The decoration is quite old, but the environment is okay. Breakfast is not a buffet. Take the breakfast coupon to order a la carte, and the taste is average.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wasn’t able to check in until 4.5 hours after the designated check in time, the room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work. And I would have had to wait even longer had I not agreed to take an inferior room, which they did not provide any comps for. Other guests that I spoke to had similar experience. Horrible stay.

Old furniture, the rooms should definitely be renovated.
We were given another room that was different from our reservation and when we wanted the room we had reserved we were charged $80.
Nice and convenient location. But next time I will choose a different hotel.

The parking guy's service is very good. I forgot my mobile phone in the car. I went to pick it up in the car as soon as possible. The service of the front desk staff is average. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, but the room hygiene is average, the aging is serious, and the bathroom is very dirty

This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on *******, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!

Beautiful view of the water from the rooms. Lobby is nice but don't let that fool you into thinking the rooms are just as nice.. Although the rooms are spacious..

The perfect location for all your excursions in Tampa. Great service with a friendly & helpful staff. The outdoor pool can be bigger but it served it's purpose. Nice bar @ the pool. My only complaint is that the room should be updated. It's a bit dated. Other than that I had a great time. Enjoy the pictures & your time.

We stayed for NYE. Excellent location. Staff is friendly but overwhelmed. The front desk, wait staff and valet were all very nice. The room was a little outdated but everything was in working order and was clean. The shower wasn’t that great and hot water was minimal at best. No hot tub, so that was kind of a bummer. But we enjoyed our stay and will be back. The location is excellent and the view from our balcony on the river was exceptional. We got to see all the fireworks right from our room

I gave this hotel five star is because the front desk was super helpful. Write a check in. It was a busy night. It was New Year’s Eve and Kasey was amazing helping us get checked in quickly she gave us terrific information and was able to help us with all our needs. They even were able to loan me an umbrella because it was raining. The only thing I would say is the valet is kind of slow and in our room, the TV wasn’t working at all but other than that the rooms are clean and big and have great balconies and recommend without hesitation good value for the price.

Service extremely slow, both items we ordered had to ne sent back for corrections. Wish the food actuallt matched the meni description. Disappointing for a Sheraton.

Good luck getting a server and when they finally seat you. You wont see your server for another 20 minutes. The food was good but it isn't worth the wasted time waiting on poor service. This restaurant is understaffed we ate here for dinner last night and then lunch today. I can't help to repeat myself but the service is so slow!!! DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU ARE RESTRICTED ON TIME!!

Awful service, food and service. Had to ask about our food after waiting 30 minutes after we ordered. Got our appetizers with our main course and everything was cold. The Server treated us as if it was our fault. If you're on vacation, don't waste your precious time. 7 dollars for a bottle of beer. Considering quality of food and service, they are insanely over priced.

The food was decent, however, the potatoes served with our New York Strip were undercooked. Also, we ordered two desserts to go and when we got home, noticed that both were missing components that were listed on the menu. A little disappointed that we spent 20$ on dessert alone and didn't get the full desserts.

terrible food. the mac and cheese had no flavor at all, just tastes like noodles. the salmon was horribly fishy tasting, i couldnt eat it. my husband had the philly sandwich and said it was awful. the only thing that was good was the seafood chowder. not enough servers there either, very slow service.

Inadvertently found myself out for dinner at Malio's and, to be honest, don't enjoy trying new steak houses as invariably disappoint. Malio's is the rare exception.
Our table allowed for comfortable conversation and managed a degree of privacy. Malio's manages an exceptional use of the space available to them without make you feel shoehorned in just so the restaurant can have additional seats.
Our service was exceptional with a perfect balance of being informative and friendly without unneeded pomp and formality.
The beverages and food were all top notch. The steak could not have been cooked any better. An amazing experience that I look forward to repeating in the future!

Food is excellent! Just try the beef carpacio is insane....better than what I had in Italy, which says a lot. Go during happy hr and get their 8 dollar burgers....try the French onion burger, and you'll be in heaven.....definitely my wife's and I favorite go to place!

Extremely difficult to park. And after fighting traffic for 20 mins in downtown Tampa just to get to the garage, which was barricaded, the hostess was not friendly or the least bit accommodating. They sat us at a hightop table in the bar due to a Christmas party in the main dining room. No backs on the stools and all 7 of us were being bumped every time someone walked by our table. The manager was very attentive and saw our frustration and offered to move us to a more secluded part of the bar and provided stools with backs. Our waitress was wonderful, but service was very slow. We hadn't been there in years due to the downtown location and the entre we were excited to order was not at all as we remembered. The pasta was completely stuck together and rubbery and it was served barely warm. Definitely not worth the $400 check. If this was our first visit, we never would have returned. We were very disappointed, because we were excited to return to what used to be one of our favorite restaurants.

The location here is just breathtaking. It’s such a beautiful place and the food is fantastic. We’ve never had a bad experience here. Great wine selection and very generous portions. If you have not tried the key lime cheesecake you are missing out. It’s the best in Tampa. Sitting outside with some coffee and a slice of this is the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Good music out there too. Awesome place!!

It is a sports bar, it is expected to be very crowded during sport events airing. They have a wide selection of crafts beer. Delightful chicken wings. And their famous and delicious Shepards pie. The service is fast even during peak hours.

The wings are not the best in Tampa. I’ve only lived here 7 months and I’ve ate better wings at several places. Also I think it’s crazy that they charge their customers extra money to shake the wings in sauce and cook them a little longer. We had the shake and bake wings and they didn’t make the wings any better. I’ve eaten a lot of wings in my young life and these were subpar at best. You want some good wings go try out Quaker Steak and Lube.

Good food, plenty of TVs, friendly staff, close to the stadium. The bar empties out right before the game so go right when the game starts to get a seat. The wings are the way to go during happy hour.

Awesome place to watch any game. The night we went we were lucky enough to see most of the 04' Lightning team come in to celebrate the anniversary of their championship. What a night, and definitely a fun place to grab some drinks

My favorite restaurant in downtown Tampa. Love the Philly. It's great. Food is always consistent and good. Solid bar and great place to watch a game. Management always checks on tables and keeps the place on point with service. Five stars.

Don't be fooled by Happy Hour specials. Drinks on happy hour are considerably smaller than the ones served most of the time. Service is below par from r the prices and number of diners. Overall a disappointing evening.

Ordered from their lunch menu since in Downtown and close to my job. I like the all white furniture (looks like Ikea stuff) and splashes of color in their wall art. A small stage for live music but not during lunch. The food is cafeteria style where you can see thru the glass and cooked so you can pick from their daily specials $10 or other menu items not on display. I ordered breaded palomilla steak, yellow rice and plantains. The steak was ok but lacked seasonings and the plantains were very overcooked and dry. Will go bk another time & try something else to see if that was a one off.

Fred and John were amazing to work with and the staff demonstrated top notch service for my son's Rehearsal's Dinner in June. The Filet Mignon was excellent as expected. My guests truly enjoyed the entire space that I was able to decorate ahead of time. A full evening of entertainment, great food and drink at an affordable price! No other restaurant in Tampa could offer me an evening to remember like Spain Restaurant and Toma Bar! An extra shout out to John for all he did to make it possible!
