Best Hotels in Orlando

The best hotel/resort that I've ever stayed at. I will be staying here every Orlando visit. I booked the 2 room king size villa. The Jacuzzi tub was perfect after a long day from the theme park

The resort is close to everything which is so convenient. We scheduled a couples massage at the Serenity Spa and the spa is beautiful. The massages we got were so good and relaxing

Westgate is definitely a staple for my family! The only thing I didn’t care for was the Water Park area closing at 6pm, which includes the Rikki Tiki Tavern. Other than that I would definitely be back!

We love Westgate lake and resorts. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains

They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms

Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk

The sanitary conditions are relatively good

We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby

I would have asked to be moved but we were already in bed and didn't want to dress and pack up to move. Not sure that I would stay at this location again without asking where my room is located

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby

We only visited for the holiday events and didnt stay in a room. Meeting Santa was BY FAR the best, most organized Santa meet and greet Ive ever experienced

Should include at least... breakfast. Its a great place to go with family

We also enjoyed watching the holiday light shows, which were truly beautiful. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were exceptional. This resort truly delivers on creating unforgettable memories

I never got the cleaning service

The Gaylord Palms in Orlando is extremely convenient to Disney and is an amazing hotel. it is a huge hotel with an amazing lobby and has a couple really good restaurants

The seasonal décor, ICE sculptures, and festive atmosphere went above and beyond anything I expected. My granddaughters are four and one, and they had the best time, especially during story time with Mrs

The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with sufficient water pressure and good quality toiletries

The daily housekeeping was very good and the room was always kept clean. The hotel's breakfast selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh, whether it was Chinese or Western, it could meet the needs

The most satisfactory hotel among all the hotels I stayed in during this trip. The rooms and services were good. It is worth recommending.

The only small suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi speed, but overall, this stay was very pleasant and I would definitely choose this place again! Recommended to all friends who come to this city for travel or business

My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button

The only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night)

We booked a Villa-type room. A huge, clean room with all amenities. Great location close to parks and shopping centers. Large grounds and convenient pools

Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful

The receptionists were also very polite! I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful

I didn’t know what it would be like before I went there. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I think this hotel has friendly service, delicious food, beautiful environment, and complete facilities

This Hilton is my favorite Orlando hotel! Great amenities and now they've refurbished the rooms, and they are beautiful! Very elegant and stylish! The lazy river and pools, large jacuzzi's, and the sports bar (the food is very good there!) are top notch! Got a great holiday rate and that made the stay even sweeter!

Probably one of the best Hilton stays I’ve ever had! The hotel was immaculate, updated, upscale, and had a calming atmosphere

The chat feature made communication incredibly easy, and every request was handled quickly. The food was amazing, especially at the poolside restaurant. Grateful I was upgraded as which I truly appreciated

Short stay as this was was due to my flight being delayed and the airline providing the room. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Hotel public areas were well kept and clean

The adult pool was also great — definitely get a cabana (fee). There aren’t nightly activities, but the pool area stays open until 11 p. , which was perfect for relaxing

Although overall customer service is good at the Dolphin, this gentleman definitely exceeded my expectations when interacting with him! My husband and I are very impressed and definitely plan to return, one again ☺️

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂

We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent

One of the classic hotels. Beautiful view with excellent transportation networks. Had a very good time with friends and families.

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist

The hotel itself boasts a great selection of restaurants, and we also ventured over to the neighboring Swan Hotel, where their dining options were equally excellent

The best place I've ever stayed

We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course

We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh

For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous

We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience

Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.   This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Well appointed and comfortable. Some rooms are a little dated, but generally a nice destination. Food served at the restaurant was good. Morning cafeteria in main building was slow and the pastries were not fresh

Caribe Royale was an amazing day one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful room and pool is wonderful. 10/10

The room is beautiful and luxurious, the location is good, the environment is comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. The bathtub is super big and super comfy

We went two days after Christmas and all the decorations were still up. Then we went to Animal Kingdom and we really enjoyed the Safari.  Last but definitely not least we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Springs

We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

It was clean alcohol and food was good. They were quick with services. I got valet parking because the south parking was too much of a hassle they offered to help with bags

