Not bad, the price/performance ratio is high, and the scenery is great. There is a swimming pool downstairs and food is available. It is a typical resort hotel. I will stay here again next time. Not bad.

Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk

Westgate is definitely a staple for my family! The only thing I didn’t care for was the Water Park area closing at 6pm, which includes the Rikki Tiki Tavern. Other than that I would definitely be back!

We love Westgate lake and resorts. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains

They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms

Registration/check-in, especially during peak time can be somewhat confusing as there are multiple desks to stop by at (first the key, then the welcome packet, then wait briefly on a sofa to go to a 3rd desk to be ushered to a golf cart to take you to your room)

We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining

Upon arrival, which we were only going to a resort with a pool, we were informed upon check-in that the main pool was closed. At that time we were given the opportunity to leave without being charged

We were not advised in advance and we really put a huge damper on the trip. We were so disappointed after a six hour drive that we decided to check and try another hotel with their pool

Everything, amazing accommodations. Great room service and restaurants. Loved the pools! And having Starbucks on site was a bonus.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends

Back at the Marriott, the hotel staff, activities, food and kiddie pool we had were spectacular, including the amazing fireworks display they had on the golf course

Should include at least... breakfast. Its a great place to go with family

We also enjoyed watching the holiday light shows, which were truly beautiful. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were exceptional. This resort truly delivers on creating unforgettable memories

I never got the cleaning service

Santa and all the family friendly activities throughout the resort. What I loved most is how convenient everything is

Wonderful resort! We stayed there for a couple of days for new year and we had a lot of fun especially my kids.

We’ve only stayed there twice and both were during the Christmas season for their “ICE” extravaganza. They literally build a frozen venue inside the hotel that you walk through with big heavy coats on

We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again

The only small suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi speed, but overall, this stay was very pleasant and I would definitely choose this place again! Recommended to all friends who come to this city for travel or business

The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with sufficient water pressure and good quality toiletries

The gym and swimming pool facilities were also great and relaxing

The daily housekeeping was very good and the room was always kept clean. The hotel's breakfast selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh, whether it was Chinese or Western, it could meet the needs

The overall experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby

Such a wonderful stay! My husband and I stayed for 5 days for a trip to Disney and the staff was excellent. The rooms were amazing, the bed was so comfy, and the pool/hot tub were great

We booked a Villa-type room. A huge, clean room with all amenities. Great location close to parks and shopping centers. Large grounds and convenient pools

I came here to attend an exhibition. The service was extremely poor, practically nonexistent. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed

When we called the front desk to ask for new towels, they said we'd have to pay a $15 service fee. On the morning of our last day, at 8:00 AM, they asked if we wanted to extend our stay

Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful

The resort is on its own little "island" which adds such a nice separation between you and the busy city of Orlando. Disney was a quick 15 minutes away and was so easy to get to from the resort

This Hilton is my favorite Orlando hotel! Great amenities and now they've refurbished the rooms, and they are beautiful! Very elegant and stylish! The lazy river and pools, large jacuzzi's, and the sports bar (the food is very good there!) are top notch! Got a great holiday rate and that made the stay even sweeter!

The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days in Orlando. The amenities, pool area, and overall atmosphere made our stay feel truly special

The adult pool was also great — definitely get a cabana (fee). There aren’t nightly activities, but the pool area stays open until 11 p. , which was perfect for relaxing

The gym was fantastic (two StairMasters!), and self-parking (fee) was super close and convenient. My kids loved the pool, lazy river, basketball court, and hot tub

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂

As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place

The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks

We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist

Is a huge hotel but not easy to get in and out so need to drive or get a cab if want to go grab a bite instead of dining in the hotel. Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, pool is nice and i enjoyed staying.

The pool was under renovation but a short and nice walk to the other pool. Fantastic view of the lake and walking area. Also, a good pool view when it opens could be noisy, though, if you don't have kids

We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course

We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! The pool and drinks were awesome and service was top tier!

Families with small children - flotation vests and toys are available for use at the gym building but arrive early because they run out of rentals FAST! 🥽🏊🏽‍♀️ I highly recommend staying here at Caribe Royale! And the Orlando Vice is a must try at the poolside bar and restaurant! 🍹💦

I was attending an event at the OCCC West Concourse, and the proximity made everything work perfectly for my schedule. I also noted that while the facilities are older, they are very well-maintained

There was long hair in some of the towels. I was disappointed that there was no microwave. There was a loud noise in the room at 2 am, I reported it but no one got back to me

The door men was awesome although it was on valet lady kinda rude when I asked for help after the guy directed me to her other than that it was an excellent stay and oh the parking garage walk to the elevators was diabolical smh but they are ppl who will take u to the front I jus found out late

Breakfast is nice, service is good. One day the batheroom door is locked at about 22:00 in the evening, service people come in 10 minutes to open the door.

