We came down for MegaCon and it was a short 10minute walk to the convention center. The staff were all very nice and the multiple pools and playground were super fun! Will definitely be back next year!

Location is really really good. Close to everything I drive the pointe and even close enough to Kia center! Got a chance to check out a magic game at home. The uber ride there was less than 30 minutes away. Got a chance to see them play for the first time and they won had a great time. Can’t wait to travel back to the area too. The hotel is a good bang for your buck. And no resort fees!

I had a nice stay, the staff was nice. I would stay again. The room was nice and clean. Close to restaurants, bus, shopping, and trolleys.

Stopped here overnight. Price and reviews were really good so gave it a shot. Lobby was very nice, staff was very friendly, room was dated though very nice and clean. Spacious for two. Good water pressure in shower. Gated with security parking. Faced the road and didn’t hear any other guests or road. Would definitely go back.

Did not expect have to pay $10 a night for parking. On your website it was advitised free breakfast but it’s not true. One day someone tried to open the safe, the next day someone opened our safe , playing with our medication. Terrible

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low.

One night stopover before our Florida road trip, easy to find from the Airport, check in was quick and friendly. Room was tired but reasonably clean, breakfast was plentiful, coffee kept coming due to the attentive service.

It was good and near universal studios and disney. Also many things were walkable. However, to get the shuttle you must line up at 7am and we checked in the day before going to universal meaning we couldn’t get the free shuttle and had to uber.

We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

While the room itself was nice, my stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I was injured by a metal piece sticking out from the bottom side of the bed, which left me with a wound that has now turned into a permanent scar on my leg. Despite properly and promptly reporting the incident , I was only compensated $52 for the resort fees by the front desk attendant. And no further contact has occurred...

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

Outside pool area is great. Rooms were newer and clean. Only reason not a 5 star is we arrived at 1am and our room was already occupied by another couple, so we were given a different room. The location was good but rooms in Tower Buildings aren’t clean enough compared to the pictures. The washrooms are old fashion and not well maintained. There’s also stains on our blinds. As well as the floor was too dirty.

The hotel is very modern, rooms are lovely and each floor is well designed with lifts in middle so easy access to all rooms. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds, towels and bar

We stayed two nights, and when we returned to our room at 10 pm the next day, we found there was no room cleaning service. The hotel only provided ice; there was no bottled water or disposable slippers. We will not choose this hotel again.

I like this hotel. It has early bird tickets for the park. Unfortunately, there is no U-Pass. You must have a U-Pass, otherwise you will have to wait in line for a long time.

It is quite modern. You can enter the park early. There is a very convenient shuttle bus. The parking lot is very close to the park. The cost performance is quite high. Everything about the Universal Hotel is pretty good. The hotel facilities are of normal level. It is convenient to have a direct bus to Universal Studios. One good thing about the hotel is that it provides ice cubes, which is very special and is on every floor.

The hotel had great amenities. The bus schedules are a little hard to accommodate for. The rooms are spacious but definitely need some updating.

Bed are absolutely horribly uncomfortable. Checked in and found underwear from previous guests and the room smelled of cigarettes.

The location was amazing however the cleanliness was not. Also the shuttle to the parks could do with retiming as they do coincide with park opening and closing.

Very practical location and we loved the free parking option! They are very strict to the check in time but the room was absolutely spotless and we received a few discount coupons to use in the food stores near their lobby.

The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.

Service was excellent. We called for various requests to our room during our 8 night stay and they didnt hesitate to accommodate our requests. They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future.

I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.

Sadly they listed a shuttle service for the parks but it was not through their hotel but an outside service you have to sign up for two days in advance and their return trips were only offered at 3:45 pm and 6:45 pm, hours before the parks actually close.

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days. 

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. Trip.com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Other than that, we were very happy with the staff and service at Sheraton North Orlando. Thank you

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases. The service was excellent, the breakfast wonderful, the pool spectacular, everything clean, and the hotel's location very central, close to all the entertainment venues. Viviana's service at breakfast was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from the bartender, Sidika . She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel is good, but the smell of wet, moldy carpet is very strong. It's a problem the hotel could solve by removing the carpets! The breakfast is very good! To lessen the smell, you have to keep the air conditioning on 24 hours a day. The service is very good.

Great location, rooms were OK. Perfect spot to rest after a Disney park, but that's it. You gotta know that it's just a place to crash after you're doomed from being the whole day at the parks. Good parking, and there's a pharmacy next, just in case. Be aware, there's a LINE for checkin at 11PM from all the people coming back from the parks, yes.....even here you have to do a line.

It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. Great Waterpark and they have nice rooms although kinda old but they replenished towels each day and made our bed each day. But no microwave in our room, we had to ask for one. Close to lots of tourist spots. But kinda far from Disney world. Breakfast was expensive! Though. They charge extra for amenities and parking.

Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop.

Compared with the Rosen ink lake buena vista, here we had a good time, good service and breakfast was also good. Here we haven’t asked to give a deposit of 50 dollars, while in lake buena vista I pay 50 bucks deposit and after a month I haven’t received back.

Our room was very comfortable but in the entrance area there were a humidity smell, we reported it and technically Marriott did not fix it just covered with a strong odor of cleaning product that in less of a day desaleared.

The location is great. The room was dusty and I requested cleaning, but no one responded. The AC is old, fluctuates between too hot and too cold, and I can’t adjust the fan. Also, the hot water at night isn’t warm enough.

This hotel will be our go to when staying in Orlando for the night when we don’t want to drive an hour and half to get home. We chose to stay on a high floor and it was really cool looking out over the at night with all the lights!

This is the third time that we’ve stayed at this location. The townhouse is always super clean. It’s very spacious and close to everything we like to do around Orlando. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and courteous. We will gladly continue staying here and using Vstays when we travel to Orlando.

I have stayed at Margaritaville the past 4 christmases and the cottages have been great with no issues. Resort shuttle service from the cottages to the main lobby should be a 24 hr service because it was quite a distance to walk. Overall we had a great stay. The cottage we had was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We did use the hot tub and had some issue but it was fixed the next day. Checking in and out was fast. The location was convenient and near Disney so that was a plus. We feel safe. Would definitely stay again when visiting Disney World.