Overall, the experience was very positive. For me, the highlights were the hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms

I was attending an event at the OCCC West Concourse, and the proximity made everything work perfectly for my schedule. I also noted that while the facilities are older, they are very well-maintained

The door men was awesome although it was on valet lady kinda rude when I asked for help after the guy directed me to her other than that it was an excellent stay and oh the parking garage walk to the elevators was diabolical smh but they are ppl who will take u to the front I jus found out late

Located near Valcano bay and i believe Universal. Definitely a resort worth going to. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. Staff are polite and very professional. Oh yeah and the views are stunning, especially at night

The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly

There is one on the G floor, which has a good breakfast and is always open. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby

Good experience overall but fell short on service at the cafe in lobby area

It is the first time throughout our diamond status that we really felt like diamonds what a great place to stay lazy river pool the lobby is amazing. It’s very cleanwould stay there again and again the beds were amazing

The pool is beautiful and the room is nice and clean. Staff is very accommodating and I love their text message service. I forgot toothpaste and all it took was a text to get it delivered to my room

A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace was absolutely perfect — from the spotless rooms and stunning views to the excellent amenities, convenient free shuttle to Disney, and the deliciously hearty breakfast that started each morning right

The location only makes sense if you're planning on taking advantage of Disney Springs, which is 500 meters from the hotel via elevated walkways, because it has lots of good restaurants, whereas the hotel itself doesn't

The short of it is that liked this hotel enough to return a second time, which is pretty good because none of the others have made that cut

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars for service is that the day before checkout, housekeeping didn’t come by to clean the room

He was incredibly caring and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He shared the best tips for food, rides, and navigating the parks, and every single recommendation made our trip even better

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sapphire Falls Resort for our honeymoon. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel

The rooms were spacious and clean and the view from our room was magical! The restaurants at the hotel were great, we ate breakfast almost every morning at Amatista where we had the most incredible server named Kris who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon amazing

Being that this is a resort hotel we loved getting early access to the parks and the water taxi is a quick and fun way to get to and from the parks

Second time staying at this Universal Hotel. Hotel is generally nice and very convenient.Service is pretty good too.

The express passes were a lifesaver when it was very busy at the parks plus early entry was good

We book the Royal Pacific hotel for the location. Perfect for Universal studios and Islands of Adventure. As we were visiting in February, we didn’t use the outdoor pool. The tuk tuk shop was pretty expensive

No ice machine available on our floor. Service on the whole was good, it can be a wait to get checked in, there was only  4 decks open for such a big hotel. The hotel was clean but looking a bit dated

I really can’t say enough good things of this resort. It parallels Four Seasons for level of service

Location is really really good. Close to everything I drive the pointe and even close enough to Kia center! Got a chance to check out a magic game at home. The uber ride there was less than 30 minutes away

Got a chance to see them play for the first time and they won had a great time. Can’t wait to travel back to the area too. The hotel is a good bang for your buck

Great location, 10min drive to disney's parks, customer service were great, the room looks old like your living in the 80s but it was very clean and spacious for our small family (2 adults 1 small kid) so everytime I come to disney i will definitely stay here over and over!

Uber is about $15 during non-peak hours. The club also provides free use of swimming pools, ball games, and golf equipment. It is a great and cost-effective accommodation experience

Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent

I had a great stay! Awesome amenities we took advance of the shuttles to Disney which made our trip simple! Gavin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful really all of the staff we encountered during our stay were so incredibly kind and helpful

He gave us a complimentary upgrade and offered a late checkout due to our Hyatt status and was also really great to talk to! Then Merlot danced for us as we walked to the elevators (so cute!)

One of the best buffets in Orlando! Pool,Splash pad and slides for kids. Relaxing movie night at pool we saw little mermaid. You will be charged $45 for resort fee and parking is $36 dollars self park !

The room rate was average, with two double beds. The shower was nice and large. Cleanliness was also excellent, but the service felt lacking. Check-in was cold and indifferent, but the luggage storage guy was okay

There's a convenience store on the first floor with excellent service. I bought a muffin and forgot to heat it up, but the waiter rushed to bring it out. The boat ride to both parks is very convenient
