The room was average overall. Although it was large, the housekeeping was not cleaned the next day after I called several times.

Excellent value for money, very close to Highway 4, and the room is generally quiet, but the noise from the air conditioner indoor unit and refrigerator compressor at night still affects your sleep. Tina at the front desk was excellent and helped us solve our problems.

Environment: Average, the neighborhood is not prosperous, and there is nothing interesting to see outside the window. It is not far from Universal Studios and other attractions, but you have to take a taxi anyway
Service: Referring to the standards of domestic three-star hotels, the attitude is not bad
Facilities: Referring to the standards of domestic two-star hotels, they all look relatively new and modern, but are really average. The suite room is large but the facilities have not been upgraded. There are no slippers (the hotel cannot provide them even if requested), toothbrushes and toothpaste. There is no such convenience box. You really need to bring everything by yourself. There are enough sockets, but there is no central control for the lights and all the switches are induction. Getting up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet will cause all the lights to be turned on by induction. This is special. Annoying

The location is safe, parking is convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, it is very expensive, and there is no price tag for breakfast.

Very good location, not far from the two airports in Orlando, more than 20 dollars by taxi. It is also very convenient to go to Huanying and Disneyland. The front desk of the hotel is really super enthusiastic. When you check in, you will tell you all kinds of information clearly and clearly. It is a nice experience and journey!

We went for lunch. Lots of salad ingredients. Several soup choices, pasta, pizza, muffins and breads. Fruit, rice and tapioca puddings were delicious. Soft ice cream with toppings. Dirty plates picked up pretty quickly. The only thing I found not to my liking was a few kids were putting food onto their already dirty plates and not getting clean ones, and there was no staff stopping them or monitoring for those kinds of things. Also my husband was looking for some kind of meat (I have no idea why) and there is no actual meat, at least not at lunch. It's an all you can eat buffet so plenty of food and all fresh and well made.

A great place to stop in for a quick bite. Lighter fare so we didnt come away feeling too overly full or greasy. Healthier options for those that want to watch what they eat and most items were kept fresh and tasty while we were there.

Best salad bar I’ve seen in a while. I went three days in a row, so that says pretty much everything. Soup and Pasta selections are great as well, with clear signs indicating vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Best pancakes I have ever had, hands down. The buttermilk pancakes are thick, and so fluffy I can only handle the 3 stack because they are so filling.
You can tell the food is freshly cooked because it comes out piping hot and tastes amazing.
The service was fantastic, and the prices are good for the quality.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the afternoon. The pancakes were delicious and there were songs from the 80's playing in the background thst brought back good memories. It is very close to Universal Studios.

Located across from Lake Buena Vista so mostly tourist clientele. We are locals & go to this one because it's closer to our house. Normally the wait time to order is slow but this time it was fairly fast and we were out of there within an hour (2 people). I never go to the drive thru here because it is always extremely slow. The food is always hot and it is good. This location is located in a strip mall so there's lots of parking available.

This place is awesomeness. Went to Florida on a 2 week vacation. The service was great and so are the prices. The food had large portions, delicious and very filling. Only issue was the joy chocolate was WAY too sweet! We had to request a kettle of hot water in order to take sips of it. Certainly couldn't finish it.

This was a quick trip so my wife could try the cheddar biscuits. They were awesome. We didn't have much else. The bar was nice and quiet for a Thursday night. Overall it was worth the cost of an uber to get there from the hotel and back.

New combination entrees (lobster tail, shrimp and salmon) as well as relaxing drinks are great. Service is efficient - don't usually have a wait for seating. Helps to have coupons with a new app for rewards.

Very nice atmosphere and great food! Good place to come and have a nice meal. Our waiter William W. was very considerate and kind as well.There was no long wait and we got to our table right away. I would particularly recommend the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake.

The service I received here was without question one of the best dining experiences I have had the pleasure to enjoy in Orlando. The food was cooked perfectly and served piping hot. My server Jay was the definition of quality and professionalism. The entire staff seemed happy and upbeat. I will be back for sure!
