    Very nice room, which was an upgrade kindly offered because we arrived early and our booked room was still being prepared. Staff was very efficient and polite throughout our stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had plenty of healthy choices and delicious options. We stayed only for one night prior to a cruise. Definitely would recommend.

    This hotel really needs an update. It doesn’t appear to be that old but it is very worn. The room was definitely not worth the money. Do not expect to check in before 4 pm. Front desk staff is so-so. The “secure” parking really isn’t secure by any means. We took the shuttle to the port at $20 per person (3). It’s one way and they don’t pick up. We took a taxi back to the hotel $28 plus tip total. The only good thing I can say about this place is location, location, location. Starbucks, Outback, shopping areas are all within walking distance even for older folks.

    2nd time staying here for a pre-cruise overnight. Clean, spacious rooms and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to the port. The young lady at check-in was very professional and recognized my Hilton Elite status and offered me 2 bottles of water. It was busy and I appreciated her doing this during Avery efficient checkin.

    Very poorly designed hotel. Breakfast buffet area is impassable when there are more than 5-6 people there. In rooms, toilet area is cruise ship tight with sharp edged vanity at right elbow height and TP roll tight at left elbow height. The hand towel rack was also poorly placed right in front of sink where you’d stand right after coming out of shower (your junk winds up touching it). Finally, weird smell in room turned out to be from a chair that, we are guessing, someone may have soiled themselves on or changed a diaper. Likely will pass on this hotel in future and worry that other Hampton Inns have such design flaws.

    We stayed here the night before our flight back home. It was clean and looked newly renovated. Great location if you want to be close to the FLL. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would not necessarily stay here for the main part of vacation, but as a stop off, airport hotel or business it's great.

    Booked a King bed suite so we could put our kids in the living room and the parents (one being 6’5”) had a king and a door to close when needed. Checked in and was told nothing about this. Wife got to room and started unpacking, I get there and realize it’s a regular room with queen beds. Go back to desk and told we were downgraded because they oversold, and by an arbitrary system with processing of the credit card they decided we were the unlucky ones to lose the room we had reserved and that we would have been informed early had they had our phone number (like it was my fault they didn’t?). As this point it was too late (11pm) for us to try and find another hotel, and we were told at this point we would not get a refund for the current night we were in the room since we already checked in (which again, we were not told anything was wrong at that point). Had an absolutely terrible night since our kids are young and not quite ready to share a room with the parents, (had to work the following day exhausted). Came back to the desk next morning. Had already talked to the Credit Card company who told us this was a great example of breach of contract and a dispute would be easily approved since we were essentially tricked into accepting the downgrade. Had to wait for a manager to show up 30 minutes after the time we were told he would be there, reviewed the issue. Let us out of the rest of our stay so we could leave and find another hotel and refunded the first night. Cool, but that was going to happen whether or not they wanted it to. No attempt from Hilton to make it right outside “1000 pts towards your next hotel booking”. How can this downgrade experience be acceptable?

    Stayed here before an early flight on FRIDAY. The room was nice, clean and had nice view of the area. We left too early to tell you about breakfast but the staff was very nice. Plenty of restaurants in the area and very quiet. King size bed was comfy.

    I don't have any complaints about the hotel. It is an older property, but it has been upgraded. The breakfast was good, the room clean, and good customer service. The pool area was fine, and common areas were well kept. The fitness center is on the smaller side, but it did the job. The location is close to just about everything. I would stay again and recommend this hotel when staying in the Ft Lauderdale area.

    Breakfast was great but the eggs and bacon and sausage was a little cold a microwave was there so that worked out for me, room was nice and clean and comfy, great location for dinning and shopping nearby and close to the airport with free shuttle services offered by the hotel.

    The staff argues and acts out in front of customers. Manager is inadequate at supervising her staff as they refuse to do certain jobs and are vocal about it.

    Locked the doors at 9:41pm but the light for the drive though was on and said open. The employees thought they would be slick and put caution cones in the drive through. Making it seem as if the drive through was closed. Then they took FOREVER to get orders. I shouldn't be surprised though. It is widely known that Taco Bell has the WORST service in any industry. I timed it and it is taking about 10 minutes per car at the drive in order menu, I have to assume no one is answering and any movement in the line is people giving up on waiting. I also saw an employee inside mopping..... in between sitting down and messing with her phone. Attached is a picture of their employees sitting around with the drive through light on. After 30 minutes of waiting everyone left realizing that they aren't working at all. They couldn't walk their lazy a*#es outside to tell us they are closed? Or I don't know....turn off the effing light?!

