My partner and I wanted a peaceful staycation that wasnt super expensive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Westgate is definitely a staple for my family! The only thing I didn’t care for was the Water Park area closing at 6pm, which includes the Rikki Tiki Tavern. Other than that I would definitely be back!
Very nice location.
Nice size room
Restaurant :
Breakfast : average
Dinner : average
Food is really average
We had a great time at this resort. The resort overall has so many activities and amazing amenities. The room itself was clean for the most part except for a stain on the bed we found.
It's a very nice hotel at a reasonable price, and the staff are all very friendly.
We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year.
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out.
This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.
Not bad, the price/performance ratio is high, and the scenery is great. There is a swimming pool downstairs and food is available. It is a typical resort hotel. I will stay here again next time. Not bad.

The room and overall environment were great. However, housekeeping wasn't very timely. For two days, because we left later, we called to request room cleaning, but when we returned, we found that no one had come.
The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.
The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.
My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be...
Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.
The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

I never got the cleaning service
Wonderful resort! We stayed there for a couple of days for new year and we had a lot of fun especially my kids.
Should include at least... breakfast.
Its a great place to go with family
We only visited for the holiday events and didnt stay in a room. Meeting Santa was BY FAR the best, most organized Santa meet and greet Ive ever experienced. I loved being able to book a specific time window instead of waiting in line forever. Santa was great! The value of pictures was incredible!!
The ONLY complaint I have is the price of parking. $40 for parking is absolutely INSANE! The parking...
The Gaylord Palms in Orlando is extremely convenient to Disney and is an amazing hotel. it is a huge hotel with an amazing lobby and has a couple really good restaurants. We’ve only stayed there twice and both were during the Christmas season for their “ICE” extravaganza. They literally build a frozen venue inside the hotel that you walk through with big heavy coats on. Every year it is a different...
I've gone here annually for the ice festival for many years, and it never disappoints. The quality of the rooms is immaculate, but the best part is honestly the atrium in the middle, which is what makes the place so unique I'm the first place. There's so many cute things to see there like shops, koi ponds, and little reptile exhibits. I always enjoy my stay here and the hotel never disappoints!!!!...

Solid option, I’d say this place is a great option for both Disney and universal if not staying on property at either
The most satisfactory hotel among all the hotels I stayed in during this trip. The rooms and services were good. It is worth recommending.
The overall experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was very efficient, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and also provided local travel advice.
The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom...

We booked a Villa-type room. A huge, clean room with all amenities. Great location close to parks and shopping centers. Large grounds and convenient pools
Great hotel!! Very spacious, perfect for big families!!
I came here to attend an exhibition. The service was extremely poor, practically nonexistent. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed. When we called the front desk to ask for new towels, they said we'd have to pay a $15 service fee.
On the morning of our last day, at 8:00 AM, they asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I said I wasn't sure yet. The front desk staff then gave me a sarcastic...
The receptionists were also very polite!
I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful. I would definitely like to use your services again...

This Hilton is my favorite Orlando hotel! Great amenities and now they've refurbished the rooms, and they are beautiful! Very elegant and stylish! The lazy river and pools, large jacuzzi's, and the sports bar (the food is very good there!) are top notch! Got a great holiday rate and that made the stay even sweeter!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Personalized & Warm
Our stay at Hilton Orlando was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days in Orlando. The amenities, pool area, and overall atmosphere made our stay feel truly special. We would definitely choose...
Probably one of the best Hilton stays I’ve ever had! The hotel was immaculate, updated, upscale, and had a calming atmosphere. The gym was fantastic (two StairMasters!), and self-parking (fee) was super close and convenient.
My kids loved the pool, lazy river, basketball court, and hot tub. The adult pool was also great — definitely get a cabana (fee). There aren’t nightly activities, but the pool...
Short stay as this was was due to my flight being delayed and the airline providing the room.
The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Hotel public areas were well kept and clean. Actually wished I would have had more time there to enjoy the property..
From what I saw, I would highly recommend this place for a stay.
I’ve stayed here before and I had a great stay both times. Room smells clean and is clean. I needed a fan to sleep and they brought one up with an extra blanket for my baby. There’s a lot to do on the property. My daughter went to the pool then went to the basketball court that they have to practice her shot. The fire pit is cozy and is a great touch. Overall I would stay again. The pool is open until...

