We had a great stay around Bryans Spanish Cove. The room was like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. It was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location...only 10 minutes to Disney Springs and Discovery Cove. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem just off of both SR 417 and I-4 in Orlando. Perfect location for a weekend at Disney Springs and close enough to WDW to be your homebase for a week or more. 2BR/2BA condo, with a full kitchen and dining table, for the price of most basic Orlando hotel rooms (and much less than staying in the bubble). It was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean. The staff was very professional. I would recommend it to everyone. I definitely will be staying here again. It’s also very accessible to all the parks and any attractions.

Great value, great location, super nice people. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is not a huge resort but is way better than a hotel and it has things like a pool, paddle boats and is just comfortable. Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

It's a regular motel. I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. It's clean inside and it's about a 30 minute walk to Universal. There is also a bus that takes you to the park across the street, so it's convenient.

The hotel is old and dingy and reeks of bug spray. The dust on the night stand and lamp was thick. Beds were clean, towels were clean, floors were FILTHY. The property was perfectly located near parks, shopping and restaurants. I loved how it had a nice walking path by the lake and walkable to Publix. When we checked in, we didn't get the room we booked (different beds). The hotel was accomodating a nice about handling it, we just ended up in a lousy room next to the fitness center. Not ideal when dudes are ball slamming at 7:30 am...So the room wasn't my favorite.

The staff here are the best part of the hotel. It’s what you would expect from a Garden Inn. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. I didn’t eat at it, but it did look fresh.

Location was on a strip with lots of traffic so… noisy. There was no coffee maker in the room and no complementary breakfast. I decided to pay $12 for their continental breakfast which was pretty bad… dark lukewarm coffee, bad carby options (bagel, croissant , bread) of mediocre quality. Some yogurts and a few choices fruits. Very disappointing.

I had the BEST stay at the Delaney Hotel. A super-cute, low key boutique hotel that is quietly luxurious. The restaurant is GREAT. My family and I had dinner there twice and I had room service breakfast. Everything was fresh, made to order, and creative. Lovely experience. The staff at both the hotel were exceptional. We arrived on Saturday evening and from the moment we got there, everyone was so outgoing and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and out room was spotless! We ordered room service on the tablet in the bedroom and the food/drinks were delivered promptly. We had nice big windows and a beautiful view from our room. We will definitely be back!

This was both a business trip and celebration of engagement. We also went to the restaurant twice on property in addition to coming there to do business for the Orlando Office of innovAge.

Overall, everything was smooth. From check-in, to the stay, even the restaurant downstairs was really good. 

There were cockroaches in the restroom, bloodstains on the curtains, the toilet door was broken, and the hallway lights were off. You could literally hear the next room is running at midnight. The only good thing was that the staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with new modern bathrooms, great aircon and wonderful staff. Stephanie was brilliant on our check in. Cleaning service was slightly disappointing and our request for cleaning and bed sheet change on day 3 didn't happen unfortunately.  Breakfast was fairly basic but tasty and excellent for our needs.