    Ladies rest room has a very dirty odor, is dirty and didn't have any hand towels in the holder only a few disposable paper towels on top of the sink. The sign showed vacant but yet the door was locked. We asked the cashier if we needed a key to get in but she said we did not and that the toilet was occupied. I watched the toilet to see if someone was coming out from there but nobody did. I asked the same cashier about the rest room and she told me to try again. This time she hit the buzzer to open the ladies rest room door and it was just awful in there. I was really turned off eating there after washing my hands in the restroom. The restaurant did not smell pleasant neither and had a dirty smell as well. I will not eat there again.

    Hit and miss, but it is staff that is not consistently managed that creates their issue. Perfect example they apparently have recently installed self order/pay kiosks. The idea that is stated is that you order and pay at the kiosk and then pick up a number placard, key in the number as you check out and put it on your table and they bring the meal to you. Good, I have been having problems with my hip so once I sit I don't really want to stand up until it's time to leave. "Shabby, or Shaddi"

    Calls the traditional order # and waves the tray at us, we waved back the number placard. She then said (insert neck roll here) "Uh, we don do that." It was odd because it was more effort to flag us down that just walk to 10 steps to drop off the tray. So I dragged myself up to the counter and she said in the most insincere voice "sorrrreee"

    Later, when she saw me on my phone she hid in back until she thought I wasn't paying attention. It seems the store managers have a decent staff but they also have a few that make their review average pull down.

    We go to this McDonalds every few days, and I will review again to see if it improves.

    I'm a fan of the all day break fast and coffee. I'm not sure what the staff at the oakwood location was trying to do today but they were just absolutely packed today and the employees were just standing around trying to get customers to order and pay via credit cards on the self service machines instead of opening up more registers. I'm thinking that really maybe the lunch hour rush isn't that great a time to come get coffee and breakfast.

    I had the Sweet Barbecue Bacon burger, and it was excellent. The quality of the meat was so juicy and delectable to the point where if I could make everyone a manager, I would. The burger was fresh, even the bacon on it, and to top it off, the fries were fresh with the perfect amount of salt to them.

    Worst location, drive through constantly backed up into the street no matter what time of day, horrific, rude ghetto staff. Been a dozen times on my lunch break have yet to get a single order correct. When i complained about my order being incorrect for a 3rd time the manager gave me a bunch of ghetto attitude like it was my fault. Sorry you can't a sandwich properly. But let me guess you deserve $15/hr

    I've been coming here my whole life and as an adult and someone who shows up in their work uniform every Day I asked if they could donate me something to eat I lost my wallet that day manager said no and didnt even act or sound apologetic. Honestly as a manager myself and in the food business I've never turned down someone who was hungry. Not saying I feed the whole world either but I dont get a lot of ppl either who want good and not just money. Smh I think you guys

    Food delicious. Fresh ingredients. Simply preparing my dish was a little stingy on serving size, but it's all good. Regular iced tea was fresh, the sweet tea had a little bitterness to it so it hasn't been made for a while. Utilize the restroom fairly clean and well stock.

    What kind of say about Chipotle, it was pretty good. The service was super fast that restaurant was clean, and I didn't get sick. So that's a plus.

    Line continuously replenished and for good reason. The food is good. It does not taste like typical chain restaurants as you would expect. The place is decently clean despite the constant flow of people. Scoops were slightly smaller than other locations but that is only because some places have really heavy hands. No negative attitudes to complain about either. Overall good experience.

    Don't let a long line stop you from experiencing this food since it moves very quickly. I usually get the chicken bowl which I think is delicious and it's so plentiful it's enough to feed two people. When I first started going there I got the burrito but I really think that you get more food in the bowl. I've been to other chipotle but they're not the same and they're not as good as this particular one. You definitely get quantity for value. In my estimation the music in the store is too loud which is the reason why I always get it to go.

    The margherita pizza is actually a frozen cheese pizza when I pointed that out to the owner he told me there was no such thing as a cheese pizza. This place should probably take Pizza off their menu.

    What I didn't like is that the waitress never mention, not even to the new clients, that the tip is always included even for a table of one.
    The place is pricy and on top of that we have left double tip, and I feel disppointed they never said anythinhg. I used to be a regular

    What can go wrong with strawberry banana smoothie but it does! No flavor. I don't like those cherries in smoothies. Lots of preservatives. Pastry is good. Salmon cucumber roll is good.

    I frequent this Dunkin' 6-7 times per week. The staff always knows my order and has it ready when I get there. They go out of their way to train new staff on not just my order, but the order of all of the regulars. They call us by name and ask us about our lives. The best service you could ever ask for.

    Place not clean and no service. After standing at the counter and watching four employees trying to figure out the other customer's order I went elsewhere. Also not a dedicated DD. This location shares a building with a mobile gas station and a sandwich shop.
