Great Hotel for stayong near Universal Studios.

The room had a strange odor and the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation. Breakfast options were quite limited. However, the free parking with plenty of spaces was a big plus.

The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios Florida. In addition, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which made sightseeing very enjoyable during our stay. We were also satisfied with the breakfast, cleanliness, and service.

Well priced hotel in a convenient location. Good breakfast. Would come again if traveling to Orlando.

The staff were very warm and attentive, the hygiene was satisfactory, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is convenient, right near Universal Studios and not far from the Outlets. It's really good, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Very good hotel, friendly welcome from the staff.

The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

While the room itself was nice, my stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I was injured by a metal piece sticking out from the bottom side of the bed, which left me with a wound that has now turned into a permanent scar on my leg. Despite properly and promptly reporting the incident , I was only compensated $52 for the resort fees by the front desk attendant. And no further contact has occurred...

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

Outside pool area is great. Rooms were newer and clean. Only reason not a 5 star is we arrived at 1am and our room was already occupied by another couple, so we were given a different room. Next night a group of people were booked into our room at 11pm. Good thing we had our night lock bar on. Other then these two issues everyone was very friendly. I think they had computer issues. I would go back...

The location was perfect for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We would definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly, but the room amenities were a bit old.

It's great value for money, has a good location, and you can do laundry and cook there. It's fantastic!

This hotel is excellent! Highly recommended! The service, environment, location, and value for money are simply top-notch! We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful, convenient, and comfortable stay! The pool is also fantastic!

You can cook, travel easily, and there are many fitness facilities to choose from.

The room is relatively large and new. The check-in is quite friendly.

Clean, staff friendly and service was good overall

The room has a broken sofa and the door was damage. But it was good in general. I would come back there.

Reception and coffee shop staff were really friendly and polite . Resort and rooms were very clean and its in a great location to get to Universal, seaworld amd Disney with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are getting a bit tired looking but very clean. Ideal for families and value for money

The kitchen sink water was coming out slow, making a knocking noise when you turned it on called and they came to fix, the balcony door was off track hard to open we always come and their is always a water issue or tv other than that great place

Beautiful property. Clean, quiet and safe. Condo was very spacious. Nice pool. Plenty of self parking. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

The property was clean but could use some updating. The curtains were dirty, but the room was overall clean and spacious. Parking was plentiful, but returning late could mean a walk to the entrance. The pool was nice, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Would stay again if needed a 2-bedroom suite.

They are so very kind there. The room has a good layout and was a good size which really makes a difference for our family of six!

In addition to breakfast, dinner is also free from 5pm to 7pm, which is amazing! (I arrived late so couldn't have dinner though.) The rooms are clean and this is a hotel I highly recommend! Please note that you can make reservations for the shuttle bus to Universal Studios 24 hours before departure, but you cannot ride without a reservation! There are 3 morning and 3 evening departures.

The hotel I booked in Orlando has free breakfast and simple dinner. There is only a car to Universal Studios, which is a bit far from Disneyland.

Friendly service! Clean and hygienic! It takes 10 minutes to get to Orange Convention Center by taxi! Many of the cleaning staff speak Spanish! The service attitude is very good! The deposit will be credited the next day! But it is close to the road, and sometimes you can hear the sound of fire trucks in the middle of the night! There is afternoon tea from 5:30 to 7:30 in the afternoon!

I give it a full five-point rating. The room was unexpectedly clean and tidy, and the bed sheets smelled fresh from the sun. The bathroom was also super clean. The free breakfast and dinner buffet was so thoughtful. The staff were very polite and helpful. Most importantly, it was safe. After 10 p.m., all the doors were locked and you needed a card to enter and exit. Most of the guests were families...
