Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk

It’s easy to get towels even though the resort is huge! They are a great help and offer great deals for seaworld and water parks nearby

Not bad, the price/performance ratio is high, and the scenery is great. There is a swimming pool downstairs and food is available. It is a typical resort hotel. I will stay here again next time. Not bad.

The best hotel/resort that I've ever stayed at. I will be staying here every Orlando visit. I booked the 2 room king size villa. The Jacuzzi tub was perfect after a long day from the theme park

There are 5 pools scattered throughout the property. There are daily activities as well. I stayed for a week so it worked well for me

We love Westgate lake and resorts. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains

We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining

Upon arrival, which we were only going to a resort with a pool, we were informed upon check-in that the main pool was closed. At that time we were given the opportunity to leave without being charged

We were not advised in advance and we really put a huge damper on the trip. We were so disappointed after a six hour drive that we decided to check and try another hotel with their pool

Everything, amazing accommodations. Great room service and restaurants. Loved the pools! And having Starbucks on site was a bonus.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends

Back at the Marriott, the hotel staff, activities, food and kiddie pool we had were spectacular, including the amazing fireworks display they had on the golf course

We also enjoyed watching the holiday light shows, which were truly beautiful. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were exceptional. This resort truly delivers on creating unforgettable memories

Should include at least... breakfast. Its a great place to go with family

The seasonal décor, ICE sculptures, and festive atmosphere went above and beyond anything I expected. My granddaughters are four and one, and they had the best time, especially during story time with Mrs

We’ve only stayed there twice and both were during the Christmas season for their “ICE” extravaganza. They literally build a frozen venue inside the hotel that you walk through with big heavy coats on

LOVED their Steak House both times we ate there and they may have the nicest breakfast buffet I’ve ever been at. That breakfast buffet takes place in there huge hotel lobby and it is a sight to see

The Gaylord Palms in Orlando is extremely convenient to Disney and is an amazing hotel. it is a huge hotel with an amazing lobby and has a couple really good restaurants

This hotel was great! The pool is nice, the rooms are nice and the views are great! They do not do any room cleaning services while you have an ongoing stay, which is totally fine and acceptable

I came here to attend an exhibition. The service was extremely poor, practically nonexistent. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed

When we called the front desk to ask for new towels, they said we'd have to pay a $15 service fee. On the morning of our last day, at 8:00 AM, they asked if we wanted to extend our stay

Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful

I didn’t know what it would be like before I went there. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I think this hotel has friendly service, delicious food, beautiful environment, and complete facilities

The receptionists were also very polite! I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful

The only small suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi speed, but overall, this stay was very pleasant and I would definitely choose this place again! Recommended to all friends who come to this city for travel or business

This Hilton is my favorite Orlando hotel! Great amenities and now they've refurbished the rooms, and they are beautiful! Very elegant and stylish! The lazy river and pools, large jacuzzi's, and the sports bar (the food is very good there!) are top notch! Got a great holiday rate and that made the stay even sweeter!

The adult pool was also great — definitely get a cabana (fee). There aren’t nightly activities, but the pool area stays open until 11 p. , which was perfect for relaxing

The gym was fantastic (two StairMasters!), and self-parking (fee) was super close and convenient. My kids loved the pool, lazy river, basketball court, and hot tub

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂

As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place

The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks

We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist

We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

The room is beautiful and luxurious, the location is good, the environment is comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. The bathtub is super big and super comfy

Very nice hotel near Disney World with a beautiful pool, friendly staff, reasonably price bar and good food. Arrived for a conference late in the day, staff was pleasant and helpful

Great location close to the parks with a shuttle. Only problem was the 9:11AM shuttle was full when we tried to book it. Try to book in advance.

