The kitchen sink water was coming out slow, making a knocking noise when you turned it on called and they came to fix, the balcony door was off track hard to open we always come and their is always a water issue or tv other than that great place

When I walked into our room there was an overwhelming smell of dampness which was covered up with room spray. The smell from the closet in the main bathroom was where the odour was emanating from.
I have stayed at this resort 5 previous times and unfortunately this time was the most disappointing.

Beautiful property. Clean, quiet and safe. Condo was very spacious. Nice pool. Plenty of self parking. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

The property was clean but could use some updating. The curtains were dirty, but the room was overall clean and spacious. Parking was plentiful, but returning late could mean a walk to the entrance. The pool was nice, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Would stay again if needed a 2-bedroom suite.

The hotel is outdated BUT it was perfect for what our family needed. We just needed a room to sleep and shower since we spend most of tge day out. We like the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms option, and having a refrigerator always helps keeping drinks cold or for when you have leftovers. The big bathtub in the master bedroom was nice too. It’s close to Universal, the pool had a nice bartender named Ryan that made us good drinks.

The room had everything we needed but could use some upgrades. The door to the Jacuzzi fell and broke off first hour of us arriving. Towel bar in bathroom and handle to screen door also broke. Had to call for extra towels because they only gave us exact amount. And never received our bottle of wine. Staff was nice. Pool area clean. Drinks at the bar are overpriced and not really worth it in my opinion. Great distance from parks and local restaurants and stores.

We come to Orlando every year and choose Floridays. Is far enough away from the hustle
And bustle of tourism but closed enough
Where anything is walkable and the parks are a 10-15 minutes drive. Rooms are always cleans and spacious, multiple pools, a ton of parking and staffing is A++++!

It had lots of room (sq footage) clean, and comfortable beds. The showers weren’t hot, but they were still nice and warm. Not powerful water pressure, but showers were still good. It was a good value for the location and quality of the condo.

It hadn't been cleaned on the first day I went there, but the high-rise hotel I booked gave me a room on the first floor. The whole room smelled of bleach. My whole family was waiting outside, and there were dirty towels on the dining table. The location was okay. I could change the room later, but the check-in experience was not good. No one cleaned it after staying for three days.

Low quality. Food was not made for chefs that care about the tasty, texture and how it is looks in the plate. All sea food was over cooking and the scallop had sand. It took to longer to set us in a table with reservation, also to take our order and serve. The restaurant table works as pan in 85% at the place and the air is all oil and smokes. It has not enough exhaustion to make us comfortable. All hair and clothes smells. The onion soup was good and salad was ok. Sushi and sashimi did not tasty good.

Great experience. Our seating was fast. We made reservations. I am sure it helped. The cook was one the best we've ever had. He was very personable. He spent about 45 minutes to an hour with us. Large portions. Hope you are hungry when you go there.

WORST Experience ever!!! Our server forgot all the beverages and never brought them to us. The chef was horrible he just kept looking around the restaurant and consistently mentioned he wanted to go home. The service was horrible. The food was not worth the pricing. We went to the same Benihana last year and it was amazing. Not sure what happened. Don't waste your money until they get their act together. I will NOT be going back.

Usually write a fleshed out review, but I don't even know where to start with this place. Reservation at 7:30 we showed up on time. Didn't get seated until 8:05. It's now 8:35 and still have not gotten even water to our table. And not a single person has even said sorry. Super disappointed.

Update: I changed my review to two stars because when our chef (finally) showed up a 9:15, he was excellent. Everything else about the experience was pretty awful. The tall older Hispanic gentleman working the front desk who seats people needs an attitude check, he literally rolled his eyes at us and walked away when we expressed our displeasure in having to wait 45 minutes to get seated when we had a reservation and there were plenty of open tables.

In short:

Food: fine, but nothing special and not better than Kobe.

Service: horrifically bad.

This place is awesome! It may be a bit on the higher end of prices but the food and entertainment together are well worth the price. The atmosphere is pretty casual. Most of the people in the restaurant were wearing khakis and t-shirts. Overall it was a great experience!

PS: For an interactive experience with your chef, I would recommend Nathan.
