Classy hotel in the heart of UCF. Bar and restaurant were great. Very comfortable room with pool view. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and coffee maker. Toiletries were excellent. I will return. Valet staff was excellent!

Our one-night stay was excellent from start to finish. The service was efficient and friendly, the accommodations were clean and beautifully maintained, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and elegant. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

There was no free breakfast, so I’m not sure why it’s asking. Also, there was not enough handicap parking.

When we checked in, we didn't get the room we booked (different beds). The hotel was accomodating a nice about handling it, we just ended up in a lousy room next to the fitness center. Not ideal when dudes are ball slamming at 7:30 am...So the room wasn't my favorite.

Beautiful hotel, 20 minute walk to Addition Stadium, we cut right through the UCF campus.

Only Stayed one night so didn’t get to do much. Bar was great. Room and common areas were very clean clean. everyone had a smile and looked like they liked working there.

I went to visit my daughter at UCF and was more than happy to stay at the Celeste. Everything was clean and quiet! Everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. The people that worked for valet parking were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Well, this hotel is a bit outside of Orlando. It has a great energy, however, it has some faults that I will explain.

Besides the fact that you have to pay to park, which I don’t understand I will pass that one for the rest. The room is a bit small as you can see from the video. The property has an interesting story that when it was being built during Covid, they had originated the floors to be built to 9 levels, but to save the hotel from never being built, they limited the height to five floors.

What I found most disappointing was the food. I’ve included a picture, and for the life of me, I cannot understand why you would bring out a Caesar salad with hardly any dressing, very bland croutons, and place a chicken breast to the side of it, not making even an attempt to slice it up and lay it on the salad.

I asked the bar made in waitress if that was what they would expect for Caesar to look like and they both agreed it wasn’t .

As one of the top Google guides in the world, I take it seriously when I have to give a slightly negative review, but until they fix a number of items, especially the menu and food, I give it a 4 star. Still a good hotel, but to make it great they can modify a few things..

It's a clean place and quick service, but it's McDonald's and it's cheap...I don't find McDonald's burgers really offers a lot of flavor.

I wish i could give zero stars! The people that work there are so rude. Especially the manager A.B. Don't waste your time or money going there! The lines are too long and the food is crappy and the people are awful! Chic-fil-a all day!

It was a slow line this morning at 9:15 am and I ordered the McGriddle with Cheese only, that arrived without Cheese. She returned and added the cheese. It tasted ok apart from the bun was not fully cooked. It may have been a training day why it was so slow as this branch is usually efficient. The cashier was good but the food delivery team looked confused.

Terrible service.

The long line convinced us to use the automated order station to select our meals. The experience took way too long, watching about 5 minutes of menu transitions and burger animations. When the time came to pay we were met with an error, payment terminal unavailable, and given a number to take to a register so we could pay. This forced us to stand in line, defeating the purpose of having a self service terminal.

We were given a table marker so they could bring us our food. Waited 15 minutes to find out they had been saying our table number the whole time. Food was fine, albeit a bit cold.

This place had no business being this busy. Given the opportunity I would eat my left foot before going through this again.

Salad was great. I don't eat fast food. It's too high in calories and preservatives. I will stop every now and again for salad and maybe ff. In my opinion, you're still the best fast food restaurant.

Food here is great, staff is friendly. Offers a selection of healthy choices and toppings but isn't recommended for daily visits. Pricing is just a bit too high, for a pita, drink, and chips you are looking at spending 15 or more for a single lunch. Portions are hit or miss, sometimes you need a double serving or you will be disappointed.

It was 1030pm on November 1st, I had told the blonde girl twice that the soda was out, and she just kept asking me "That it?" I repeated "I'm sorry, i dont know if you heard me. Your diet is out." Angrily asking me again "That it?" And proceeded to turn around to tell another worker that she did not want to work. SORRY IF DOING YOUR JOB WAS TOO MUCH LADY.