Breakfast was very mediocre, not much variety. However, it's very close to Disneyland.

I heard it was split into two buildings, so I assume it was decent since I didn't get any negative feedback. The price was quite high during the exhibition, but the surrounding area was alright

All the staff were professional and courteous. The room was clean and smelled nice. My daughter loved swimming in all the different pools

The makeup of room is sub-standard, I travelled with a group of 6, our hotels room sometime is not fully cleaned up, either did not refill tea/coffee, or left the dirty towels somewhere

I was here for work and study. And it was thoroughly enjoyable. What makes this place so great is the staff. They go above and beyond and they do it with a smile, and that is not easy

The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly

The room is very big, there is a swimming pool downstairs, there is a smell of fragrance as soon as you enter the lobby, and the service attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic.

It is the first time throughout our diamond status that we really felt like diamonds what a great place to stay lazy river pool the lobby is amazing. It’s very cleanwould stay there again and again the beds were amazing

Pool, location and breakfast are amazing. They always have so much for families going on. Love the fire pits and swim up movie nights. Stayed here multiple times and keep coming back

We live in Florida and have Disney annual passes so we prefer to drive but nice option if out of town or you want to avoid Disney parking fees. Did I mention the pool?! The lazy river is amazing

The lazy river pool is one of the hotel's other big carrots, and it doesn't disappoint. I stayed in the same room both during both visits because my mom requested an accessible room near the elevator

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace was absolutely perfect — from the spotless rooms and stunning views to the excellent amenities, convenient free shuttle to Disney, and the deliciously hearty breakfast that started each morning right

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars for service is that the day before checkout, housekeeping didn’t come by to clean the room

Beautiful hotel within walking distance from Citywalk. There are free shuttle buses connecting the hotel to all Universal Parks

We book the Royal Pacific hotel for the location. Perfect for Universal studios and Islands of Adventure. As we were visiting in February, we didn’t use the outdoor pool. The tuk tuk shop was pretty expensive

No ice machine available on our floor. Service on the whole was good, it can be a wait to get checked in, there was only  4 decks open for such a big hotel. The hotel was clean but looking a bit dated

They have daily housekeeping and it was outstanding! The rooms are well maintained, with large oversized bathrooms and ample drawer space for storing your clothes. We had a theme park view and it was just lovely

Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides

Location is really really good. Close to everything I drive the pointe and even close enough to Kia center! Got a chance to check out a magic game at home. The uber ride there was less than 30 minutes away

Got a chance to see them play for the first time and they won had a great time. Can’t wait to travel back to the area too. The hotel is a good bang for your buck

I had a nice stay, the staff was nice. I would stay again. The room was nice and clean. Close to restaurants, bus, shopping, and trolleys.

This was annoying when wanting to chill by the pool but couldn't find a spot as all reserved. Communal areas are clean and staff friendly. Shop is a little steep in price but there is a CVS and walgreen close by

Conveniently located walking distance to the convention center, staff was friendly, place is pretty inexpensive for its location. However, the beds were very uncomfortable

Great location, 10min drive to disney's parks, customer service were great, the room looks old like your living in the 80s but it was very clean and spacious for our small family (2 adults 1 small kid) so everytime I come to disney i will definitely stay here over and over!

The hotel is big, the rooms are spacious, the hygiene is good, there is a washing machine for cooking, and the facilities are very complete. Everything is good, but there is no daily cleaning service

Because my wife loves to eat lunch, except for the problem with the range hood, everything else is very satisfactory! I highly recommend staying here for a family trip with a long stay

It takes 15-30 minutes to drive to Disneyland, which is convenient for access and close to the nearby supermarket. The surrounding environment of the golf course is very comfortable

Shuttle was a great addition and had no problem with pickup or drop off. did have one small hiccup with housekeeping but it was immediately corrected. Definitely worth the stay and I’ll absolutely be back!

Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent

The conference room was too cold! Went in November so maybe they are used to hot Florida summers and had the AC turned too far down. I would go back if necessary to be in that area

The service is always friendly here in any aspect of the hotel. You can not beat the location and being able to just cross the bridge to Disney Springs which is so convenient.

The same bus also routes to EPCOT for every one hour. The Disney Springs park is nearby in walking distance as a very attractive tourist spot

3 miles that meanders by beautiful little lakes and Grand Oaks. There is also a B path that is over 3 miles long. I visited the hotel for lunch but all was closed except the bar and limited menue pool side restaurant

Call ahead if wish to fully dine with table service. This hotel is a nice oasis near Disney and has lots of beautiful pools and lakes as well as resort property for families to unwind
