Best Hotels in Orlando

We love Westgate lake and resorts. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!

They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms

It’s easy to get towels even though the resort is huge! They are a great help and offer great deals for seaworld and water parks nearby

Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk

Not bad, the price/performance ratio is high, and the scenery is great. There is a swimming pool downstairs and food is available. It is a typical resort hotel. I will stay here again next time. Not bad.

The sanitary conditions are relatively good

We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby

I would have asked to be moved but we were already in bed and didn't want to dress and pack up to move. Not sure that I would stay at this location again without asking where my room is located

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby

I highly recommend Gaylord Palms, especially during the holiday season, it’s perfect for families and little ones

Should include at least... breakfast. Its a great place to go with family

The Gaylord Palms in Orlando is extremely convenient to Disney and is an amazing hotel. it is a huge hotel with an amazing lobby and has a couple really good restaurants

The quality of the rooms is immaculate, but the best part is honestly the atrium in the middle, which is what makes the place so unique I'm the first place

We only visited for the holiday events and didnt stay in a room. Meeting Santa was BY FAR the best, most organized Santa meet and greet Ive ever experienced

The seasonal décor, ICE sculptures, and festive atmosphere went above and beyond anything I expected. My granddaughters are four and one, and they had the best time, especially during story time with Mrs

Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful

If you are looking for a place to stay near everything Orlando, this is the best

The rooms are well suited for couples up to large families. There are several pools, restaurants, and bars on the property. There is a golf course, tennis courts, a lake for paddle boats and kayaks

I would definitely like to use your services again if I have the opportunity

The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with sufficient water pressure and good quality toiletries

The daily housekeeping was very good and the room was always kept clean. The hotel's breakfast selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh, whether it was Chinese or Western, it could meet the needs

The most satisfactory hotel among all the hotels I stayed in during this trip. The rooms and services were good. It is worth recommending.

The only small suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi speed, but overall, this stay was very pleasant and I would definitely choose this place again! Recommended to all friends who come to this city for travel or business

My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button

The only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night)

This Hilton is my favorite Orlando hotel! Great amenities and now they've refurbished the rooms, and they are beautiful! Very elegant and stylish! The lazy river and pools, large jacuzzi's, and the sports bar (the food is very good there!) are top notch! Got a great holiday rate and that made the stay even sweeter!

Probably one of the best Hilton stays I’ve ever had! The hotel was immaculate, updated, upscale, and had a calming atmosphere

The chat feature made communication incredibly easy, and every request was handled quickly. The food was amazing, especially at the poolside restaurant. Grateful I was upgraded as which I truly appreciated

Short stay as this was was due to my flight being delayed and the airline providing the room. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Hotel public areas were well kept and clean

The adult pool was also great — definitely get a cabana (fee). There aren’t nightly activities, but the pool area stays open until 11 p. , which was perfect for relaxing

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂

We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent

One of the classic hotels. Beautiful view with excellent transportation networks. Had a very good time with friends and families.

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist

The hotel itself boasts a great selection of restaurants, and we also ventured over to the neighboring Swan Hotel, where their dining options were equally excellent

The room is beautiful and luxurious, the location is good, the environment is comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. The bathtub is super big and super comfy

We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

Well appointed and comfortable. Some rooms are a little dated, but generally a nice destination. Food served at the restaurant was good. Morning cafeteria in main building was slow and the pastries were not fresh

Great location close to the parks with a shuttle. Only problem was the 9:11AM shuttle was full when we tried to book it. Try to book in advance.

We went two days after Christmas and all the decorations were still up. Then we went to Animal Kingdom and we really enjoyed the Safari.  Last but definitely not least we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Springs

One of the best hotels in orlando. Basically stayed in and enjoyed the amenities instead of going out. The pool was fun, game room was entertaining, and steakhouse was awesome

Everything was just wonderful! Very happy customer! Thank you! The Italian restaurant was just amazing, and CeCe our server was top notch! Everything was great! For the amount of people that go through that facility, a great job was had by all! From the check in to check out, excellent!

The best place I've ever stayed

We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course

We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh

For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous

We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience

The housekeeping staff were unfriendly, no hello, no good morning!