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂
We booked a fireworks-view room, and we could see the Epcot fireworks and light show. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to other parks, and there was also a boat option. You can take a nice walk along the hotel's waterfront. The room was small, and the bathroom was especially tiny. Both the hotel and Disney had a strong Christmas atmosphere, with beautiful decorations!
This hotel requires a boat ride to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, both ways, and the scenery is fantastic. For Magic Kingdom, you can just take the hotel's shuttle bus. As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place.
One of the classic hotels. Beautiful view with excellent transportation networks. Had a very good time with friends and families.
We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded. We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent.
Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely...

Is a huge hotel but not easy to get in and out so need to drive or get a cab if want to go grab a bite instead of dining in the hotel. Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, pool is nice and i enjoyed staying.
My stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful with a great environment. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.
The best place I've ever stayed
This is a large hotel facility with a nice golf course, so if you play golf this could be a great choice. The rooms are a little dated but clean and so are the overall facilities but the staff are nice. It's almost something out of the 1990s with an older crowd.
This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things.

Facilities: Well-equipped
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Excellent
Service: Welcoming
The facilities are great, with a swimming pool, and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Great location close to the parks with a shuttle. Only problem was the 9:11AM shuttle was full when we tried to book it. Try to book in advance.
The hotel was beautiful. We went two days after Christmas and all the decorations were still up. It was gorgeous. Then we went to Animal Kingdom and we really enjoyed the Safari.

Last but definitely not least we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Springs. It was awesome.
We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

Overall, the experience was very positive. For me, the highlights were the hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms. I was attending an event at the OCCC West Concourse, and the proximity made everything work perfectly for my schedule. I also noted that while the facilities are older, they are very well-maintained.
It was clean alcohol and food was good. They were quick with services. I got valet parking because the south parking was too much of a hassle they offered to help with bags. It was convenient for the convention center for the event we were going to in the morning, lots of things to see and do.
The hotel was veryyy nice and clean the staff service was amazing very helpful. The door men was awesome although it was on valet lady kinda rude when I asked for help after the guy directed me to her other than that it was an excellent stay and oh the parking garage walk to the elevators was diabolical smh but they are ppl who will take u to the front I jus found out late . There was long hair in some of the towels. I was disappointed that there was no microwave. There was a loud noise in the room at 2 am, I reported it but no one got back to me. It was very disturbing.
The housekeeping staff were unfriendly, no hello, no good morning!
Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful. Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!
great spot for a convention! All the facilities were great. Only glitch is the bar service at the pool bar is very very slow. Only one bartender doing everything, line was long and service very slow, too many customers for one bartender

Breakfast was very mediocre, not much variety. However, it's very close to Disneyland.
The amenities are old and bathroom is not clear the way I’d like. The shower water wasn’t heated up well, and hot water didn’t last long enough for 3 ppl for tow days in row. Parking charge is much higher than some hotels. Won’t return for sure.
Booked this for my bosses. I heard it was split into two buildings, so I assume it was decent since I didn't get any negative feedback.
The price was quite high during the exhibition, but the surrounding area was alright. Orlando is a beautiful city.
Shower space is to small and narrow..
They also chargeed resort fee $30 each night.
And charge for the parking each day $25 , so each day i got $55 additional expense. So It is not good to do shopping with the price listed on the web site.
I’m a hilton honor memeber but not really feeling well treated…
The room though old but neat and clean. The makeup of room is sub-standard, I travelled with a group of 6, our hotels room sometime is not fully cleaned up, either did not refill tea/coffee, or left the dirty towels somewhere. Very nice ambient for business stay. Very cool and peaceful place surrounded by trees and with a very nice pool. The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly.
There is no view of Disneyland at all, false advertising, but the hotel is ok.
It's convenient to go to Disneyland
A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed.
It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.
The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. Shower head was falling out and there was a dirty kids underwear in closet. The room didn’t feel clean. Also an alarm went off around 6am coming from an empty room next door and the hotel phone wasn’t working. Excellent location, nice staff, heated pool and spa is fun.

Nice area, the phone wasn’t working, we informed them for the 3 consecutive days we have stayed and no one fixed it.

My mom and I go to WDW monthly and have tried all sorts of hotels, both on and off property. This HIlton is one of our favorites from a value standpoint.
