The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

The Dolphin is an absolute delight. The location is perfect. You can walk to Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studios. But if you’re feeling tired, no stress, just take the boat. You also get early entry. I highly suggest this hotel.

We have stayed several times over the last few years. Location is fantastic. Parking was adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool area was very nice and looking forward to new pool and bar area. However, the last condo unit was not up to the standard of vista cay. Missing kitchen items, broken small appliances, sparse living room items, very out dated appearance.

Would love for website to post where townhouse availability is because we would have chosen one closer to an open pool since main one down for maintenance (which we knew about ahead of time). Very good room, very new and big. I stayed here to go to Disneyland. Transportation can only be done by taxi or car rental. There is a Disney shuttle bus, but the schedule is tight and there are not many. A very cost-effective hotel. The hotel is also very big and has many rooms.

My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.

The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. I really enjoyed the wonderful pools, the fun staff and activities all week for kids and adults. There was a small nail that was sticking up on the ground that snagged mine and my fiance foot and the people upstairs were dragging things across the floor at all hours of the day and night and quite loud. It looks like a big hotel, but the service is really not up to par. The room service came the next day, but I didn't get up, so they took an hour to come, and then they never showed up again. They recommended two things to me during my stay, the first one was when I checked in, and the second one was a phone call directly to the room one morning. Not a good experience.

We stayed here for 9 nights in Club Level and enjoyed our stay. The hotel room facilities are relatively simple and there is room for improvement. The landscaping outside is beautiful. The breakfast is very average and the parking fee is expensive. But the front desk staff is very nice. I will not book again.

At first, we were given a room at the end of the corridor, and it was on the second floor. There was a musty smell when we entered... It was hard to rate it. After paying 50$, we were upgraded to a normal room, which was slightly better. I will not book a second time. The room was very old and the decoration was as bad as Holiday Inn.