The pool was under renovation but a short and nice walk to the other pool. Fantastic view of the lake and walking area. Also, a good pool view when it opens could be noisy, though, if you don't have kids

This is a large hotel facility with a nice golf course, so if you play golf this could be a great choice. The rooms are a little dated but clean and so are the overall facilities but the staff are nice

We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course

You could see trash particles under the dining table and in the living room. Also, the outside patio furniture was so filthy that it dirtier my white t-shirt, especially in the egg chair, which was wonderful to have

great spot for a convention! All the facilities were great. Only glitch is the bar service at the pool bar is very very slow

We liked the facilities and polite staff with one exception that the Jacuzzi was over crowded than its limit and somehow dirty water. Overall stay was comfortable.

Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful

Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!

The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly

The room is very big, there is a swimming pool downstairs, there is a smell of fragrance as soon as you enter the lobby, and the service attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic.

It is the first time throughout our diamond status that we really felt like diamonds what a great place to stay lazy river pool the lobby is amazing. It’s very cleanwould stay there again and again the beds were amazing

Pool, location and breakfast are amazing. They always have so much for families going on. Love the fire pits and swim up movie nights. Stayed here multiple times and keep coming back

We live in Florida and have Disney annual passes so we prefer to drive but nice option if out of town or you want to avoid Disney parking fees. Did I mention the pool?! The lazy river is amazing

Breakfast was very mediocre, not much variety. However, it's very close to Disneyland.

The makeup of room is sub-standard, I travelled with a group of 6, our hotels room sometime is not fully cleaned up, either did not refill tea/coffee, or left the dirty towels somewhere

I heard it was split into two buildings, so I assume it was decent since I didn't get any negative feedback. The price was quite high during the exhibition, but the surrounding area was alright

Absolutely gorgeous resort within walking distance of Universal Studios parks. The grounds are meticulously maintained and every employee we met offered impeccable service

They have daily housekeeping and it was outstanding! The rooms are well maintained, with large oversized bathrooms and ample drawer space for storing your clothes. We had a theme park view and it was just lovely

The lazy river pool is one of the hotel's other big carrots, and it doesn't disappoint. I stayed in the same room both during both visits because my mom requested an accessible room near the elevator

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace was absolutely perfect — from the spotless rooms and stunning views to the excellent amenities, convenient free shuttle to Disney, and the deliciously hearty breakfast that started each morning right

The location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars for service is that the day before checkout, housekeeping didn’t come by to clean the room

The pool and area were always clean with plenty of towels. It may say it opens at 9am, but you will not be in the morning sun if you get there by 9:05

Uber is about $15 during non-peak hours. The club also provides free use of swimming pools, ball games, and golf equipment. It is a great and cost-effective accommodation experience

Because my wife loves to eat lunch, except for the problem with the range hood, everything else is very satisfactory! I highly recommend staying here for a family trip with a long stay

The renovations made years ago are still seen today in the modern upgrades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the valets were Johnny on the spot (quickly hustling)

Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent

$10 for washing and drying your clothes. A stroll by the lakeside in the morning is a bonus. Clean room with firm mattress, the best stay in Orlando

Great place to stay! Building 4 was awesome. Make sure you take advantage of everything though, from the pools to the volleyball area. The shop isn't too bad either, quite reasonable prices!

Overall, thought everything was top notch and my family and I had a great stay. Amenities onsite are great, wouldn’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to, and plenty of activities for all ages

The room did not have cream for the coffee- or son's didn't, either- and when we called the front desk they said someone would bring us some in a while. When they came they brought more coffee, still no cream

The room was amazing! The only things that made the stay uncomfortable were that the staff was unsure of why a green bag was placed outside our room

I called them back- someone eventually brought nasty, powdered creamer in packets. Again, for the price, one should be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk to another building for it

We would've thought that, for the price we paid, breakfast would've been included. Also, we had to walk/ drive mornings to the main building just for a bagel and coffee

It feels great and the lake view is beautiful.

I booked last minute and couldn't have been happier. Our stay at this Hyatt was wonderful. Not perfect by any means, but it was a vacation that will keep me coming back. The pool was an absolute show stopper
