The room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping was thorough, allowing for a comfortable stay. The shower pressure was also sufficient. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and must be paid for separately. It's conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the convention center.

Very nice facility. Good dinner. A little far to walk to the room, so ask for one close to the lobby.

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low.

One night stopover before our Florida road trip, easy to find from the Airport, check in was quick and friendly. Room was tired but reasonably clean, breakfast was plentiful, coffee kept coming due to the attentive service.

It was good and near universal studios and disney. Also many things were walkable. However, to get the shuttle you must line up at 7am and we checked in the day before going to universal meaning we couldn’t get the free shuttle and had to uber.

We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

While the room itself was nice, my stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I was injured by a metal piece sticking out from the bottom side of the bed, which left me with a wound that has now turned into a permanent scar on my leg. Despite properly and promptly reporting the incident , I was only compensated $52 for the resort fees by the front desk attendant. And no further contact has occurred...

We stayed two nights, and when we returned to our room at 10 pm the next day, we found there was no room cleaning service. The hotel only provided ice; there was no bottled water or disposable slippers. We will not choose this hotel again.

I like this hotel. It has early bird tickets for the park. Unfortunately, there is no U-Pass. You must have a U-Pass, otherwise you will have to wait in line for a long time.

The location was good but rooms in Tower Buildings aren’t clean enough compared to the pictures. The washrooms are old fashion and not well maintained. There’s also stains on our blinds. As well as the floor was too dirty.

This is my second stay recently. There was an exhibition going on. The floor is relatively low and it felt very damp. The makeup mirror almost fell off on the first day of stay. The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.

I was on a business trip, but the hotel is actually more of a resort. They charged a mandatory resort fee even though I was there for work, which was a bit disappointing. There were no free coffee machines in the lobby, and parking was paid. Overall, the place was clean and in a great location. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is good, but the smell of wet, moldy carpet is very strong. It's a problem the hotel could solve by removing the carpets! The breakfast is very good! To lessen the smell, you have to keep the air conditioning on 24 hours a day. The service is very good.

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days.

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. Great Waterpark and they have nice rooms although kinda old but they replenished towels each day and made our bed each day. But no microwave in our room, we had to ask for one. The hotel is fine. The staff are lovely. It was undergoing refurbishment and while we were offered a refurbished room, it didn’t feel like it was. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable though! The kids’ swim area while fun is in serious need of renovation. We only stayed 1 night.

The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop.
