We stayed here for a short trip to Orlando and found it to be a good value for the price. This is clearly a budget hotel, so expectations should be realistic—but what really stood out was the service.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone made an effort to smile, answer questions, and make us feel comfortable, which honestly goes a long way and made the stay much more pleasant. Shout out to Roslyn at the front desk, she is so kind and sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to ensure our needs were met!

The room itself was clean and functional. Nothing fancy, but it had what we needed: a comfortable bed, decent water pressure, and a quiet enough environment to rest after long days out. The hotel could use some updates here and there, but everything worked as expected.

Location-wise, it’s convenient for getting around Orlando, especially if you’re spending most of your time at the parks or out exploring and just need a place to sleep and recharge. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold selections. We enjoyed all day free coffee and those free cookies in the evenings too!

Overall, if you’re looking for a no-frills, affordable hotel with exceptionally friendly service, this is a solid choice. We’d stay again for a budget-friendly trip.

I've stayed at Galleria with my two children. I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice, and the cookies served in the lobby after 4:00 p.m. are excellent!
It's a nice place. There is a Walmart nearby. It's also close to some of the Disney World parks, although it is far from Universal and SeaWorld.

We stayed recently at this hotel for our trip to DisneyWorld. Upon arrival, our driver was to be waiting for us with a special sign for us…we never received that. This hotel is partnered with a 3rd party that provides pickups from the airport and a shuttle to the Disney parks. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. We tried to book the shuttle but we were informed that it would have to be booked 24hrs in advance. That was a bummer but we ended up taking a Lyft. The drive to DisneyWorld wasn’t bad at all, maybe 20 minutes.
The hotel also provided breakfast which wasn’t too bad. There was also an IHOP right next door of you didnt want their breakfast. We had a good experience overall.

Absolutely loved this place, it was clean, comfy, nice size room, and the breakfast overall was really good. Sol in the breakfast lounge was a joy to speak to, she was really helpful and so was everyone in the counter, including dakota who was super kind to us and went out of his way to comunicate with my mother who doesn't speak english, he was great! They have a shuttle to the parks which works great, always on time and it helps you save on the parking fees at universal and disney which is in the 30-40s usd range per day. They also have a nice pool which we didn't use due to the weather and also the location was great with a cvs and ihop next door and multiple restaurants near as well. They also gave free cookies on the afternoons and nights, loved them, they will definitely be my go to hotel when I return to Orlando :)

We had such a great experience at the hotel! Freddie at the front desk was amazing — super kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He made check-in really smooth and even surprised us with the best cookies, which totally made our day. He went above and beyond and made us feel really taken care of.
Leo and Theo was also great and very friendly. All of them helped make our stay so much better!
Highly recommend this hotel thanks to their awesome service.

The hotel is not far from all four parks, and an Uber or Lyft ride costs around $10. The free shuttle bus picks up people from two or three hotels and takes them to the parks, which takes quite a while, usually arriving after the parks open. The breakfast is quite good for a budget hotel, and the value is excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Very close to Disneyland, very convenient and reassuring. It's a bit old, but has been renovated, so you can tell the hotel is well-run. The surrounding facilities are very convenient.

We stayed here for 2 nights as just a quick rest up as we were driving to pick up family for the holidays. Was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed. The staff is AMAZING! Special shout to Leo and Ronyeli! They went above and beyond to provide 5 star service. Housekeeping is top notch as well as the place very clean. Only downside is the bathroom in the room could use some renovation. We will return if we need a budget option again ❤️

The beds were comfortable and the location is convenient for shopping and the theme parks. The pool is nice and one of the only heated pools in the area. There is no carpet in the rooms which was a minus for us because of someone thumping above us. The "free" breakfast was maybe an ok if you love carbs and "butter" that is actually whipped palm oil. There were omelets, hash brown patties, biscuits , a pancake machine, three cold cereals, bread, bagels, packaged oatmeal, pork patties. There is a coffee machine and tea available 24hrs . Kim, at the front desk was friendly and very interested in our stay and wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The workers were all very friendly and ready to assist you.

The food was excellent! We also had a great time meeting “meatball”, the cat that has lived outside for 9 years! Great experience with a very sweet welcome committee right outside the door!

The service is fine but the food quality from the bar when I attended was terrible. Dry, over cooked, not much flavor. I finally stopped eating. I'm trying to get dessert now but this ice cream is mostly water. I'm very disappointed with all the money spent and this is what my family gets. I honestly could have gone to a fast food place and gotten better.

Steak was properly cooked, unseasoned however. Salad greens were nice and crisp, layout of salad bar is counter intuitive. Hot bar items were bland and lacked proper seasoning. Taco meat was severely under seasoned and under flavored, best way to describe it is if I told someone with no taste buds what a taco should be and they attempted to make it without a recipe. Staff was extremely good and every one on staff did there best to make it a good experience. Except for the tastebudless cook who made the taco meat.

This is a rare restaurant that you don't find nowadays. My family were greeted nicely we asked for the buffet and we asked for soda and water and they gave it to us. The food was tasty and delicious. It was above average. And the dessert was very good as well. The chef and the staff and the people did their jobs in an orderly manner to run that business. I hope that me or my family comes back again.

First time here. Visiting from out of town. First impressions were pleasant.
Show hotel room key get 10% off. $6.99 for buffet. Beverages Sold Separately.
Breakfast ....scrambled eggs were hot. Bacon sausage, white gravy, baked beans, pancakes, potatoes, ham... the list goes on. Fruit and salad bar included in breakfast buffet.
Staged with 5 TV's for your viewing. Asked the manager to add captions on TV.
Music was too peppy and loud for my pleasure. I prefer calm soft music while eating.
The staff are very attentive. All in all good place for breakfast.
