The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient location that made my stay enjoyable. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to assist unless asked directly, which was disappointing. Check‑in also took longer than expected. Overall, the property is comfortable, but the service could definitely be improved.

The room was okay, but the door was a bit awkward to open.
The soundproofing was also poor, and I could clearly hear the music playing at the party next door from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
However, the Latina lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very good experience. I will choose this hotel every time I come. It is very convenient to the exhibition hall and the beach, and a few steps to the nearby commercial street. You can cook your own food in the room, and there is a lot of space. I will stay here again next time.

Lovely place, apartment was clean but there was sand/gritty bits under your feet all the time. Even though they came in to clean it's was still the same. They need a hoover not just a brush. Good location.

The hotel is in a good location, with welcome champagne🍾, coffee and ice water on weekdays. There are many restaurants around, with all kinds of flavors from all over the world. Supermarkets CVS and 7-11 are not far away. It is also close to the exhibition center, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there.

The room stank like **** really bad when we moved in, dusty, dirty. No free parking, had to circle around to find any available spot for $20/day.

I wish I could give this restaurant a 5 because the food was so worth every penny. It was soooo good. We had a party of 8 and combined we had the braised short rib, lamb chops, the king crab (verrry small, more like a prince lol), Mac n cheese, and salad (they don't have ranch). All of the food was good, great, and phenomenal!

However, when it came to splitting the checks, it was terror trying to calculate how much each person's ticket was. The manager wasn't really helpful until we finally figured everything out an hour later.

The atmosphere was very elegant and laid back.

As a frequent diner of fine restaurants around the world, I can tell you that this restaurant is not what you think fine dining is. These guys are clueless on real customer service. Unnecessary additude. Laughable. Sloppy. Impolite. “Fake Politeness”
Go to Setai, just a block away. Consistently delicious and you are treated as you deserve.

Not sure how the reviews are so bad.. have been to most of the best restaurants in Miami and the service here was the best by a mile. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. One of the only restaurants that don't automatically take 20%+ service charge off the bill as well but definitely deserve a good tip.

I am thoroughly disgusted with my NYE experience at this hotel's pool "wet". Only one small poolside bathroom was allowed to be used for over 2000 people. I imagine people staying in the hotel we're going up to there rooms. It didn't even feel like a concert as no one was dancing the entire night. You couldn't expect people to dance because they care more about making money then people enjoying there experience. No joke, there was no dedicated area or dance floor and my girlfriend and I were told to dance between the reserved bottle service tables. At one point I addressed a bouncer because somebody grabbed her multiple times only to be yelled at and escorted out by approximately 7 bouncers out of the club that I agreed to leave on my own after this terrible experience. As I was leaving, a bouncer informed me that he could beat me up and I was shoved by them from behind.

I don't know what this place is like a normal basis, but if you are planning to go for NYE, I STRONGLY suggest anywhere else on earth.