We liked the facilities and polite staff with one exception that the Jacuzzi was over crowded than its limit and somehow dirty water. Overall stay was comfortable.

Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful

Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!

The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly

It is the first time throughout our diamond status that we really felt like diamonds what a great place to stay lazy river pool the lobby is amazing. It’s very cleanwould stay there again and again the beds were amazing

The pool is beautiful and the room is nice and clean. Staff is very accommodating and I love their text message service. I forgot toothpaste and all it took was a text to get it delivered to my room

A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area

He was incredibly caring and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He shared the best tips for food, rides, and navigating the parks, and every single recommendation made our trip even better

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sapphire Falls Resort for our honeymoon. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel

The rooms were spacious and clean and the view from our room was magical! The restaurants at the hotel were great, we ate breakfast almost every morning at Amatista where we had the most incredible server named Kris who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon amazing

Here’s the updated short version: ⸻ We stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls from Nov 29 to Dec 1 and had an amazing weekend. The staff was great, the food was solid, and the whole resort has a relaxing vibe

Being that this is a resort hotel we loved getting early access to the parks and the water taxi is a quick and fun way to get to and from the parks

Each and every day was incredible and we cannot thank Ornella, Kris and Sapphire Falls enough. We highly recommend this hotel

The express passes were a lifesaver when it was very busy at the parks plus early entry was good

I really can’t say enough good things of this resort. It parallels Four Seasons for level of service

Nice hotel but room decor a little tired. Nice atmosphere around pool with good pool bar and restaurant. Staff always very polite and helpful. Proximity to theme parks is great

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace was absolutely perfect — from the spotless rooms and stunning views to the excellent amenities, convenient free shuttle to Disney, and the deliciously hearty breakfast that started each morning right

Very good location that is close to the Disney downtown area. It has very large conferences rooms enough to fit over 2000 people. It is an okay hotel in terms of luxury. The pool has a lazy river and a bar

The location only makes sense if you're planning on taking advantage of Disney Springs, which is 500 meters from the hotel via elevated walkways, because it has lots of good restaurants, whereas the hotel itself doesn't

The short of it is that liked this hotel enough to return a second time, which is pretty good because none of the others have made that cut

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars for service is that the day before checkout, housekeeping didn’t come by to clean the room

The price of one bedroom, one living room, and two bathrooms is about 97,000 yuan per square meter, which is very good value. It is a few steps away from Sea World and Disneyland

Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent

$10 for washing and drying your clothes. A stroll by the lakeside in the morning is a bonus. Clean room with firm mattress, the best stay in Orlando

Impressive from beginning to end. Room beautifully decorated and spotless. Comfortable beds and quiet room even though hotel was completely booked and my stay was over a Friday night

The room was spotless. The shuttle service was a great one perk and the location was very close to the airport. Let me not forget the very friendly restaurant staff!

The room did not have cream for the coffee- or son's didn't, either- and when we called the front desk they said someone would bring us some in a while. When they came they brought more coffee, still no cream

The room was amazing! The only things that made the stay uncomfortable were that the staff was unsure of why a green bag was placed outside our room

I called them back- someone eventually brought nasty, powdered creamer in packets. Again, for the price, one should be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk to another building for it

Overall, thought everything was top notch and my family and I had a great stay. Amenities onsite are great, wouldn’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to, and plenty of activities for all ages

We would've thought that, for the price we paid, breakfast would've been included. Also, we had to walk/ drive mornings to the main building just for a bagel and coffee

As a non owner I always get one of the worst rooms and views are the only regrets but yo be expected. Everything else 10/10

Communication with her was excellent and she always responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our arrival. Our waiter at the pool today was Tran, so kind and attentive

This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery

The hotel room card is the Universal Express Pass, very affordable The hotel is very large and the swimming pool is heated There are buses and water taxis directly to Universal Very convenient, equivalent to living in Universal You can enter and exit the park many times a day

If you stay for one night, you can pre check in in the morning and go to play. You can also play until the park closes the next day. There are many restaurants in the hotel are also very convenient

After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel refunded this part of the water fee. This is the only hotel in Orlando that does not provide free bottled water

The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit
