My partner and I wanted a peaceful staycation that wasnt super expensive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Westgate is definitely a staple for my family! The only thing I didn’t care for was the Water Park area closing at 6pm, which includes the Rikki Tiki Tavern. Other than that I would definitely be back!

We had a great time at this resort. The resort overall has so many activities and amazing amenities. The room itself was clean for the most part except for a stain on the bed we found.

It's a very nice hotel at a reasonable price, and the staff are all very friendly.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

Not bad, the price/performance ratio is high, and the scenery is great. There is a swimming pool downstairs and food is available. It is a typical resort hotel. I will stay here again next time. Not bad.

The room and overall environment were great. However, housekeeping wasn't very timely. For two days, because we left later, we called to request room cleaning, but when we returned, we found that no one had come.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

I've gone here annually for the ice festival for many years, and it never disappoints. The receptionists were also very polite! I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂

We booked a fireworks-view room, and we could see the Epcot fireworks and light show. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to other parks, and there was also a boat option. You can take a nice walk along the hotel's waterfront. The room was small, and the bathroom was especially tiny. Both the hotel and Disney had a strong Christmas atmosphere, with beautiful decorations!

This hotel requires a boat ride to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, both ways, and the scenery is fantastic. For Magic Kingdom, you can just take the hotel's shuttle bus. As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place.

One of the classic hotels. Beautiful view with excellent transportation networks. Had a very good time with friends and families.

We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded. We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent.

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. Is a huge hotel but not easy to get in and out so need to drive or get a cab if want to go grab a bite instead of dining in the hotel. Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, pool is nice and i enjoyed staying.

The best place I've ever stayed

This is a large hotel facility with a nice golf course, so if you play golf this could be a great choice. The rooms are a little dated but clean and so are the overall facilities but the staff are nice. It's almost something out of the 1990s with an older crowd.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. Great location close to the parks with a shuttle. Only problem was the 9:11AM shuttle was full when we tried to book it. Try to book in advance.

The hotel was beautiful. We went two days after Christmas and all the decorations were still up. It was gorgeous. Then we went to Animal Kingdom and we really enjoyed the Safari.  Last but definitely not least we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Springs. It was awesome.

We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

Overall, the experience was very positive. For me, the highlights were the hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms. I was attending an event at the OCCC West Concourse, and the proximity made everything work perfectly for my schedule. I also noted that while the facilities are older, they are very well-maintained.

It was clean alcohol and food was good. They were quick with services. I got valet parking because the south parking was too much of a hassle they offered to help with bags. It was convenient for the convention center for the event we were going to in the morning, lots of things to see and do.

There was long hair in some of the towels. I was disappointed that there was no microwave. There was a loud noise in the room at 2 am, I reported it but no one got back to me. It was very disturbing. The housekeeping staff were unfriendly, no hello, no good morning!

Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful. Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!

Very nice ambient for business stay. Very cool and peaceful place surrounded by trees and with a very nice pool. The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly.

There is no view of Disneyland at all, false advertising, but the hotel is ok.

A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.

The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast Val took more than 30 minutes to fetch vehicles. Staff was not friendly atmosphere was loud at all hours of the day. The temperature outside was cold. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool.

Stayed here for a few days. Staff was great and upgraded my room for my birthday and sent me a bottle of wine and macarons. Very sweet! Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Spa was relaxing and pool was clean and good service. Recommend for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful hotel, loved all the amenities. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of options, all fresh and a great omelette station. We also loved the coffee shop for a quick breakfast. Try the chia seed pudding, it was fantastic. Pool was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable chairs, frozen treats delivered to while sitting at the pool was a great surprise. The hotel is very new, clean, and service was good. I just wish at check in the staff would tell us about their shuttle services, as we were having a hard time to find parking at Disney Spring and end up not able to visit at all.
