front desk is rude mostly the night staff.
They don't seem to care. The "breakfast" is a joke. The pool was broken.
I was told there was an airport shuttle, there was not. It also talks about a complimentary breakfast and then you go down there and are some packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Front desk says you have a kitchen in your room.. this is grab and go.
For example: coffee, milk, rolls, eggs, yogurt, butter, some cheese, and/or fruits
The hotel should improve this treatment of the customers and not use sweet things and coffee.
